Breakfast choice was toast, apples, or cereal but no milk available. Had to use powder creamer for coffee because no milk was available. They had a pancake maker there, but was not working when I complained. They said sorry. Had to go out to a diner to get something to eat.

The staffer was good. The hotel itself was outdated. The had one elevator for 3 floors. The shower in our room barely worked and it made an annoying noise for about a minute each time you turned it on. Breakfast was bare minimum. But we only paid $47+ tax , so you get what you paid for.

MY CHILDREN FOU D A USED METH PIPE IN OUR ROOM. The owner offered a 50% discount rather than a full refund. The hotel is filthy, dirty floors, debris everywhere, rusty metal in the bathrooms. Do yourself a favor and spend 10 extra bucks to go across the street and stay elsewhere.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m not sure what happened to this place. We stayed there back in September and was so much better. The older lady that works there was just so rude. When we checked in the temperature outside was like 20 and the heater in the room wasn’t working. The person checked it and said they didn’t have anymore rooms available but gave us a blanket. Finally after about 6 hours it started to heat up. The fridge didn’t work and there was no remote for the TV. I think the beds shrunk too. We stayed in the exact same room type. I’m five foot eight and my feet were hanging off the bed. This is definitely one hotel we won’t be staying at again. The whole hotel has a bad smell as well.

The washer could be a dollar cheaper 3.75 is a bit much. The front entrance where the smokers loiter needs some policing up and a better effort for breakfast. I stayed here because it was the cheapest but you also get what you pay. I pretty much kept to myself. House keeping is very inconsiderate to the guest too loud with lots of profanity

Room was clean. Ac/heat was fine. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was average for Pennsylvania motels. Early one morning there was loud arguing from one of the rooms that could be heard for about a half hour. Towels were not replaced and trash not emptied for 2 days. One day they neglected to do it. One day we did not leave the room until after 11AM and they apparently only come around once between 11AM and 3PM daily so if you have do not disturb sign when they come by- you have to go to the front desk to get new towels. Staff was attentive.

They said they just took over from a Days Inn last year and are renovating, but need to move that faster if it's the reason condition of the rooms is not great like peeling vinyl floors, bad stains in toilet, etc. Simple things at least could have helped like missing tissue box for the holder and only 2 lids by the coffee machine with no cups. There also was no \"do not disturb\" sign in the room. Breakfast was a step down from a similar chain which is already a low bar to meet. They're also not enforcing the \"no smoking\" policy. Good thing was the beds were fine.

A solid no-frills hotel at a low price. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms have wear and tear but were clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows and towels were not. Includes microwave, mini fridge, small table, couch, iron, hairdryer, and hygine products. Breakfast was traditional continental (donuts, cereal, coffee, juice, etc). Biggest issue is the noise. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear everything... TVs from across the hall, normal volume conversations in the room next door, every movement in the hallway, etc. If you are a light sleeper, bring headphones and a noise machine for sure.

The young man who checked me in gave me a heads up on some structural shortcomings in the room which there was and I didn’t mind (like a crack in the tub and some small holes on the wall behind the entrance door). But, the plan of updating the building does not excuse poor room cleaning.

After a long day at Hershey Park, we arrived late and were hoping for a clean, comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, that was not the case. While the lobby appeared decent, it had an odd smell that set the tone for the rest of our stay. When we entered the room, the odor of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
The room itself was in poor condition — the air conditioning unit had towels placed underneath it, the flooring was lifting, and the bathroom was unacceptable. There was visible mold on the shower walls, and the toilet seat was stained and appeared to have been used by people smoking in the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of this property were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms themselves were suitable, clean beds and towels, the rooms could use some renovation but nothing that would make me not want to stay again. The staff were nice and helpful as well. My main problem was there wasn’t a single ice machine, they all were removed. The breakfast options were also very limited. I was hoping for bagels for something light to eat but the closest they had was bread in a container, with no tongs or anything. Last thing I’d just like to note, I don’t think there’s much they can do with the smokers floor being there but the elevator smells like cigarettes.

This was the absolute worst day I’ve ever had. The room was OK. The people in the hallway screaming at 11:30 at night not OK when I brought it to the supervisors attention I ask them not to call me out because I was a single woman traveling alone yet they did exactly that I didn’t sleep all night and when I called to ask for some type of credit, the supervisor was rude to me, yelled at me and told me the only way I was gonna get any sleep as if I paid for another night I felt unsafe this is

This property was under construct however the staff, Manny in particular, were fantastic. From the welcome goody bag, to the dining recommendations and the help getting our laundry done past the work zone, we had a great stay. This property is extremely run down and in the process of renovation. The renovations are cheap. The inn is dirty and unsafe. Our door did not lock properly. Our floor in our room was dirty. Our bathroom was filthy ...dirt in bathtub and drain filled with hair....stained dirty toilet. The vanity's mirror was broken and the vanity itself had several pieces missing. the walls and doors had stains and dirt all over them and were poorly patched. Barely felt safe enough to sleep there let alone eat breakfast. Had to use our suitcase propped against the front door to feel safe enough to attempt sleep. The air conditioner was cold and ran but sounded like it was going to blow up all night. After a night of barely any sleep, we got up and left without attempting to eat breakfast or bathe in the filthy tub. Also the rate was ridiculous for what we received. Do not recommend!

Our room had serious water damage to the floor from the air conditioner. Mold on the wall around the air conditioner. Stains on everything. The sheets were not the cleanest. No hot water to shower in. TV did not work. Whole place reeked of weed. In the evenings no one was manning the desk. Checked several times and never could get any help. It was a cheep room, but I wish I had paid an extra $20 a night and went elsewhere.

This property is a former Motel 6, with newer furnishings and an overall upgrade. A limited continental breakfast. The sole ice machine broke down (after we used it); there are patched walls and growing pains. Nice staff and a goodie bag on arrival. For a 2** property it’s clean, safe and walking distance to a good diner. I’d stay again.

The first room that the front desk put us in #119, looked like a run down warehouse. It was disgusting. From the falling dirty drapes to two beds that looked like a five year old made up. The bathroom looked like a public bathroom in a stadium. I asked to be placed in a better room. They gave me room #121, right next door to the first one. This room was no better. There was hair on the shower wall, the toilet seat was either dirty or paint chips were coming off. There was no sink stopper. The bathroom mirror was peeling away. There were potato chips and garbage behind the entry door. The comforter looked dirty. The so called sheet under the comforter looked like a window drape and that was stained also. I could go on and on because that’s how disgusting this place was.
