I am genuinely disgusted by the condition of this place and do not recommend anyone stay here. After checking in, my husband and I went to our room and immediately noticed obvious yellow stains on the sheets, blood, and dried-crusted mystery fluid. The room itself was also dirty, smelled of mold, and was in absolutely unacceptable condition.

We went to the front desk person (named Raf) and asked for either a room change or at minimum clean sheets. He refused to change our room and said housekeeping would come change the sheets. After a six-hour flight from California for my mother’s funeral, we were left standing around for a ridiculous amount of time waiting for them to come change the bedding.

When housekeeping finally arrived, the replacement sheets were just as stained. I was shocked honestly. At that point, we asked again nicely to be moved to a different room, and the front desk worker still refused. We then requested a refund, which was also denied.

This was not a minor issue or a preference complaint. The bedding was visibly unsanitary, the room was disgusting. No guest should be expected to sleep on stained sheets with dried mystery fluid, especially after giving the hotel multiple chances to correct the problem.

Too noisy could hear other occupants and pets through walls very easily. Breakfast was horrible nothing there kept asking to refill but seemed like he didn’t understand what I was saying. I have been in many hotels in my military career and this one is definitely not one of my better ones.

First, to get to the hotel you had to drive through/around abandoned/neglected properties. The room had dirty stained pillowcases, a broken lamp and power strips plugged into power strips. The fridge was in a clothing closet. The bathroom was infested with ants and the fan did not work or there was no switch that I could find. The blow dryer was stuffed in a bag but it was one with a wall attachment that you had to hold while using it. Chest of drawers had a broken drawer. Could not plug in phones to charge because the plugs would fall out of the outlets. One outlet on one nightstand for two queen beds. I was traveling with 2 20 year olds and one 16 year old, it was a problem.

Our room was not clean. We had stains on our towels and wash clothes, the bathroom was dingy and had mildew. The bathroom door touches the toilet bowl. There was different strands of hair all over our room and in our bed. The sheets had stains on them, one looked like someone stepped on the bed with their outside shoes on. We had a long drive checked in and had to leave right away. We didn’t inspect the room at first until we came back to get ready to run out again that we noticed these things. By the time we came back at night we inquired about extending for one more night, after seeing all of these things we decided to book somewhere else and checked out in the morning. I slept sitting up and my friend slept in a hoodie and track pants we were up at 5 am and drove 7 hours to get there. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

Room was a clean standard room- We arrived extremely late and the counter staff helped off load my vehicle and bring items to my room. He also helped us locate a restaurant willing to deliver food. We had been on the road driving for 17 hours and were exhausted. He even waved the late check out and told us to sleep in a little.

I checked in at 5:30pm and my room was not ready (despite the website saying check in was at 3pm). When I went up to my room after checking in, the door was propped open and the beds were not made. I found housekeeping and asked them to finish my room which took about 30 minutes. Later that night, I found stains on one of the bed pillows and on one of the top sheets. Lastly, there were a bunch of middle/high school students staying at the hotel for a school trip and they spent the whole night running up and down the halls, slamming doors, and having loud conversations in the hallway. I will not stay here (or any Ramada) again.

Staff was friendly but that is the only positive I can really give. The property is in marginal condition even though it was supposedly fully renovated just last year. The room had clean sheets but there were several spots that had stains and/or discoloration on them and the shower still had hair from the previous guest stuck to the wall. I don't expect anything fancy for a $250 night stay, but seeing the hair and stains is off putting. The people I was traveling with also reported poor cleanliness and stains on the bedsheets. I would not stay here again.

We were slightly nervous reading a few reviews and even pulling into the hotel (it's an awkward location) but we were pleasantly surprised. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was extremely helpful, breakfast was more than we anticipated, and the room was huge and very clean. We checked in promptly at 3:00pm and got to witness housekeeping putting extra effort into ensuring rooms were clean. The breakfast attendant maintained that area and kept options stocked. The gym was clean and had a decent array of equipment. The indoor pool area was also clean and very chlorinated lol. The gentleman who I checked out with was very concerned about making sure our stay was enjoyable.

IT ONLY HAS ONE CAR ENTRANCE AND YOU ENTER THROUGH THE BACK OF THE HOTEL WHICH IS THE UGLIEST PART, YOU DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE FRONT FACADE OF THE HOTEL. THE AREA WHERE WE WERE GIVEN THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.

There is a reason this hotel is an expensive. Quite shabby, no real amenities just two paper cups in the room. The shampoo just would not foam up. The pool area is sparse with really worn out and stained furniture. You have to go to the desk to get a towel and you get a small thin towel. The breakfast is barely adequate. There were things often not stocked, you had to ask for them. We upgraded from a standard room to a suite because the standard room was just way too small ehven for two nights. Again it was very inexpensive and there was a reason for that. Much of the staff did not speak English. Got a box of Praisinerres from vending g machine. It was open and melted into a lump. Went to desk, they offered me other candy. Which turned out to be partially melted as well.

We were traveling with our children. Arrived a little later than we wanted to.l (1115pm) We had a reservation booked f9r a 2 night stay that was booked weeks in advance. When we arrived the staff said our reservation was canceled. It was almost 1am and we had to find a new hotel. The staff was not helpful at all with the issue.

