It was a disiaster. There were tennagers running the halls at 1:30 in the morning forcing us to check out and drive 2 hours home in the middle of the night. The front desk even called the police because a bunch of teens were drinking and creating chaos. The poor woman at the front desk contacted the managers and they told her she was not allowed to close the lobby. At 1:30 in the morning, there wer still about 30 people in the lobby carrying on. I will neber stay there again!!!!

Stayed in Hampton Inns on our road trip there and back. This one we had to wait about 10 minutes for an employee to arrive at the front desk (it was about 8pm on our arrival). Once in our room we had the lights out by 9:30pm. At about 11pm our neighbour arrived to his room. Although he was talking in a usual volume we could hear every word (and it was unsettling; he was pressing charges against someone who had pulled a firearm on him in the parking lot - so he was talking to an officer). Could also hear him pee. Not much sleep went on in our room as a result.

The breakfast was pretty good. There were continental breakfast options (all fresh and delicious) and they also had hot breakfast options like french toast sticks, omelet, scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, fried potatoes, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal etc. Four different juice, teas, coffee. Something for everyone.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, there were hairs in the tub, before we even used it. The bedding did not fit the mattress. The sheets did not cover the mattress and the we could see the mattress as soon as we walked in.

We had one unfortunate issue. A group came into the room next to ours at 3 am drunk and loud. We banged on door but they didn’t stop. Called the front desk who came up and banged on their door until they answered. Thankfully they stoped after that.

As a dog owner myself, I am completely comfortable staying in pet-friendly rooms. However, our room on the second floor smelled of very heavy urine, and it was evident from the moment we walked in. When I called to ask the staff to help with the smell, they informed me that they couldn't do anything until I was out of the room for an hour and a half so they could filter the air out to remedy the odor. Because it worked with our schedule the next day, we were amenable to it, however it did not work, and I informed them that the carpets needed to be scrubbed (and told them precisely where). While we were able to \"hide\" some of the smell by draping blankets over the offending areas, we were stuck with a pricey room all weekend that smelled of pet urine. Although everything else about the hotel was generally satisfactory, I would not ever stay in this location again, particularly given their overall lack of interest in rectifying the issue.
