The room was a bait and switch. I booked an executive suite and the host claimed they did not have the booking for that room type on their end. I was given a room half the size. I spoke with Orbitz and they tried to contact the hotel. The host would not answer the phone. I went to the desk and they lied, saying Orbitz never called.
The room was severely lacking in standard amenities. There was one roll of toilet paper and two thin bath towels.
The room condition wasn’t good and was in general There were stains on the couch. The telephone was broken. The tv remote was sticky. The tub was stained and the caulking was coming up. The pillows were odd sized squares.
It was very odd there was paper jammed into the peephole.
The mattress was soft and comfortable though.