Our bedroom floors were so greasy and dirty we couldn't even walk barefoot & my toddlers kept slipping. Our bed sheets were filthy and covered in hair and definitely were used. The pool was so packed full of people we couldn't go in. Breakfast was ok. We stayed here before and it was fine that's why we came back but very disappointed won't stay here again

Breakfast not too much variety. Staff was friendly - amenities were scarce. No room service or in house restaurant. There's a Japanese restaurant in walking distance. Food is mediocre at best. Beds were very comfy and pillows very comfy. Elevator slow - we took stairs. It was a good place to sleep overall. No bells and whistles if that's what you're looking for. Pool was crowded. Good place to lay over for good night sleep and close to the highway. Oh, and on the plus side it was pet friendly. We brought along our 2 shizhus. They had no complaints.

I was grateful to find a space with a hot tub and pool on short notice. The level of cleanliness and quality of updating was not what I would expect for this price point. The overall cleanliness was substandard and the linens and towels had a well-worn feel to them. It looks like there was an attempt to update, but a lot of the quality was DIY or handyman level.

Overall, I would consider staying here again, but probably not at the price point

Property was outdated and very dirty. Room floors were greasy and very noisy. Pool and hot tub area were somewhat clean but you had to go ask for towels at front desk. Breakfast was a joke. It said it had fruit and yogurt but you had to ask staff for it and they were reluctant to put it out. It says it a Wyndham property but it’s operated by a third party and that was evident. I have kids and it’s not the property fault, but the clientele that we experienced were oblivious to their kids splashing the adults in the hot tub, screaming in the hallways and absolutely no manners. This hotel falls somewhere between a clean Motel 6 and a Holiday Inn Express. The room I stayed in this time (stayed here a month ago) was larger and more updated. A friend found a bug in his room, but it turned out to be a regional type of fly (it was almost 100 degrees that day). I was on the first floor, and the parking lot was close, not loud, but close in terms of people being able to look directly in. Had to close curtains, even during daylight. Very close to 81. Stayed in the King Room, which was sort of a suite with a separate sofa area. The bathroom was updated and very nice. Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Both front desk staff I interacted with were nice. Breakfast was what was expected for this price point.

I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off.

floor was super sticky . Not sure how they clean the floor with.

My stay at this property was not pleasant. The smell of chlorine in the pool and hot tub area, in my opinion, was at an unsafe level. My eyes immediately started burning upon entering the room. Other guests I was with felt the need to crack the windows and the door in order to get some fresh air. The kids were coughing and couldn’t be in the pool for that long before they needed to leave. There were also two women, not with my party, who appeared to be under the influence of something. They went into the bathroom in the pool area for a long time together and it was uncomfortable. One of the women was also vaping by the pool. In the middle of the night 12am and 3am) I was awoken by other guests in the hotel. The first time it was a group of people loudly talking in the lobby but the second time was far worse and disturbing. Two guests were having an argument and screaming at each other using profanities. Everyone in my room and the family’s room next to mine were awakened and the kids were scared. It was not a good stay. The hotel itself was ok but the area and guests were shady and felt unsafe.

There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers on the shower. Headed to front desk and no one was available after 11:00pm. Called at 6:30 and went again but no answer. Had to find alternatives for toiletries. There was only one waffle maker in cafeteria and the line was super long. Overall experience not good.

At check in only one person at that time she was on the phone over 10 minutes. A second person came and did check us in. Went to the pool to use the hot tub. Hot very hot and very little water flow. No towels were available. Asked for towels two times and waited 45 minutes and never got any. Clean hotel but appears to be understaffed.

We checked in and subsequently checked out within an hour. The sink in our room was clogged with hair and had ants coming out of it. They sent a maintenance man to fix it which took the entire hour I was there. I asked to be moved to a new room… even offered to pay for a larger room that was available and was told no. Sink got fixed but I no longer felt like my family would have a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We arrived at the facility around 10:30-11am. I paid for the rooms (I had 2), let them know that we were in town and had some other things to do and would be back for checkin time. I looked at my bank account and they had charged me 3 times for 2 rooms. I had to get that fixed as well. We ended up coming back at 5:20pm, only one room was ready at that time but keys to both rooms were given to us. We checked to see when the second room would be done and the housekeeper was sitting on the bed on her phone, and said her arm hurt so she was behind on rooms. At about 7:20pm, the room STILL was not finished and we had to speak with management. They only apologized and kept saying soon, soon. It was about 8:15pm when the room was finally ready. In our first room, there was hair, all in the bathtub and sink which I had to clean out. I have pictures to show as well. Also, when the housekeeper was addressed, in her language (Spanish) by my mother, she laughed in her face which was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I can honestly say that we will never stay at this hotel, ever again. I will be requesting a refund as well.

It should be stated that this is clearly a residential hotel and so has all the \"human features\" that are typical of a hotel of that sort. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was in need of repairs. It was also strange that they would only service your room if you requested it the day before and would not allow you to just request daily service regardless of the length of your stay. The pool seemed clean but the chlorine was overpowering and made us itchy. Breakfast was free.

We booked a double queen. The beds were doubles. We let the front desk know and they claimed they were queen beds and all beds were the same size except the kitchenette room which he said were smaller. Except when we looked at that room the beds were the same size as ours. The guy said yeah they are all the same size. The place is falling apart.
