Overall good experience, however our first room was not to the standard of Four Seasons, with clear need for refurb. We were moved to a better room and this felt more like the Four Seasons we have come to expect. The location is fantastic, however the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, therefore expect a lot of street noise no matter what floor you are on.

We will be staying here again, but hope that all rooms are brought up to the appropriate level of this hotel.

It’s not cheap. But with good reason. Outstanding service led 5* hotel experience. Nothing too much effort. All requests, including a (VERY!) late checkout, all promptly delivered with grace and without fuss. A particular mention to Cheri, Didi and Nazim who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Jezza(?) at Yun House was also an absolute star on Xmas day.

We had a wonderful stay, but I unfortunately fell in the shower just before checking out. The floor was unexpectedly slippery, and I sustained a tissue injury; thankfully, there were no broken bones. The assistant manager, Mark, and the receptionist, Sean, were incredibly kind, helping me with my luggage and checking on me after I returned home. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and the staff's support truly made a difference. I believe the slipperiness is due to the tile choice in the shower, which seems like a design flaw

The staff at the Four Seasons were fantastic. I had an issue with my bank card and they were more accommodating to me in my plight than my actual bank. We opted for the one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, luxurious and honestly a home away from home. Would highly recommend ♥️

Service from the staff is excellent and superb , from check in until my check out :-)
Room is clean,big , cozy & the view is nice as i can see KLCC water fountain dance from my room.
TQSM Mr DD & Mr Tan for smooth my check in at reception & executive lounge.
TQSM to Ms Yun & other staff ( sory i can't remember the name) from exec lounge serving us from tea time until breakfast for next day.
Lastly TQSM to Mr Issac & Mr DD again for smooth my check out process.
Overall service is superb & food is vey good .
only might be need to have more variety for evening cocktail & breakfast for executive lounge.

will come again !!!

We got upgraded from a park view club room to a junior suite, super happy about it especially since it's new year's eve. They prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend and a special new year's eve cake. The executive club lounge is great, tons of food selection and special dinner buffet menu. Gym has lots of equipments and great view. Very impressed by the breakfast buffet as well, largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever seen. Great service and friendly staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of celebrations

Very appreciative of the hotel’s transportation service at 1:00 am. The staff was remarkable at every level, the whole stay. A cot was provided without even asking for it. The hotel is across the street from a great mall, good food, and the Petronas towers. I’ve stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels through traveling and this hotel was superior!

Four Seasons have thought of everything in terms of amenities and making their guests feel at home. They sent us cakes and chocolates for our honeymoon/bday. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is a short walk from the Petronas Towers and the shopping mall. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing hotel and staff.

Destination Luxury Hotel!

This is one of the largest Four Seasons we have visited. The hotel fills an entire skyscraper whose rooms have unparalleled views of KL. All restaurants are top notch! The Bar Trigona is one of the best in the world (try the umami cocktail). The Lounge restaurant is a must for tea time (much of it designed by Jimmy Choo). Location is great right next Petronas towers.

The Four Seasons KL is a fantastic property with a friendly and helpful staff in a terrific location in Kuala Lumpur’s City Center neighborhood. The room was immaculately clean, and the furnishings and amenities were opulent. My only gripe was that the in-room iPad kept getting frozen. This device allows guests to place room service orders & directly communicate to the hotel’s staff. One phone call to guest service and the issue was swiftly resolved, but since this device was so useful to me, I was disappointed that it was so unreliable.

Other than that, the hotel is absolutely incredible. The location is unbeatable (next to the Petronas Towers, KLCC Suria Mall). I highly recommended this property to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in KL!

Very big room, but design wise, still loses to Grand Hyatt KL’s room, in my opinion. View wise, Grand Hyatt has the full view of KLCC while Four Seasons is right next to KLCC, which means the view is less attractive. Having said that, the Four Seasons service level is impeccable, slightly better than Hyatt.

Fantastic family staycation at FS KL

FS KL was the perfect hotel for our first family staycation (since the pandemic!). Whilst waiting for our room to be ready (for check-in), we had lunch at the poolside bar (delicious nasi goreng & decent burger) and had a quick swim in the pool (we came ready with our swimsuits!). There’s a smaller wading pool which was fun for our kid. The hotel room itself was really lovely, comfortable and spacious. We had requested for an additional bed for our kid, and even so, there was plenty of space for us to move about the room. Loved everything about the bathroom - the Kohler bathtub, Kohler toilet (with the fancy panel - like the Japanese style toilets), and L’Occitane toiletries. The breakfast at Curate had a good spread of local food, and assortments of pastries. Of notable mention, ALL the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and genuinely pleasant - great service staff! Would highly recommend FS KL as the top choice of hotel in KL.

Disappointing stay at Four Season KL

The fridge wasn’t cold, as the rubber seal was coming off.
The iPad in the room wasn’t charging.
The water pipe for the shower makes a banging noise when it’s on.
Executive lounge was closed, should have let the customers know prior to booking. Couldn’t access to any club facility and had to eat with every guests.
Found broken glass on the bathroom floor.
The trap door under the bath couldn’t close.

We booked a Club Room and planned to spend our times in its Club Lounge. We were sorely disappointed when the reception informed us the Club Lounge facility was not available. Your website never declared such important info and we feel this is kind of misleading. Although the hotel gave selected high tea set and cocktails for in restaurant, there's nothing worth paying such price for a Club Room.

Staffs are not well trained that you can expect from a 5 Stars Hotel.

Due to current situation, I have been having staycation in KL for my “short getaway”. I would say staying with Four Seasons is the best experience I had, among other 4 five stars hotels I had stayed with in KL.
My good experiences start from the moment I took the lift from the lobby to reception counters (they casually asked for my name when I enter the lift, and the receptionist had all my check-in details ready when I stepped out from the lift). I like the fact that all of the staff are communicating and details oriented. They paid attention to my requirements and I don’t need to repeat myself at all!
It’s a very very pleasant staying experiences with Four Seasons. Would definitely go back again!

Staff are always attentive and helpful. Mr azhar who was at the pool was extremely helpful when we needed to recover our goggles.

Breakfast was good and had both Asian and western selections.

Location was next to klcc.

Noticed that some of the deco in the common area was jadded. This is unusual as the hotel is only a year's old.

Personable is an understatement! This staycation was a gift to my mother as a birthday treat and I’m so glad I chose the Four Seasons in KL. Right from our check-in, we experienced customer service like no other! They fussed and fawned over us and even surprised my mom with a birthday cake! She later told me that wherever she went in the hotel, the staff would greet and wish her. What other hotel does that?! Amenity-wise, our beds were dreamily comfortable with to-die-for views of the KL skyline. Oh and did I mention the sumptuous buffet breakfast?Thank you again for such a memorable stay.

The location was very good near KLCC however there were many issues with room a/c that was not working properly, the kitchen sink that was overflowing and the overall cleanliness of the room.
