Nice, we would go back

the renovated rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was simple and good, even though they are under construction. The pool was very nice. The pool could have been a little cleaner but it still was nice. The entire pool area is a great set up and the ability to swim inside and outside was really cool.

Stay Away!!

The hotel was in disrepair and for what we paid was not worth it at all. Paint in our room was peeling. Wires hanging from the ceiling and construction work all over. We also were stuck in the elevator.

We deserve. Refund it was so bad.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated. I didn’t like that the bathroom doesn't have a vent. They only have two towels in the room, not including the small ones. But other than that, the stay was great.

This was bad experience. Hotel is in pretty bad shape, repair and renovations all over. Indoor pool was very dirty, old rundown place, almost scary dark. None of these were described on website/hotel descriptions. Pictures probably are from when hotel was new. Felt pretty bad almost cheated. Only good part was staff at front desk was nice and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay. My room was really nice.I was upgraded to a suite which was expected but pleasant surprised. They were in the midst of renovations so there was some temporary walls in the lobby. It didn't bother me but work noting. I never heard the work or had to deal with the dust but it meant the whole hotel wasn't open.

When you go there, it is like amazed they are under construction, and it is not very clear on where to go. We stayed on the third floor, which is the lobby floor, and it was extremely noisy. Our neighbors kept slamming their doors. It was not very conducive to what I needed my children had a hockey tournament. They barely slept played horrible. The next day used to be a favorite of hotel of hours, but this was not good at all, they should really have shut down construction and not do it totally gave this hotel

The hotel was under serious construction ! You had to pass the indoor pool to get to the outdoor pool and it was a mess . There were no signs how to get to the outdoor pool but it was the same

First, Hotels.com and the Sheraton did not honor booking protection after I needed to modify a reservation and I was charged $1800 for 2 nights. The AC was terrible, the bed was uncomfortable and there was absolutely no ventilation in the room. They brought extra pillows that had pubic hairs on them so we had to get another set. The hallway smelled like mold and rotting food.

I stayed tonight just to get away from my family. I take care of my mother and father. And sometimes I just need a little break and I usually go to the Best Western premiere, which is amazing but I decided to try the sheraton but I was disappointed. The room I had was nice, but half old half new. The whole hotel was a little spooky. Sketchy, I'm sure when it's done being remodeled. It will be wonderful besides the. Condition of the hotel which is not good. Everybody was friendly. The dog and pony. Lindsey, who is the bartender 4 times a week, is a diamond in the rough and you better hold on to her and pay her whatever she needs. Because without her, that restaurant would not be anymore and I and then you customer and I have just met her and the value on her alone could set up the whole atmosphere of your hotel for the better. The entire stay was amazing! Fresh, Clean & Above Expectations! Staff was Friendly, Accommodating, Respectful & went out of their way to make us all feel special & Happy to be there! The Staff Were all very friendly & you could tell they were happy working there. Everyone Greeted us, chatted with us & asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better! The Rooms were outstanding, the restaurant was open late & the food was excellent, the pool was indoor/outdoor & the kids loved it! The fitness room was full of many different equipment pieces enough that it was not overcrowded. Every employee was friendly & truly caring about our comfort! I highly recommend this location for both business & pleasure. They also have large meeting rooms & ball rooms for weddings, conferences, reunions, etc. I was extremely impressed with the accommodations!

The property was in a great location for access to the theme park. I love the option of the indoor and outdoor pool easy access. Since it always rains when I go in June. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. However there should be more of a deep cleaning of the hotel. As there was very noticeable areas that needed better cleaning. Breakfast was $16.99 per person. I had six kids so that was not a great option for me. I would go back.

Front desk JD was rude and had an attitude! Restaurant food was good and the waitress was vey sweet! The pool area is nice and pool temp was great! The room looks very clean but when you take a closer look there are ants and they were crawling on my bag and the rug and floor outside of bathroom area! Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am to see if we left yet! Checkout is not til 11! I expressed these issues to manager and all I got was ok! Not I'm sorry, I'll look into it or comp or something!!!!

Just very average. My main issue was this place was lack of AC and USB outlets at the desk and bedside table. You would think that in today’s electronic world that you wouldn’t have to crawl under the SES and unplug the coffee maker in order to plug in your laptop. That is ridiculous in 2023. Everything else was just average and outdated.

We had a room with 2 beds; one was very evidently broken- loud and dented in on the far right side and the other bed was not made with sheets (fitted or flat). The tub had dirty shoe prints in them and the room smelled overwhelmingly like smoke.

Sliding doors that don’t open if you close them all the way… ON THE BATHROOM. Hard Pass. Air Conditioning units that sound like jet engines. Tiny beds. Pool area in complete disrepair… like third world country disrepair. On site breakfast to purchase for $17? Nope. Hallways are dark and reminiscent of The Shining.

They gave us a room and its sink was badly clogged then they gave us another room and its sink was also not working very well and at the end it was badly clogged as well.
We paid around $570 CAD for two nights and we were not expecting this!

At check in time I was greeted with friendly staff . Very impressed with the indoor/outdoor pool and the restaurant open till mid-night. Actually I was so impressed with the amenities that I am planning a short term vacation with the kids in June as it is close to Hershey Park.

Older Sheraton, but upgrades are set to begin soon! Looking forward to new upgrades. The cleanliness was not great, bathroom floors had dirt build up in corners and dusty underneath the sink. I forgot my blow dryer and went to pick up the hotel hair dryer bag. The bag was convered in dust as was the shelf.

This is definitely a poor property property representing the sheraton. It's very old dirty and musty rooms were disgusting. Toiletries were very very limited. We asked for housekeeping to tidy up one time in the 4 days we were there that was not done. And woke up to the ceiling dripping water on us at 3 AM while sleeping due to a leak!!! The keys for the room only worked for one day at a time and kept needing to be re-programmed, totally inconvenient!! The tub in my shower kept getting backed up call, the bathroom door did not close unless it was slammed, and the hook for the towel behind the door fell offell off. Staff was rude and very unprofessional.. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend that anyone stay here!

The overall property was dirty. There was lots of mildew and mold in the rooms and they smelled really bad. The best thing was the pool. The carpet was dirty and smelled in the hall. The area near the ice machine wall was rusted and mold.

Dark brown corridor and room that we stayed at on the 4th floor was depressing. Beds were comfortable. A very nice big TV. The carpet had been vacuumed but was sticky with dirt it had sucked in over the years. The swimming pool was big and popular. It's a big hotel prepared to accommodate large numbers of guests for business meetings and receptions. There are a few clean restaurants just at the foot of the small hill it's sitting on, and a few stores including Target just opposite of them. It's within 20 minutes drive to the horrible Hershey Park.
