This property is in the heart of big industrial warehouses and alongside a busy highway artery. Loud traffic noise at night - especially trucks. Only one shopping area nearby with only a couple of fast food eateries. Clean enough but no turn down service to tidy room. The site attracts jr. high & high school athletic teams and the type of people involved with these groups are not A-class - more like D/F class people who allowed their delinquent kids to run throughout the hotel and disturb guests with no control. Kids were kicking soccer ball in entire hallway @ 11:00 p.m. Hotel management did little to control the situation. Beware of this place.

Oh my... I don't know where to start... when me and my family checked into our room. My wife saw some kind of bug on the wall and we look closer and it was a freaking STINK BUG!!! I was able to manage to get it into a water bottle and throw it out and then guess what happened when I went back into the room... another STINK BUG on the wall! My wife said we will have to leave this hotel and I asked for a refund and they refuse and only would move us to a different room. We had to make sure everything... our bags and jackets and shoes were all put in one place in case another STINK BUG shows up. We were happily to check out early in the morning right after breakfast. Only good thing I can say... their breakfast wasn't too bad but that STINK BUG really made the whole stay at the hotel... NOT GOOD! I won't stay another Comfort Suites again anywhere!

The person on the front desk was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure she had an accessible room for my husband, even though we didn't initially request one. She even kept looking after we left and ended up switching our room. She was friendly with our daughter and had a great personality. She set the tone for the whole stay and it was wonderful. The only plus is that is was a nice size room. The hotel needs work done in it. Spent 3 nights there. Saturday night was pricy. Over $345 before tax. Housekeeping never cleaned out rooms. Each night when we got back to the hotel we had to go to the front and get more towels, coffee and toilet paper. The area is not the best. No restaurants or stores near by. I would not recommend staying here.

The phone in the room did not work. The toilet almost overflowed, and we couldn't call the front desk from the room. They never fixed the phone. Room smelled of something I couldn't figure out what it was. When checking out, no one was at the front desk for some time because other people's room keys were just left on the front counter. This meant that if someone came into the hotel, they could grab a key go to the room, and do who knows what they could do to the room, and the only information would have been mine. And then you would complain to me and possibly make me liable for any damages I did not cause. Not a good policy for front desk staff. I probably not use a Comfort Inn again.

When we checked in there was nobody at the front desk. It took him awhile to come out from the back. We were saying hello is anyone there. We noticed anytime people were checking in they had the same issue. There was never anyone at the front desk. Actually the nice girl from the breakfast area came over and called in the back to get someone to come to the front desk so I can check out. Any hotel I have been to there is ALWAYS someone at the front desk, and if they are not they always come out when u walk up to the desk. Other then that the hotel and breakfast was very nice.

Very fast check in, unfortunately we were given the wrong room type. It was supposed to be an accessible suite with 2 queens, but it was not accessible. We checked in after a long day and it was only for 1 night so we didn't bother going to the front desk. The door lock was very finicky to get it to open. The fridge in the room was warm. While the breakfast smelled great on the way downstairs, but we were disappointed when the eggs were wet and bland. The toaster wasn't working properly and a few customers ended up with just bread.

The hotel location is convenient. We stayed there for Hershey park. It’s not too far and less expensive. It’s mostly clean and comfortable. But you can see some facilities are old, like shower. Our room’s security lock was broken. Breakfast was ok. Enough selections. Coffee didn’t taste good though.
