Just a mile from interstate 81 so easy to get in and out. Though it's near a major roadway, the interior quietness is quite acceptable.

Only issue with my stay was the hotel room directly above us was undergoing construction so the morning was nosier then expected.

When we got there it was my Family and my parents they stayed in another room(which nothing in theirs). We had potato bugs everywhere dead and dust all over the floor. I didn’t say anything because they are harmless but I did have to kill them our entire stay and they were in the pool and around the pool area. You can hear everything in the room sounded like the people above us had a whole family and were just living upstairs and it went on for hours. Like I said we didn’t say anything we just aren’t those kind of people. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else for breakfast there isn’t much. Be careful when swimming there is so much chlorine in the pool my husband’s eyes burned for hours after. You smell the chlorine as soon as you walk in and throughout the halls.The hotel has been opened for only a few months so far so hopefully they can get these little things fixed because it could be a nice hotel.

The outside was kept poorly. Trash overflowing, weeds growing in rocks, trash everywhere. There were drugs deals in the back lot. We stayed in room 105 and the outside door banged ever few minutes, ppl arguing in the parking lot outside our room. The smell of weed permeated the hall,too much salt and chlorine in the pool.

Poorly constructed hotel overall with plenty of issues. Poor ventilation in pool area causing mold growth overhead. First room we were given had ants on the floor in between beds. Walls and doors do not block out noise. If you stay here, request to stay on the top floor. Breakfast struggled to stay stocked in the morning. Shower door in bathroom would not close all the way, water for shower was warm. Bathroom needs caulking redone. There are no microwaves in the rooms. The reason avid hotels are cheaper in price is because they hire cheaper construction companies to build their hotels. Thus, poor construction yields a lot of early problems with their facilities. Pretty bad for a hotel less than a year old. Go elsewhere.

No one was at the front desk on arrival at around 10:30 PM--rang bell three times. Took over five minutes for someone to come. Person checking us in seemed irritated and was very unfriendly--hardly said anything to us. We had reserved three rooms, and they were all on different floors. Window treatments were broken. On room had loud noises all night (sounded like a fight, with yelling and banging). Doors opening and shutting all night long from a neighbor on another floor. Not soundproof at all. Will not return and do not recommend.

Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. Check-in process was super simple and it was conveniently located.

However, the bathroom in our room was gross- hair and sticky goop all over the floor. We also used the pool and the pool room floor was just as if not more disgusting. Hair and random tumbleweeds everywhere. It clearly had not been mopped or even swept in ages.

I saw a few reviews mentioning thin walls, but I think the issue lies more in the fact that the rooms have tile floors vs. carpeting. We could hear people walking around in the room above us throughout the night.

If it weren’t for the cleanliness situation, our experience was good and we’d have stayed here again without a second thought.

This definitely looked new and clean. Our first room had a small stain on the sheets and a couple bugs (NOT bed bugs!!) and the staff was super apologetic and accommodating. They gave us a new room right away and the second room was perfect. No issues at all. Breakfast was included every morning which was nice. Overall would stay again!

The shower was gross and the shower head was detached from the wall…. The room felt damp when we arrived. The pool was closed for two of our three nights due to “maintenance.” And the elevator broke during our stay so we had to take the stairs. Overall very unsatisfied with our stay….

First room was dirty we were moved to another room that had a dirty bathroom there was hair in the shower a used bar of soap and the shower door did not close causing water to soak the towels we had to use on the floor. Guest services were Excellent and informative on everything around the hotel as well as the area and were very polite and helpful when we needed extra towels.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The hotel was also quiet which isn’t always the case when staying in a hotel near a popular amusement destination.There were lots of families staying there for their trip to Hershey.
The only complaint is the breakfast. It is from 6:30 -9:30. My family went at 8 and most items were gone and there was no replacements.

Property is about 10 to 16 min drive to Hershey theme park.

We had a three night stay. while the room was clean when we arrived the next day the room was not serviced. On the second day I asked the front desk to empty the garbage and provide new towels since it wasn’t done the day before. They did just that. Bed still not done and garbage left in the sink.

Breakfast is very limited. Yogurt, eggs, bacon crumble, tater tots, two choices of cereal and oat meal with some toppings. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am. If you are not an early bird don’t expect to have much to choose from.

Clean hotel!!

Went here for a girls trip this weekend to see a concert at Hershey stadium.
The hotel was conveniently located and it was very clean!!
My only complaint is that we got there closer to 1:30 pm instead of 3 pm and were unable to check in early. However we were permitted to use the pool while we waited for check in which was nice. And no one else was there so we had the whole pool to ourselves while we waited. I recommend this hotel. Perfect for a girls weekend, family getaway etc. if you are doing a concert or something else in the Hershey area.

This hotel is Mid. There were a lot of people but they should be prepared for that. Trash was rarely picked up and when it was finally taken there were still bottles and cans left on the ground. The lawns were not mowed and there was no clear area for pets to use. The breakfast was OK but not worth the price. Our shower door did not close well and left puddles of water on the floor and the smell in the room made all of us wake up with stuffed noses and sneezing.
