The property itself was great. The staff was just not knowledgeable and could not help me but also could not give me the number of someone who could help me. From the experience of the girl at the front desk being rude and unhelpful we will not be back for the reason alone. Plus they also couldnt refund, give credit, or points for having to leave early due to the snow storm that was happening while we were there. If we stayed we would have had to add more nights because we would have been snowed in there but I’m sure that is what they were counting on.

The room was clean with a few things that could have been cleaned a little better over all 7/10 for the cleanliness. They were doing construction in the morning there wasn’t a warning when I was checking I couldn’t sleep like I originally planned to. The housekeeping staff were very courteous and accommodating I didn’t appreciate the front desk staff constantly telling there’s no smoking in the room while I was checking in I felt profiled and almost made me cancel the booking but all in all I enjoyed my stay.

I told her someone was lieing to her and it wasn't us. then we got that settled and we did get some servie, but we would ger amenities of either 3 of a kind, like 3 shampoos or we would get 3 lotions and etc. Then one day we met the cleaners in the hallway and realized they couldn't speak let alone read english. They have big problems there as a hotel to be able serve their guests.Very disappointed in that Best Western. For breakfast, we had the same thing every day.

The room i had was so incredibly noisy due to the highway. I would not stay there again. The shower did not have much pressure and the water was not super hot ...seemed like it was beginning to go lukewarm. The microwave ran when i opened the door to it...huge safety issue. The front desk was informed. Overall the room size was very disappointing for a suite. Only 1 tv. The staff was great and the free breakfast was a nice perk.

My family and i decided to stay for 1 night as we were on a road trip and made a last minute reservation to spend the night at the best western, little did we know as we were gathering our things the next morning getting ready to check out next to my 2 month old that was laying on the bed we saw a bed bug crawling on the bed.. horrible experience as we did not want to take any bugs home with us, this caused great inconvenience for my family and manager refused to give us refund instead he wanted to give us reward point which i did not want bc why would i go back to stay with them.

The air conditioning in the room did not work at all. Called front desk and they had no answers. Myself and children had trouble sleeping because of the heat in the room. Also requested towels, told they would be up shortly. Never showed up with towels , had to search for a worker (because no one was at the front desk) and even then it was trouble to get towels. Breakfast ran out quickly due to the crowd but workers took a good amount of time to refill food stations. Parking was ridiculous, had some random people in the parking lot sleeping, also 2 guys walking around property who didn’t look like they were up to any good. Not happy
