Leaving another low review because it was THAT bad. Tried to say she was kicking us out because she saw a pipe in our room. We are moving, we have it. That doesn't mean we are smoking in there. Plus your hotel wreaked of weed anyways. So again, terrible review for a terribly run hotel. Which is a damn shame too that management is so fried because the hotel itself would be really nice with the proper upkeep and a more preofessional staff.

The free WiFi was unreliable. They had the better WiFi tiered at extra cost. Most hotels/motels offer free, reliable, no strings attached internet. Noisy tenants and housekeeping. At times Parking lot used by children playing ball among customers parked cars. Booking by travel websites for this particular hotel was discouraged by management and conflicted with booked rates.

However, the manager apparently has an issue with disabled children and falsely accused my autistic child son of making too much noise at 4am.... this is not possible as everyone in the room was asleep by 11. It made absolutely no sense. I have a recoding of her fishing for excuses to make us leave when i was able to disprove this accusation.

Hotel was not recognized as a place for transient people. Police was called due to weekend disruption. Place seemed to be used to house the not so fortunate people. Hallway had terrible odor. Service desk was severely limited in staff & not at all at times. Bed construction was totally unacceptable!!! Construction included A very thin single mattress was affixed to a steel frame, which slid upon every turn of your body. Extremely uncomfortable, very hard, was unable to get good night's sleep during the entire stay. Each morning began with a stiff and sore body which affected the entire stay. Bathroom floor was not level to shower which was hard to both enter & exit the shower. Toilet seat was affixed crooked which caused you to slide when sitting down. No coffee maker, iron or ironing board Was told you have 2 purchase your own ironing board or go to Starbucks, no kitchen utencils, plates, cups, or cookware. This place was a bare boned room!

I liked the idea there wouldn't be carpeting, thinking a hard floor would be easier to clean. The room was disgusting; trash under the bed, crumbs near the kitchenette, the stove was a greasy mess, and there was something weird in the bathtub. And there isn't enough water pressure to flush a toilette decently.

I read reviews and one said that someone checked in and then someone walked into their room shortly after they got to the room and they felt like they were being checked up on. Same thing happened when I stayed. I got to my room and shortly after a worker opened my locked door and popped their head in and said oops sorry didn’t know you checked in thought it was weird because of that one review. The sheets and pillows looked like they were not washed. Google says this is a 2-star hotel and I am inclined to agree.

I first booked this hotel for 3 weeks. When i got there it was clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms are a nice size and clean even down to the refrigerator. The laundry room is always clean when i go and the gym is nice as well. The over all stay is nice.

It was nice to stay here, one bad thing would be people hanging around outside of what felt like all day. They were all friendly but lots of smoke outside. Also, if there is a stove top, it would have been nice to have a pan or something to cook with. The room was pretty much empty, clean, but empty with low quality amenities.

I am not accustomed to limited front desk hours, which was made worse by not answering the phone. Manager would do well to establish a smoking area out back with a couple chairs and ashtrays. The room was dirty floors were sticky, animal hair in room and sheets, something orange on the wall. The couch was ripped in upper right corner and the arms. the elevator smells of animal urine.. I had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies, air fresheners and clean myself. I would have canceled my room but nothing available in that area at the time. But the staff were nice. I won’t stay here ever again

The room is not as pictured. The bed came with 3 thin pillows. The furniture was all scuffed and scratched. There was a strong smell in the elevator, the hallway, and the room. The smells were all different in each area. The people next door kept knocking on the walls. Some of the outlets weren’t working either. The location of it is so tucked in that it was confusing to get to. Although the property was clean and the staff was decent, everything else felt dingy and worn out. If you can, find a different place to stay.

Comfy bed, smart tv i was able to hook my roku up to although the premium wifi was subpar for streaming and had to use my hot spot quite a bit. Vending machines on the first floor. Decent shower. Spacious room for the price. Friendly staff and a vending machine with drinks and snacks on the 1st floor. You get two towels for your stay so either pack some or you will have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk to get new ones. Very pleased with my stay!

I had to travel 16 hours to get there and when I got there it took them forever to open up the door, on top of all that the luggage cart wasn't working and I had to make trips back and forward to bring my luggage up. because I came after hours. the rooms were big and spacious that is the only good thing I can say about the place. On my 3rd day there I saw 3 roaches and that was so disgusting. the rooms smelled like bug spray. They put me in another room because of the roaches. and that room also smelled like bug spray. It's because a lot of families stay there. and on top of that, I had to pay for their weak ass internet. it wasn't even free like the rest of the rooms. I don't pay for internet service in a hotel room so I was a little upset about that. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. they need to fumigate that place

I didn't realize that this is an extended stay hotel when booking. I was mainly interested in location. So, desk service hours are limited, and there are very few amenities. However, rooms have a regular refrigerator and stove top. Room service is infrequent but available more often for a price. The beds and bedding were okay...not great. But I will say that everything was very clean and orderly. I felt I got my money's worth, even though mine was only a 2 day stay.

I was told ALL people are deemed an adult when they stay at WoodSpring suites (says it on the website). She also said their solution was to come up to our floor later that night and “investigate” what they could see and hear before we obtained our second strike (three strikes and your kicked out). Our youngest were sleeping by 8:47pm that night and staff 1 said the complaint came in at 10pm but not to her and she wouldn’t tell me what staff took the complaint for me to discuss it with them. So next morning I addressed it to staff 2 and was told if we had a problem, we could check out at anytime. So we did.
