Very simple check-in. Front desk staff noted that they were almost 100% full, but I never heard one sound from inside our room. The front desk also had flyers for local food places that deliver.

Room was spacious and had everything we needed (toiletries, kitchen tools, etc) and again, no disturbances from other guests at all. TV was quite nice and everything worked as expected!

What stood out was Amber!! What a lovely person. I came in with a room already booked so she made everything as seamless as possible for me. I really needed kind, compassionate and supportive in that moment and Amber made a big difference.
The room was very pleasant and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. Social hour was a nice surprise. The food pairings were interesting but something for everyone.

We were very happy for the most part with this hotel. It's a great value. We did not expect the evening social, which had a nice light dinner and drinks. The evening dining attendant was very friendly and went out of his way. Front desk clerk (asst. manager) was not very personable, sometimes not available, could not find EV charging card for a while (though I am grateful they offered EV charging), indifferent. Breakfast staff was extremely loud and used vulgar language (on Christmas eve, no less). I'm so glad I wasn't on the first floor near the kitchen. Even on the second floor halfway down the hall we could hear them yelling. You don't need to yell to have conversation with the person two feet away from you. But the room was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen somewhat equipped, though minimal (luckily we did not plan to be cooking a meal, just warming food or beverages). Nice that they had a pool, but too cold for this old man in winter. On the whole, though, we were very pleased, and if we travel to Harrisburg or elsewhere will definitely consider this brand.

They were great. My 85-year-old father's car broke down, and I needed a room last minute. He was lost walking around Harrisburg, and they took great care of him. He has Aspergers and can be rude although he doesn't realize this. Wonderful People at the front desk.

Room was next to some sort of machinery or pump room. Every few minutes throughout the whole night it would turnover loudly. Kept my wife awake all night and there were no other rooms of same type for them to move us to. Terrible.

Great overnight stay on a long road trip with my dogs. Nice to have the small kitchen with the refrigerator! Comfortable bed, and safe parking especially getting there late at night. Wish breakfast was served later than 9:30am!

Night staff took forever to checkin and was unfamiliar with the software. The daytime staff basically put up a Will be Back sign and sat at the lounge area to watch TV. The rooms smelled rotten. Had to open the windows all night to relief the odor. The room furnitures were worn, and the shower area had stains and crusts.

The Stagebridge Suites in Harrisburg is super clean in the rooms, lobby and dining area - kudos to housekeeping services! The fall decoration outside and in the lobby were cheerful and made us smile. The rooms are spacious quiet. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful!

I checked in later in the evening. Unfortunately after receiving my room key, I opened the door and immediately saw a few roaches in the room. There was a huge on near the kitchen and also a few on an ottoman.

I was extremely disappointed and it was almost 2am, the clerk did apologize and took me to another room on the 5th floor. It seemed clean, but after the previous encounter I was left feeling paranoid. The bathroom seemed pretty cleaned except the closet facing the sink seemed to have some odd stains.

One set of elevators in the middle of the building- very long walk to room at end of the hall. Appears to be very clean and has very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable clean bed, room towels etc. The kitchenette could come in handy for a longer stay. Underwhelming cheap looking finishes that look like they are already taking a beating, so for that price I was not impressed. The free breakfast was a nice plus , average food but good variety.

I really liked the suite with the kitchenette. The couch was a man-eater. The breakfast buffet was great, though you need another waffle iron as it was very popular. The elevators made me wonder how safe they were - the noises the one made and how slowly the door opened on the other. I would stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised with my stay here. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. Only drawback to me was the room was pretty humid despite us not using the shower during our stay. Also the deposit being $150 feels a little steep for this kind of property.

My stay was mostly good. Staff were friendly and the room nice but I found the quality of some of the breakfast ingredients a bit low. Also maybe some people like to have a kitchen in the room but the fridge noise can be a bit annoying at night.

Our room was clean; bed and pillows were comfortable; A/C worked nicely; kitchen had everything we might have needed for an extended stay. Pricing was average I think. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very full, some sort of event in the area, but the halls were quiet. The only real \"noise\" we heard was from the common areas, and even that was normal conversation, nothing loud or obnoxious even with a large group of teenage boys on the premises. The breakfast buffet was passable. Might have been better if we got there earlier, but we came into it an hour before it was over with and the eggs, potatoes and sausage were only lukewarm. Not a big deal, we usually eat breakfast elsewhere because we find that situation most places lately. Not great water pressure, but I was happy to see a grab bar at the tub. My wife has mobility issues so getting into the shower can be tricky for her. Overall, a 10 out of 10. We would stay here again if we get back to the area.

I booked this hotel on short notice and chose Staybridge because of its location, the price, and the photos of the property...and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. There wasn't an event at the Farm Show Complex which is perhaps why my single-queen bed room kith kitchenette was only $114 total. The desk.staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean, spacious, in great condition, and had a kitchenette that was stocked with basic cookware, tableware, and flatware. I used the provided iron and ironing board too. The included steam table breakfast was very good too. While the location was close to the Harrisburg Uptown Building on N. 7th Street and very close to I-81 and US 322, which influenced my choice, I will always check this property first when in Harrisburg anytime my visit is downtown.

Hair dryer was broken and even started smoking when turned on. Box of tissues was empty. Requested a replacement hair dryer & tissues from Front Desk Staff....didn't receive either item. Approached housekeeping staff in hallway to get tissues. Didn't sleep well at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The matress springs / support were literally broken, leaving a large depression in the bed. At breakfast the next morning, the milk for the cold cereal was sour. Mentioned all of the above issues to Front Desk Staff and got a 'dazed' look in return. No satisfaction. Would not stay here again.

Rude Staff

Everything was great until breakfast on our second morning (Saturday). The staff were incredibly rude to everyone. Apparently breakfast on the weekend doesn’t open until 7:30. This is way too late when most people staying at this hotel are there for events at the complex and would have to be at the event before 7:30. Families kept coming downstairs looking for food and the two men working to set up were basically yelling at anyone who even mentioned breakfast or being hungry.
