Our stay was great! We arrived later as we were at a baseball tournament but the staff could not have been nicer. The woman at check in gave us toothbrushes, toothpaste and even a tide pod to do a load of wash and even the gentlemen working at the bar were overtly accommodating. We had a great experience!

Check in was easy and quick, room was clean and comfortable. My wife noticed the toilet was not flushing correctly. Called the front desk and they had a maintenance man there quickly. He worked on it for 1/2 an hour. After that we requested another room, and the hotel was very accommodating. We got a room 3 doors down the hall and had a very pleasant stay. Will certainly stay again next time we are in town.

One of the pillows had blood on it and the comforter had some stains. There were several hairs in between the comforter and the sheets. It was apparent the bedding hadn’t been well cleaned, or cleaned at all. The room had an odd odor when we arrived but when we returned it had aired out.

I usually stay here while traveling for business, so it was why not for personal time. The new renovations look great, however, as a Silver member I didn’t appreciate a charge for late check out. Late check out is $25 per hour… why?!

Check in time was 4, I arrived close to a little after 5. Room was not ready and even though another was going to be provided minutes later their system indicated it was ready. Room could have been cleaned better. Appeared who ever cleaned it rushed through it. Other than that staff was very nice.

Our room had to be the worst room in the hotel. Room 101 smelled like a wet dog, the rug was stained from the ac that soundwd like a freight train. The rug was damp and smelled. The toilet ran all night and the tub had rust stains. They put hotel.com members in thr least desirable rooms. We were in a heavy traffic area on top of it all.

Great Stay

Extremely clean and very dog friendly. Nice bar and friendly staff. Dinner was delicious. We would definitely book again in the future. Bass pro shop in walking distance was a nice surprise.

Upon arrival we were told that the hotels computer system had been down all day and they could not assist us with a room. They could not give us any information and were unwilling and actually rude. We had to get another hotel and I am still waiting for Hilton to respond to my request for a refund. Unbelievable how bad customer service is at Hilton.

I stayed in this hotel on the holiday weekend in May. The cost of the room was very high and I was shocked to learn that breakfast was not included. I was initially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. It was dated but in very good condition.

The room was very clean and well maintained, however the heating/air conditioning unit fan was very noisy and could not be turned off. I contacted the desk and was told it would go off automatically.
Since the fan did not stop all night it resulted in a very poor night’s sleep.
When we checked out I reported my concern to the staff at the desk. She said she would speak to her supervisor who would follow up. After I returned home I made three phone calls, had assurances that I would be called but have not had any follow up.

Expedia had a terrible location marking. I thought it was next to i81 but I ended drinking 13 miles from i81 to the hotel in very crowded aggressive drivers.
