New hotel means new room so it was in great shape. The hotel overall is modern with a gym, small pool and breakfast at 7a. My only gripe is there was not a coffee machine in the room, so we had to go to the lobby which had a 24/7 coffee/tea service. The quality of the coffee was good and the tea selection was beyond just black. I would stay again.

The location is very odd/weird, literally smack in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I go to Hershey every year this time of year. This hotel was not what I was expecting. I will definitely pick another/different spot moving forward. It really didn’t make a great first impression.

The rooms were super small but the biggest issue was the wifi connectivity in the rooms. Was unable to connect consistently and was working off poor 5g the whole time. I am currently staying at the same hotel as I booked two separate stays at this hotel before visiting. I am having the exact same issue. I am traveling back out after thanksgiving again and will be staying in a hilton, but will find a different location as the wifi has been unacceptable.
