The pool was down for maintenance and I was not informed when I booked. This may have been Expedia’s fault. Free breakfast was advertised but for some reason this was not a part of my room package. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room smelled cheesy. I listed 4 people for my room but they only gave me 3 towels and when I asked for more I was informed that they ran out.

Staff at check-in were great. However, you had to hold the toilet handle down the entire time to have the water flush, the wifi was not secure and there was not an option for a secure one to put the code in that was provided at check-in, the pool was shut down (Main reason the hotel was booked), the shower handle was reversed for hot and cold, one of the kids took a cold shower because they couldn't figure it out, and the sofa bed was covered in dirty spots.

Ice storm and found shelter here. The basics and no complaints except no USB ports in the room. Macy’s not standard but seems common other places. I Didn’t have a block but had cord from the car, but no USB on lamps or anywhere to charge. Other wise clean, available, comfy, near the airport, good sleep.

Purposely got this hotel for the pool and once we got there the pool was closed. I checked the website and nothing was on there. I would have went somewhere else if I had known. I had some very upset children. Also the room wasn’t that nice. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall and there was mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. Had some random drips going down the wall.

Checked in at 8pm on Friday...opened the door to the room and the room was completely a mess. The beds were off the frames, pillows on the floor, no sheets or bedding. The bed was still pulled out from the couch with cushions on floor. Bathroom not cleaned. We were given a new room, but it was a smaller room then what we booked and paid for. In the restaurant the tables were still dirty from the night before well into the afternoon. The breakfast options were few choices and the food was not fresh. The only good thing was the staff. The staff was incredibly nice and kind.

My biggest issue with this holiday and is the fact that it's not clean enough Yes the sheets were cleaning the weren't stains but it was still had a dirty feel from it.
The first day I was there they didn't vacuum at all and whoever was there last had crumbs all over the floor so I had to ask the front desk to please vacuum the rug if I have to tell somebody to vacuum the rug and do their job then that's not great hotel stay for me then.

The room was a great size. A little updating would be nice to see. It was clean with some general conveniences like a microwave and mini fridge. I only brought my phone charger without a plug so I was unable to charge my phone. Updating the rooms with modern plugs would be nice. Over, very happy with our stay.

I booked two nights for a concert in the area. I arrived to find the hotel was fully booked. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a convenient location, close to shoppes, food options and about 20 minutes from Hersey Park. My room was clean and had the necessary essentials.

Overall, the stay was good. It's not the freshest hotel (could use an updating), and the parking lot could be better but it served its purpose.

The hotel was very clean, but the breakfast they offer in the price they want it was so basic. It was a basic free buffet they were charging for the elevators were scary. They made the craziest noise. I thought every time I got on it I was gonna get stuck. The facility was OK but half of the doors were broken. I will stay there again, but I think they charged too much.

My stay was great overall except to check out no one was around and the online checkout wasn’t working.

The cleaning staff is decent but key things are missing when tidying up a room, vacuuming, ensuring a fresh smell and making sure they grab all the dirty linens.

The pool didn’t look clean even though I was eager to swim, there needs to be something to wipe off the workout equipment.

You Get What You Pay For.

You get what you pay for. It was reasonably priced and I only needed to sleep and shower for a concert. I didn’t need a lavish room, however they need to address the chipped paint, molded lamp shade, and stained grout in bathroom. They had a plus, clean sheets and dove products, overall room smelled stale and like cigarettes.

The first room we were given was dirty—the toilet wasn’t working upon arrival, there were spider webs on the ceiling and curtains, and the bathroom appeared unclean. We requested a different room, but it was even worse, with stains on the pillow, an unclean bathroom, and a dead fly on the bed. Due to the poor conditions, we chose not to stay the night. We were told that management would call us the next morning, but we have yet to receive any follow-up.

Eh…just ok.

Bed was awful hard, bar staff was great, room was average and cool but it was humid in the room. The hallway on 2nd floor has an awful diaper smell the entire time we stayed- (1 night stay) If it had smelled like that in the room we never would’ve stayed. The room needs more lighting near bathrooms. And interior hall in room. Was hard to do makeup and get ready.
The bathroom had no sink!! That’s extremely unhealthy and gross. So when done using the toilet you have to touch the door handle to go wash your hands outside the bathroom?!?!??How is this not a health violation?!?!? So nasty.
Didn’t use the pool can’t comment but check in was easy. Close to highways which was convenient.

The room did not match the photos at all. The chair looked like it had been torn apart by dogs, there were dents all over the walls, and the wooden bed frame had chunks missing. The room also had a noticeable odor, and the lamp didn’t work. The hallway on the second floor was unusually hot, even at night. On top of that, one elevator was out of service, and the other was extremely slow. The only good thing was the lady at front desk was kind at night

The first room I reserved was not cleaned food and cards left and bed was not done. . Another room was provided . We stayed in the room for 29 minutes and went to a concert. Upon returning around 11 pm. We went to bed and found socks and a hair tide in the comforter. The white sheets had stains also. We decided to take the 3 hr drive home.

I liked how clean the shower was and modern it felt. I like how they actually had a good working fridge in my room and the microwave. Also is easy to connect to Wi-Fi.
The bad parts were that a lot of the sheets and pillow blankets had stains on them not so much dirty but they were stained. They need to make it easier to be able to connect a console to their Wi-Fi. Help that's good night is hard to get a hold of when needed.

First the front counter staff was very rude. They would not take AMEX even though the reservation was made using AMEX. They took Visa, but added $50 deposit, which 4 days later still has not been credited back to my account. 1 of 2 elevators was labeled as broken, the 2nd elevator also would not work and I had to return to the counter for them to get the buttons “unstuck”. They stated it was a big problem. The general hotel was “dated” and generally in bad shape aesthetically. My room overlooked a cemetery(no joke or exaggeration). The sink and bath area were tiny. They know the are a “airport” hotel and that guest will chose them if they are used to Holiday Inn standards. I travel about 200 days a year….this is the worst hotel I have stayed in for several years. I will not be back. Disappointed at the existing reviews in Travelocity regarding this hotel. Obviously they are fake. I did not get there on a “bad” day.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful. She helped accomadte a few request I had with no issues. The facilities itself were a little less then desirable. the indoor pool had horrible odor, my children were in it for about 5 minutes before they came out totally disgusted by the smell. The one elevator was broken and the other had a horrible jolt every time it landed at a floor. the breakfast was misleading on the website as we thought we could order food and it was just not contential. The continetal breakfast wasn't great and there was no staff to help or even replacing food. We arrived back from a day at Hershey around midnight and the bar area was so loud, while i get its a bar maybe enclosing it a bit more would be an idea. Rooms were not the best smelling, shower turn on took a great deal to figure out. But for the rate we paid i didnt expect too much but it cold use a little tlc

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately that’s probably the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Very run down in my opinion. Not worth the money they charge for one night stay. Elevators weren’t working. Pool was gross. The rooms were old and not kept up with. (For example: paint was missing or peeling off walls. Furniture wasn’t clean. Bathroom ceiling was cracked and no fan in bathroom) Just overall not a clean place. Tolerated it for one night since it was already paid for. But the cost of the stay is not even close to being worth it. Reminds me of an old run down motel. But like I said, staff was friendly.
