Management failed to reimburse me even though I didn’t stay the night AFTER I found 2 roaches in my room. I would’ve understood why they wouldn’t refund me if I had been there long, but I checked in at 8:45 PM and left at 2 AM when I saw the second roach that night. Check in was smooth and pleasant. The location was a little odd...with the run down car wash next door.Room seemed to be recently redone and was overall clean. The sink was VERY slow to drain and the water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. This was a one night stay so it wasnt really impactful.

I cant complain a whole bunch because i was going on a budget with not being there other than to sleep. The rooms don't have carpeting. The love seat in our room was so stained i wouldn't go near it. Whatever got used to clean the stained bed linens smelled terrible and gave me a rash. The towels were small and they only cleaned or changed the towels every 3 days for you. The toilet seat was falling off and the bathroom in general wasnt in great shape. We didnt even finish out our stay due to other multiple things at this location. The one plus side.is the two people who worked the front desk, suoer.friendly and helpful.

Shower and bathroom were clean but there is definitely needs updating , had last room on 1st floor took 5 min for water to get HOT but when it did look out was scalding! Overall was decent but looks like last update was late 90s early 2000s, if looking for decent place for a couple nights at good price this is the spot easy access to shopping and highway from here!

I booked a room for after prom at this Econo Lodge. Before I left for prom I checked in they gave me a hard time about my age which I’m 18 and been 18 since October of 2023, the check in age is 18. The second thing is after leaving and coming back one of the employees followed me to my room asking me if I had a room there and what was my number for the room. The biggest thing is me and my gf room tried to get broken into and while this was happening the man at the front desk was knocked out cold sleep in a chair. So me and my gf decided to leave because we felt unsafe. I came back the later that day because we left at 3 am due to us going bowling and hanging out with our friends. I asked for a refund the same guy that was sleep refused to give me my refund because I didn’t wake him up when it happened. Which I shouldn’t have to wake you up you should be doing your job. So wouldn’t recommend staying here also the room quality isn’t the best.

No housekeeping had to go get our own towels empty our garbage toilet paper shampoo there for three nights no one did anything except give the key at the front desk for the room. Front desk staff were notified after first night no change no service. I wish I hadn’t prepaid as it should have been discounted from the hotel or Expedia.

A great stay on a budget.
Despite the neighborhood surrounding falling apart the management staff here is really keeping it together. They made a last minute accomodation for me not only at night but in the morning as well. The night staff was fantastic and the morning manager was polite and approachable. Definitely a place you can take your family and feel safe.

I'm not picky but this place was gross. Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom itself - they didn't put a fresh roll of toilet paper out and left a half roll from the person before. Then I noticed the sink was cracked all the way through the middle. And then I finally saw the black mold covering the ceiling of the bathroom. And I woke up with a horrible headache and got sick. Lock your car here.

This place was incredibly run down and dirty. The room had an incredibly strong smell of mold and the furniture was crumbling. There were clumps of hair and little bugs all over one of the beds. We didn’t even stay…we couldn’t. When I went to check out, (an hour later)there was no manager so I couldn’t complain or get any help. The whole experience was an absolute disgrace.

The pillow cases were dirty, the floors were sticky, there was a doll hand in the made bed so it obviously was overlooked or sheets were not washed before us. Our key did not work for door after we checked in, the conclusion was that the battery in the door was dead, and no solution for a new key or room change so we just had to deal with it. The overnight woman who helped us was very rude, from acting like the not working key was an inconvenience to her to her underhand comments about my friend and I’s appearance.

The steps going up to 2nd floor were carpeted and very dirty (high traffic area) but could use new carpet or deep cleaned.

Absolutely disgusting! I urge everyone to stay away from this hotel. It was completely filthy. Hair and dirt in every corner of the rooms. Stains on the walls. Stained sheets and blankets. Bathtub was dirty. I get creeped out just thinking about that hotel room.

The property at first glance looks like it’s in a terrible area. It’s not right around the corner is a ton of shopping and dinning options. There is a huge Bass Pro Shops about a mile away. The rooms are clean the hotel is on the older side and needs some things updated. The staff was amazing. The women who checked us out was my favorite person ever. We got soaked at the concert the night before and my husband thought he was good with his one pair of jeans…well the lady downstairs let us dry them in the dryer so he didn’t have to drive 3 hours in wet clothes. Overall for a night stay and a concert in Hershey I think it was perfect.

The Good: It was an affordable place to stay so I didn’t have to drive home late after a concert and conveniently located. The check in was good and our room was ready.
The not so good: The bathtub was peeling in places and the water wouldn’t stop running. The AC filter needed changed so it kept cycling off. They have more rooms than parking spots and there was no one at the desk to ask where else we could park. Granted that was at midnight, but still.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was fine. The price is very affordable. It is close to Hersheypark. But, the air conditioning unit in Room 107 was noisy as well as having a room next to the front desk. But otherwise fine for a quick stay, just basic.

The staff were pleasant. The hotel was in a convenient area. It was a non smoking hotel, however, it was quite obvious that smoking had occurred in the bathroom of our room. The smell was unbearable for us as non smokers and allergic to smoke. They changed the shower curtain for me, as I was hoping that would help, but the smoke has permeated the paint.
