Awesome experience from check in to check out. The staff was beyond amazing!! Customer service is on point. The property is in great shape, well lit and is really safe for families. The pool was warm and really helped my cranky newborn drift off to sleep. Breakfast was great there was a nice variety of healthy items. I highly recommend the potatos. The place has a family vibe that makes you feel welcome.

Awesome place for Families!!

Our family is relocating to PA and we are staying at a hotel while the final touches are being put on our home and the experience has been awesome since check-in. The staff is extremely friendly and made checking in with a baby and 2 service animals a breeze. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is guest laundry on site and the machines work great. The breakfast is a great perk. I would recommend this hotel to families or women traveling alone because I feel very safe here and the property is very quiet and low key. Overall awesome experience!! Staff is beyond kind.

Would not recommend.

No one there to check in. Multiple key cards didn't work for us and other guests on our floor. The front desk then blamed us the guests saying we don't understand how to use the cards yet one of the other guests had already been there for days and said it's been nothing but issues and the card worked before they left the room. No linen for the pullout then didn't give us any fitted sheets just pillow and blanket for it. The only saving grace was the rooms were actually clean otherwise staff was rude and this was not a great experience.

Arrived - Bathroom Lobby was soiled with blood .

Checked in Room #1 - Beds had dust from either a vent , vacuum or machinery.

Transferred room #2 - Hair bathroom , toilet dirty , found dead bug inside sofa bed , Had to run to Walmart to purchase a air mattress instead. No extra linen or pillows , had to asked to be transferred to another room .

Got in late so the only thing I can review is the room. Check-in was great. It was very easy. Was saddened by the fact that breakfast is at 7a on Saturday and Sunday. I obviously missed that bit. I had an engagement at 7 so obviously no breakfast. That would have been good to know. Smelled a little old in some places when I ventured down to the ice machine but the lobby was nice and bright. Overall for my purpose it was a fairly decent stay.

First they give me the room that’s not even clean inside and after I let them know, they called the housekeeping and start cleaning their room and I find the room has a fly in the room coffee supplies in the rooms are eaten by mouse. I have a picture too, not at all as expected not respond from customer service after I let him know that it has a fly in the room.

Hotel was decently clean but showing its age and in need of some reno’s. It’s close to the highway and has lots of food choices nearby which is nice. Biggest downfall is its definitely lacking staff, the provided breakfast was always out of items and you had to go look for someone to replenish them. We stayed for three days and no one tidied / cleaned our room or replaced any towels. Only saw the same two staff members the whole time we were there, not sure if they’re the only ones?

It wasn't an awful stay it was just filled with inconveniences. Door battery dead needed front desk to get in our room. The thermostat wasn't a program to a set temp, it didn't sync with the fan correctly it didn't matter whether it was on hot low slow forced out freezing air or none at all. Gym equipment was pretty lame and treadmill was broken. Pool ended up being unusable cause a light fixture was loose in the pool and they did not have maintenance on duty. All doors on the floor close extremely loudly and the toilets flushing are loud. Nothing was awful but nothing was as it should have been either. Definitely was not worth the price paid. Will do better and more research before booking next time.

The room we stayed in had lots of stains on the bed skirts and blankets. Behind the toilet was dirty, broken tiles and mold on the shower curtain. The TV had no reception and WiFi was poor. Breakfast was supposed to be 7-10 but was last minute changed to 6-9 on a Saturday and when we arrived at 8:30 there was nothing left and the room was trashed. Children were running up and down the halls at 10pm at night.

It's right off the highway and adjacent to a gas station. At first the noise from the highway might be jarring, but one quickly gets over it. Breakfast is prompt and gives what's needed. The coffee machine is great. Has a gym if one wants to use it. A pool, too. There's microwave/hairdryer/iron in room.

I booked a room years ago and thought omg I would love to come here again. Well my second experience was nothing like the first. I booked a room with the fireplace and jacuzzi. The fireplace did not work at all and I paid for this. The breakfast was terrible and the pancake machine did not function properly. The front desk lady has no manners at all. As I’m standing by the machine she just stands there trying to reach for the machine without an “excuse me”. Wish there was better food for breakfast with the prices they’re charging. There was a fake eyelash in the bed. I most likely will not rebook with this hotel.

When I arrived to the property it took someone a while to check me in. I called the number it said to call but only the front desk phone rang which obviously if no one’s there how can they answer it. After waiting, I got checked in. We went to our room. There was a strange smell. We went to the pool which was ice cold. In the morning we went down to check breakfast and the pancake machine wasn’t working, the yogurt machine wasn’t working and they were out of milk. There wasn’t much to choose from to eat.

Quick overnight one night

One night stay after Hershey since the closer hotels were booked or $300 a night due to a concert. Hotel is updated& the breakfast was a plus. However, it wasn't replenished quickly. The girl working it seemed to give preferential treatment to another Indian family by bringing the food directly to them. It was very annoying because then there was nothing left. My nephew & i ended up eating the cheesecake from dinner the night before for breakfast. The room was a good size However the bathroom shower curtain was dirty& stained. Room was pretty clean but i found hair on the desk which was not my hair color. Took a look at the pool & its small 3ft to 4ft. Good value for the $$$.

The property is nothing like the pics. It seems to be family owned and operated—front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning crew.
My room was located next to the highway. So at times it was noisy. Ice machine doesn’t work. Breakfast, so,so. It was perfect for catching up my stomach. It’s a place to sleep and have a shower if there isn’t a water break in the main line, which affected the hotel.

The only reason I gave two stars for this hotel was that it's pet friendly, room was "just-right" comfortable and it came with free breakfast - though the breakfast did not even come close to average or is not what you'd normally see in other similar hotels. Other areas of the hotel were dirty, too, as if it's never been cleaned for months, including the dining area.

Front desk staff was rude and short with us. Lobby was full of loud children, hotel staff did nothing. Dirty laundry piled all over the sitting areas all night and morning. Shower smelled like cigarette smoke. Weird baby pillows! No hairdryer. YUCK!

An Accommodating but Unremarkable Stay

I could write a full review but I'm honestly not motivated enough to do so. Instead I will list some pros and cons; and let recipients of this list take from it what they want.

Cons:
-- Reserved two rooms, for three adults: had 5 pillows total for the two rooms. For as predictable (and by that I mean "poor" quality these pillows are) I would expect 4 PER ADULT minimum! Thank god I brought some of my own pillows.
-- A broken pen was on the floor of our room the second we arrived. A couple of sheet spots and a small mattress stain; cleanliness of this establishment left some to be desired.
-- A mid stay cleaning resulted in the bare minimum of room re-accommodating. Coffee, tea, towels, and cups were not restocked. While shampoo and soaps were, at least a couple things were done right with much else ignored.

Pros:
-- Spatial and tidy the suite was pleasant and enjoyable for up to four people. Would not suggest trying to cram 5+ into any room.
-- Air conditioning units in hallways and rooms worked excellently! A mid summer's stay was comfortable and cool both in room and outside in the lobby ways.
-- Pool was clean and enjoyable. Gym looked clean and equipped. Included breakfast needs more access to milk and creams but provided enough basic food essentials to get someone up and on their feet.


A SOLID 3/5 stay. Seems like only 1 person is the entire staff of this establishment.
