Hotel is under construction - dry wall etc.. Workers were still present and making noise upon our arrival at 6pm. Rooms are dated. Bath tubs are old so looked stained. Pool was great though. Warm. Stayed with kids.

Very close to Hershey Lodge, Hershey Hospital, and nice convenient eating eating locations. Hotel is good for one or two nights simple stay if you’re not expecting a lot so clean water is hot amenities in their room decent. Our service and desktop is good. It’s a comfortable room for the price and for the location.

What was so disappointing was the breakfast. They say from 6am to 9 am. I arrived at 830 am and there was 1 sausage link.(YES 1) so I asked if any more was going to be getting served and I got a big NO. Basically all they had left was scrambled eggs and they were a 1 out of a 1 - 10. Breakfast was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I am a type 1 diabetic so breakfast is very important . But overall there is nothing great about this place. For 560$ for 2 nights is absolutely absurd so overpriced. Only because Jordan Davis had a concert on Friday night. Many more better places in the same area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, guests were quiet. The hotel is tucked back from the main road so it has a nice vibe. We were greeted by a deer and ducks upon arrival. Check in and check out were fast, no issues. The room was clean and comfy. They're were plenty of vending machines (didn't use them but it's nice to have the option). 24 hour coffee bar and free buffet breakfast. The location is near shopping and restaurants, which was helpful because the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. We stayed one night for a concert at Hershey Park. If we're in the area again, we would certainly stay there again ( though i might see if there are rooms with couches for watching tv comfortably)

The room was clean and for the price on a Saturday night it was perfect. Ride share to and from Hershey Park was easier and less expensive than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay there again.

Overall, we were happy with this property. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was we could not get an early check in, but we were there for a Slayer show and every hotel in the aera was booked solid, the whole town was packed with people, so it was understandable. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was a nice send off, sausage, eggs waffles, etc. We would stay there again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good (though typical of a budget hotel continental breakfast), but I simply cannot recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone until it undergoes a complete renovation. \"Dated\" doesn't describe it. \"Completely worn down\" does. The carpet in our room was so disgusting. Mismatched touch-up paint on every blessed wall, counter and door. Cracked grout and plaster. Stained bathtub. Only one elevator running. Sorry.

Use of cleaning products for the bathroom should be left to rest then cleaned or maybe other products should be used. I personally cleaned the tub with my own products and it was cleaner than when I arrived. The breakfast was great, wish there were a few more options. The pool was nice and clean. The suite was nice, a lot of the good TV channels weren't accessible due to connectivity. Wifi was decent. Ample amount of parking.

Hello, we stayed at the comfort inn at the park at Hershey pa on Mae street. We stayed at the fifth floor with our family who stayed on the 4th floor and we had young kids (4 kids total) we were not told they were waiting on maintenance to fix their other elevator when we had to take 4 young children up 4 flights of steps after swimming and my gf has a broken arm w a cast and had to help carry them with bags as well with me. That was not right. Also, our hotel room smelled like paint and we had two dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and one dirty towel hanging in the sink room. The shower was very loud and making a banging screeching noise the whole time. We usually stay here every year for our family vacation and we will not be staying again next year. The money we spent was not worth what we got for the holiday weekend.

So close to everything

Would stay again. It’s so close to Hershey Park / Chocolate World, about 5 minute drive. They also have ducks hanging around the hotel that you can feed for .50 cents they sell in the lobby. Restaurants are all around. Overall good location.

We were given a room with a running toilet. After we were in our room for almost an house we went to dinner. We got the receptionist that the toilet was running. She texted maintenance while we were there. Whenwe csme back she told us it was fixed. It was not. We brought it up again and we got a room switched.

Our shower was horrible. It always was making a weird aound. We had to turn the shower head off then back on to get the water to stop making the sounds. It also would only despense super hot water which was terrible for my kids 9 and 11

I had a hard time find hotel gps took us to the outlet parking lot we saw the hotel but didn’t no how to enter till we went out the back side of outlet and saw a small sign make it bigger so people can see it
Room was good but toilet sits too low to the floor and I felt like I was sitting on the floor I have a bad knee and can’t hardly bend my leg so it was very hard for me to sit on it without help from my husband also couldn’t close the curtains they only go so far I don’t like the light to come in at night when trying to sleep please fix these . Bed was too hard and pillows were way to soft felt like I was just sleeping with head on bed that’s why I always bring ours other then that hotel was very nice

Our stay was not so great. Therugs in the hallway were old and dirty. The house keeper didnt show up to clean our room and we didn't get any bath towel. When we finally did go to the front desk to let them know our room wasn't clean and that we needed towels, we did not even get an apology from the lady at the front desk. We will never stay their again

Hidden Little Gem!!!

Nice little hidden gem. My wife and I went for a concert. Even though our room was towars a highway, we couldn't even hear it! Room was clean, shower was how, and the bed was super comfortable. I will be going back. I recommend this place if you want a little quiet place that you can relax and unwind at.

Free Breakfast was very good. Coffee too. Beds are supposed to be queens but they are fulls not queens. Exterior facade was renovated nicely. But interiors still need a lot of TLC. Noisy AC systems, worn out rugs, and filthy exterior windows were low points. Housekeeping doesn’t visit every day so you need to chase down your own towels from the front desk. Rugs in room needed to be vacuumed better too upon our arrival. You get what you pay for. Place is typically on the cheaper side unless there is a concert or sports tournament in town.

The staff was rude when you presented them with an issue. Our door for our room stuck so badly that I couldn't physically open it myself from the hall side. My husband had to. When he told the front desk about the issue, they pretty much ignored him. Breakfast is only served until 9 AM on the weekends. We have never been to a hotel that doesn't extend breakfast hours for the weekend. It was 9:15 when we went downstairs assuming we could still get breakfast and the staff member that was cleaning up rudely let my husband know that he needs to get out of bed earlier, breakfast is only served until 9:00. She could have at least offer us a muffin for the price we paid to stay there. The hotel is very outdated. The beds are more like trampolines. The hallways and elevators could definitely be cleaner. The bathroom in our room was clean, so that was appreciated. We stayed at a Marriot the night before in Carlisle that was MUCH nicer, with friendlier staff, and paid $30 less. We will never stay at this hotel again!

Pool was excellent. Generally enjoyed the stay.
One lane of entrance road is almost half covered in vegetation and needs to be cut back.

The first room we were given we couldn’t get into because the door was broken…and the second room we were given felt and smelled like mildew and mold.
Upon checkout, another couple told us that their bathroom ceiling was dripping water through the ceiling light.

Room air conditioner was inadequate.
Bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly.
Refrigerator in room worked poorly.
Only one of the two elevators was working.

Overall, my family & I did not have a pleasant experience in this hotel.

Basically nice.

The hotel was clean, there was a nice selection for the free breakfast, and the staff was very nice. We struggled to get comfortable in the beds. I ended up sleeping in the chair with a pillow in front of the desk. If you struggle with your own aches and pains the beds could be an issue for you. I would recommend this place as long as you don’t need a particular type of mattress.

When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that there was no shower curtain in the shower. The door lock was broken that shuts the door. The TV was not working properly. Total static the walls had dirt and grime all over it. There was black mold in the shower, there was food behind the chair And the toilet had stuff on the back of it black stuff and the toilet paper was not changed out was that it was from the previous tenants before us I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the toilet was also loose.
