I believe it was a newly built Hotel. Everything was clean and awesome. Definitely i will do a business again. One more thing to add, if you are in the Ankara You should Visit Ataturk's Anitkabir ( Ataturk's Tomb ) it is worthed!

Es gibt Dinge die gehen gar nicht. Abzocke....
Ein gutes Business Hotel, jedoch sind mir ein paar Dinge negativ aufgestoßen. Zunächst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Minibar inklusive ist. Auf dem Zimmer müsste ich feststellen, dass bereits ein Flasche geöffnet in der Minibar stand. Ich habe das reklamiert jedoch wurde diese Flasche trotz Zusicherung nie ausgetauscht. Ein absolutes No-Go!!! Darüber hinaus würde ich bei der Abreise gefragt was ich aus der Minibar verzehrt hätte. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass man mir gesagt hat, dass die Minibar inklusive sei würde dies verneint. ACHTUNG: Abzocke von Gästen.... Geht gar nicht.
Dann war man nicht in der Lage mir meine Rechnung bei Bezahlung bereits auszuhändigen. Wenn ich etwas bezahle, kann man mir auch eine Rechnung aushändigen.... Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren und es war einen Affenhitze im Zimmer, einzige Möglichkeit war die Klima ganz auszuschalten. Auf dem Blatt war unter dem Laken eine wasserdichte Unterlage die leider auch nicht sehr atmungsaktiv war, so dass ich nachts geschwitzt habe.... Sorry, aber das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Lo frequento spesso per le mie trasferte ad Ankara perchè in posizione strategica rispetto ai miei punti di interesse. E' comunque un po' fuori dal centro di Ankara in una zona non residenziale e piuttosto desolata. E' dotato anche di un buon ristorante e di altri servizi confortevoli. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente vantaggioso.

EN KÖTÜ OTELLERDEN BİRİSİ
Öncelikle otel çalışanlarının iletişim dersi almaları gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Hayatımda bu kadar patavatsız bir otel çalışanı ile denk gelmemiştim. 28 ülke 100 den fazla şehir gördüm. Yüzlerce otelde bulundum hiç birinde bu denli hadsizlikle karşılaşmadım. Güney Afrika da bile uygun bir hitap dili vardı.
Aynı gün içerisinde konaklama yapmadan çıkış yaptım. Yaptıkları terbiyesizliği siz düşünün.
En kötü otel deneyimlerimden birisiydi. Konu ile alakalı tatil sürem bitikten sonra gerekli tüm kuruluşlara bu konu ile alakalı şikayet dilekçemi ileteceğimi belirtmek isterim.

07/09/2019 08/09/2019 tarihlerinde 2 gece ailemle beraber konaklama yaptık buraya kadar herşey sorunsuz fakat otelden ayrılırken 130 tl yemediğim yemeğin ödemesini istediler bi yanlışlık olduğunu söylesemde ısrarla yemeği ailemle beraber yediğimi iddia ettiler daha sonra ben itiraz edince kamera kayıtlarına bakacaklarını söylediler ben ailemle karşıkarşıya gelmemeleri için ailemi arabaya gönderdikten sonra tamam dediler otelden ayrıldıktan sonra 5 dk sonra tekrar aradılar otele gelmem gerektiğini söylediler tekrar otele döndüğümde yemeği yediğimi ve ödemeyi yapmamı istediler ben bi yanlışlık olduğunu tekrar dile getirdim bu arada ailem araba içerisinde beni beklerken ben yemediğim yemeğin hesabını vermeye çalışıyordum otelin müdürü olan şahıs Erkan bey tekrar yemeği yediğimi ve ücreti ödememi söyledi ben de kim bunu söylüyorsa onunla konuşmak istediğimi söyledim telefonla bağladıkları kişi beni ve ailemi tarif etti ben tekrar yanlışlık olduğunu ve yaptıklarının terbiyesizlik olduğunu söyledim bunun üzerine kamera kayıtlarını inceleyeceklerini ve beklememi söylediler bende beraber bakmayı teklif ettim ama kabul etmediler ben müşteri olduğumu ve benim söylediğime inanmaları gerektiğini söyledim daha sonra otelin müdürü olduğunu söyleyen şahıs birisiyle konuştuktan sonra gidebileceğimi söyledi ben de kendilerine yaptıklarının terbiyesizlik olduğunu ve müşteri olarak bana güvenmeleri gerektiğini söyledim ve otelden ayrıldım 15 dk sonra arayıp özür dilediler ama geçmiş olsun

Otel gayet iyi. Park yeri çok müsait ve sessiz bir otel. Tek bir kusuru camların açılmaması. Benim gibi hava almayı seven birisi için camların fazla açılmaması sorun oldu. Onun haricinde tavsiye ederim.

Oteldeki ütüyü odaya getirmemeleri ve ütünün paralı olması bizim için çok büyük bir dezavantaj oldu. Sırf bu yüzden bir daha bu oteli seçmeyi düşünmüyorum. Ayrıca açık büfe de bebekler için cici bebe gibi yenilecek yoktu.

Süper Kupa finali için bu oteli tercih ettik. Otel gayet güzel, temiz ve konforlu. Yer olarak sanayi bölgesinde bu yüzden genelde iş adamlarına hitap eden bir otel. Otel ile ilgili tek sıkıntım, maça önce eşimle beraber gelecektim sonrasında 5 yaşında olan ikiz çocuklarımı da getirmek zorunda kaldım. 1. çocuk için ücret talep etmediklerini ama 2. çocuk için artı ücret vermem gerektiğini söylediler. 60 lira olan fiyat farkını pazarlıkla 30 liraya düşürdüm. Bu paranın neden verildiğini anlamıyorum. Çift kişilik yatakta 5 yaşında ikizlerimle beraber yattım. Ek yatak yok ama ek ücret var. Bu konu haricinde otel gayet iyiydi.

Lorte hotel, jeg og min mand ville overnatte på hotellet fik vi ikke lov til, at overnatte, grundet mangel på vielsesattest! De accepterede vores booking og modtog pengene, men ville ikke returnere det tilbage! Og det selvom vi ikke måtte overnatte. Hotels.com ville intet gøre, de fik åbenbart deres del af betalingen.

Otele çift olarak gidemezsiniz, aile oteli olduklarını ancak siz parasını ödeyip otele ulaştığınızda söylüyorlar, ortada kalabilirsiniz. Sistemin olmadığı yerde düzensizlik vardır, bu otelin böyle bir yapısı olduğu ne web sitelerinde ne de oda satışı yaptıkları hiç bir uygulamada yer almıyor. Sistemsizlik ve ilgisizlik kırık bir pencere gibidir her alanda kendini hissettirir. Otele kabul etmediler, ardından yetkiliyle görüşme isteğimi redderek size göre oteller çok diye saygısızca bir cevap aldım. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi yalan söylüyor, önce genel müdürümüz burada değil şeklinde konuşmasının ardından genel müdürün ortaya çıkması durumunu yaşadım. Genel müdürleri beyefendi ve saygılı bir insan, kendisiyle makul seviyede konuşup oteli terkettik.
