AC was on in our room when we arrived. It was 28* outside! Not sure why the heat wasn’t on for us.
The next day there was no coffee. When a few guests asked the staff about it she told them there was no more coffee. Once they left she came over and pulled coffee from under the cabinet and refilled it.
The room itself was clean but it was minimal so not much to be done. Only shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No body wash provided.

It was ok. The walls were pretty dirty especially in the bathroom and our down comforters in both rooms I booked had some stains on them like they weren’t washed. (223&224) Small breakfast selection. We were traveling for club volleyball so thankfully didn’t have to spend too much time there. Even being in non smoking rooms the hallways still kinda smelt like them.

Property was slightly above average, and the cost was very reasonable for our stay. room was clean, staff was responsive and accommodating, breakfast was average but was expected for a what I consider a no frills hotel. I would choose this location for future stays as we were out most of the time and weren't looking for anything fancy, just clean and affordable. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. Great value for the location and accommodations.

The hotel appears very old and in need of significant maintenance and cleaning. The room was dusty, and the linens did not seem freshly changed. The lamp shades lacked switches, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. Additionally, the location beside the interstate highway made the room quite noisy, which affected rest quality. On a positive note, the staff were polite and courteous. However, due to the overall condition and noise level, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with small children.

Hotel hallways and room has a musty smell once you put a/c on room smell was gone . Check in arrived around 8 pm , had to wait for reception person over 30 minutes ring bells and pressing call buttons no answer . . He was alone doing other things until I had to call the hotel phone number which he answered right away and arrived shortly after. Breakfast was minimal at best . No bacon or sausage or even muffins . Orange juice sour . Just half dollar size eggs and toast , Cheerios cereal , apple and coffee . Not impressed at all . Hotel over rated for 8.4 .

I have stayed at this property many times. Rooms are clean and well appointed. A nice breakfast with hot anc cold items is always great. Love the comfy stuffed chair with the hassock. Allows me to sit in a comfy chair to watch tv or read. This is my goto place for my trips to Hersheypark.

Good location. Reasonable price. My room was clean. My curtains were ripped apart, looked nasty.I couldn’t get the tv turned on, that really didn’t bother me I don’t watch tv any way. It was very quiet. The windows were so dirty I could not see out of them. I’m a 68 year old female traveling alone to visit my son and daughter in law in Harrisburg. I think a night light in the room would’ve been helpful, if I left the bathroom light on I would have to hear the fan, the room lights were to bright, so I was stumbling a bit. I would stay again with no great expectations. Breakfast was pleasant a nice setup. I did not use the a/c.

Nice stay. Clean. Quiet. Staff pleasant. It met our needs. Good rate when compared with what other hotels are charging for same. No complaints. This was our 5th stay here while working on a property nearby.

A good choice with easy access to highways all directions. Priced quite reasonable. Cleanliness tops all the way. Parking can get a bit tight by evening time but there are plenty of spaces. Only complaint was that, while non-smoking, a strong, very strong, odor filled the hallways in the evening and it certainly wasn't tobacco, if you get the drift. Some might find that a serious issue.

I waites 20 minutes at the desk when I arived after pressing the \"call button. The 2nd floor smelled like pot. The towels were dinghy and tattered, there were broken toilets outside the back door along with a gas can sitting on an AC unit, and my pillow smeeled loke smeones perfume. One of the WORST properties i have ever stayed at. Even the breakfast was awful. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff was average. No greetings or any smile. Breakfast is subpar. Juice was either expired or cheaply made. The room was ok but one of the towels had mold spots in it. I noticed it accidentally and skipped to using our own.

The hotel room that we got, as well as the ones our friends got, was dirty, smelly, and old. The bathtub and toilet looked like they had not been cleaned at all because there was dirt and stains on them. Toilet paper rolls were almost done when we first arrived. The beds were very uncomfortable and I hope they were clean. Breakfast did not taste good and the coffee offered tasted bad. The hotel price should have been a lot cheaper from what they charged us. Unfortunately it was a 1/10 experience.
