Room was spacious with a really comfy bed, and all very clean too. The kitchen area appeared very well equipped although we didn’t cook a meal there.
Nice pool area with towels provided, and a good bar/restaurant.
We did have a problem with no hot water, but the staff were really good & sorted it out quickly plus they sent us 2 small buns as an apology which was lovely.

The hotel location was in a quite street but not far from KLCC. The was spacious & clean. The buffet break was very delicious. The restaurant staff was nice & friendly. Mr Lai is the head chef was friendly to talk to. There is an out pool & a gym i believe i didn't get the chance to use it. Over we were very happy with the hotel staff. We are highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visit KL and want sonewhere peacful to stay & enjoy delicious buffet breakfast & friendly staff.

We stayed at MiCasa for 7 nights. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Given that KL is not a pedestrian-friendly city, the walk to the towers was ok. The room was not brand new and there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but the condition was fine to my standards. I recommended this hotel for a good value stay in KL.

I knew it was going to be downhill from here

wow wow wow..the room, design and location was fantastic. the bed was so comfortable that I could sleep for days. That room- so elegant and spacious ..I just knew that I would not find such a place again ..for the price, comfort and zen experience.

What a comfy hotel ever!! My husband said, lets come to this hotel again for the next trip to malaysia. Its close to everywhere but not in the heart of crowded place. You still can relax. And the rate so affordable for the best facility ever. Room so wide, pantry so ok for long term stay. I ask the staff to gimme more water when they makeup the room, and when i back the room, im shocked, more than 12 pcs water there. And I asked for extra towel, they gave 4 towel. 😂 What a humble staff. Thanks for your service

Its about 10-15 mins drive from the city center where you will find Petronas, KL Suriya mall and all other major attractions. I booked this hotel for my mother to stay. She was extremely happy with everything about this hotel. Afiq and his team created a great and welcoming condition for her stay. They go above and beyond to make their gust feel at home. They have been extremely helpful, professional and accommodating with even the most random requests. They even made a surprise for my mother's birthday and made her feel very special.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Location is excellent, walking distance to LRT station , the new shopping mall “The Linc “ just at the corner of Ampang Road and Tun Rasak and about 10 minutes walk to the KLCC. Plenty of pool towels available. There is a laundrette , washing machine and dryer, sandwich corner and restaurant, apart from the coffee shop.

Everything was nice, but for a 5 star hotel/experience it is not 5 stars because the rooms were full of dust! On the top of everything there was dust, I talked to the housekeeping and they said that one person has a whole day to finish 20 rooms that is too much for one person! That explains everything, he/she just quickly cleans the bed and the bathroom that’s all! A big cleaning is recommended for all rooms! For the rest good service and nice breakfast.

GREAT HOTEL

Great hotel... , Spacious room that came with a cooking hub, microwave and also fridge a freezer. In the bathroom they even provide a tooth brush and tooth paste. The breakfast was good with a variety of options..... Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite... I would definate stay again.. its near the city centre... I walked back from the petronas Towers to the hotel. They have a swimming pool and although I didn't use them.

Overall, it was supposed to be a pleasant stay at the hotel with friends. However, my stay was spoilt by one of their staff at the concierge. There was a shortage of payment made, the concierge called me at 10.30pm to explain and ask for the shortage. I told the concierge that i will be back in the hotel after midnight, he insisted that I make the payment before i go back to my room. When I went back to my room, i notice my room card was locked! I proceed to the concierge to unlock the card, the concierge on duty did not mentioned a word, unlocked and return my card. The very next day, the concierge call my room at freaking 7am!!! Just to ask for the shortage payment!!! Please tell me who on the earth will call their guest at 7am just for the shortage of payment which can be resolve when they can process it during check out?

So please think twice if you do not want to have a wake up call at 7am!

The property was close to klcc park and mosque. Easy to get to food stores. Friendly staff and kind and helpful. We asked for a nice view as it was our anniversary but instead we didn't get a special treatments and our view was the back of the hotel - tree.

We did not enjoy our stay at this property.
Room - dirty, fat dripping around kitchen cupboards, dirty mirrors, bins not emptied, towels not regularly replenished.
Location- in the middle of nowhere. No shops within reasonable walking distance and even only convenience store was regularly closed.
Breakfast- Very average food and appalling service. No welcome on arrival, just asked for room number. Dirty plates put back for service. Always needed to ask for a glass as none available.
Would not recommend this hotel.

A few minor complaints: Lights were rather dim, making it difficult to read. What is the story with the sports channel that consists of waving school children?
Overall a good value, even though we were unable to watch Wimbledon in the room or the bar.

The hotel suite was beautiful, I loved the large windows overlooking the pool and the oversized shower.

Family stay in MiCasa KL

Great place for a family to stay. Very large rooms (suites) with full kitchen and choice of bed layouts. They would have given us a baby cot if we wanted one. Three dining options in the hotel and the breakfast (included) was extensive with dishes from around the world. Location is also good, upscale area near to embassies and walking distance (20 mins or so) to Petronas Towers.

You won’t regret staying at Micasa!

The service was wonderful along with the breakfast. The room was spacious, to include a couch. With the kitchenette and a supermarket close by, I didn’t go out much for dinner. They also had a self service laundry. I highly recommend Micasa!
