I booked this hotel as it said it provides a buffet hot breakfast. The food was awful, no real eggs or bacon, very poor choices. The hotel and rooms need a re fresh, ran out of hot water, heating not working correctly, beds not comfortable. Heard other complaints from other guests too. Overall very poor.

After a long day of traveling, I was happy to finally make it to a hotel. My home is currently be renovated, so I'm displaced.

Anyway, it was awful to learn once I got to the front desk that I couldn't check in because I was a local resident.

I was tired and had to go back out in the cold to find another stay which cost me triple the price of my original booking.

Terrible is an understatement. 5 Negative stars.

My stay was for 2 nights, my first complaint is the bottom of the door into the room had a 2 inch gap on the very bottom, my arm up to my elbow could fit under. I put the ironing board against the door to block the gap but if someone wanted to look under and watch everything I did in the room they absolutely could without the block. Another complaint is that the shower did not work the second night. The water would not hold pressure at the bottom faucet, and it would not move up to the shower head. On a positive note, breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. The cinnamon rolls were amazing.

Upon arrival the hotel had a busy line for checking in, I was asked to present my id and credit card for accidentals. I gave the required information. Only to later see via my banking app I was charged by hotels.com and also the same fee from Holiday Inn Express. I called to speak with the manager after speaking with my bank, was told I could receive a call back and never did. The room was average, broken usb outlets, the elevator floor is due to be replaced along with being out of inspection. The breakfast staff was rude..

This hotel gets props for convenient location, cleanliness, fresh breakfast, and comfortability of the beds. However, this hotel had several groups staying and during our stay. Kids were running up and down the third floor hallway, screaming, and yelling and carrying on slamming doors until late at night. And then to top it off check out is it until 11 but housekeeping with the do not disturb sign on the door let themselves in my room while I was in the shower to clean the room.

As I stay in many hotels for work, I understand the short window to turn rooms around, but there is a checkout time for a reason.

Unfortunately we had to change rooms 3 times due to no heat, door wouldn’t shut, and the last room had stains on side of mattress and bathroom ceiling tiles were totally stained. Our room was never cleaned, first day didn’t even get new towels, tissue, etc. We were there 5 days so we were very disappointed because Holiday Inn are usually very well maintained but this property is not. All seats in breakfast areas are very worn and look terrible.

The room’s condition was ok. One of the wall lamps next to the bed had a short and would not stay lit. Our room had a handicapped accessible shower yet the bed was so elevated that it was difficult to climb into even without a handicap. The staff was friendly enough.

I had to stay here for several day while my brother was hospitalized nearby. All the front desk staff was lovely. Solid breakfast and rooms are just fine. Easy location. If you pay top dollar for these rooms you might be disappointed but I got a great deal!

This hotel was a bit above average. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Refrigerator in room didn’t work, heat/cool didn’t work well (set at 68, was 72 in room). Breakfast area was clean, staff kept well. This is a dog friendly hotel but heads up, there is a $50 pet fee, not disclosed on Expedia. Overall, was decent for a quick stay!

The staff was fine the bed was good.
Lots of things indicate the hotel is starting to go downhill. The elevator was filthy. The hallway carpet was dirty and had litter. In our room the white paint was carelessly up onto the blue paint as if a 4 year old painted it. The shower curtain had dirt marks in several places. There was either black mold, or mildew where the tub meets the tile and up the corner.
The lady working breakfast did a great job and the food was good. Most of the chairs in the eating area have worn out upholstery.
This is just not the Holiday Inn Express name I have always felt happy to stay in.

The hotel was very dated. Rugs were fraying, molding missing or falling off, tiles chipped, fixtures mismatched. Trash and linens left outside doors. Breakfast area chairs desperately need to be replaced or reupholstered. Juice machine was empty except for apple juice. Pancake maker had no batter. Not what was expected given others reviews and definitely not what my Holiday Inn Express experiences have been in the past. Travel frequently through this area and will not stay at this location again.

Not the cleanest hotel

The fruit had Nats flying around it. Bagel was fine. Butter was frozen. The room had cracked tiles and dirt all over the place. There was literally something on the bathroom door dripping down it that we personally cleaned off the shower had hair on the wall and mildew in the corners. The bed maybe had a broken box spring, but both of the beds in the room were like this. It’s almost like they were hollow and bouncy and loud and uncomfortable. This hotel’s falling apart. The elevator also broke while we were there.
