I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially considering this is rated as a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. The staff were not very helpful, which made the experience less pleasant.
The cleanliness of the room was also below standard. There were stains on the bedsheets and hair on the carpet, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
The buffet breakfast was average. While the selection was decent, I did notice a fly around the pastry area, which was concerning and affected the overall dining experience.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location, which is very convenient. However, overall, the stay did not reflect the quality expected from a four-star property.

Lift noise every 15secs as executive room is behind the lift wall. Cant sleep and asked for a change room but was given a downgraded room. No compensation on my room charges. Disappointed with hotel manager arrangement.

The location of hotel is awesome. Walkable distance from twin tower, aquarium, pavilion mall, bukit bintag street. Swimming pool looks little bit small. Breakfast option was really good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Tourism aspects needs to be improved like providing maps, information about tourist attractions with some details on what is allowed in or not, how to get there etc.

The hotel staff should be double cautious when delivering guest food order for takeaway. We ordered for veg and later on the way to Singapore we realized they gave us wrong parcel which was non veg.

Hotels should work on check in times. 2 O' clock check in is really late and tourists loose half day. Atleast it should be by 10 or 11am.

Location of hotel was great. Easy and short walk to pavilion. Check in was rather long process. While the lobby was nice, the hallway to the room was dingy so didn't give good vibes. The room itself also giving the same feelings. We had a room with connecting door which wasn't great as we had noisy guests next door but luckily only for one night. The room was spacious and the bathroom recently renovated but the shower was very narrow. Bedding was gross, the blanket and pillow were limp like it was very well used. Everyday after housekeeping we found new drain bugs in our room which was unpleasant. Do not recommend breakfast unless you like toast and cereal. Foods were not replenished quickly and also the hot items were at best room temp

Great value hotel in central location

Room was simply appointed, with clean contemporary decor. Bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Adequate working desk area, chaise sofa by the window, in room fridge, safe. No tub in bathroom, just walk in shower. I found the proximity of the toilet to the wall too close to the point it felt cramped when seated. The fitness facilities were subpar -- adequate cardio equipment, and just a couple of benches and dumbbells, and oddly just one chest press machine (no multi gym or machines for other major body parts). Included breakfast was decent for a 4 star hotel. Overall great value, located right across the street from the popular Pavilion mall.

Good location to everything, 10 min walk from a huge shopping centre and about 20 mins walk from the twin towers, 7/11 is also located right outside the hotel.

The property was clean and tidy, shower however needs resealing as water tends to leak from it.

Staff was slow when checking in and I had to pay an additional \"tourists fee\" without prior acknowledgement (it was only £2 for 1 night, but it was unexpected and unpleasant)

Centrally located near the MRT and large Pavillion shopping centre, then a walk to KLCC. Bathroom is modern but besides the lobby and breakfast area, I can tell the hotel is not recently renovated. I can sleep even though the light shines through the border of the doors and if someone is in the bathroom a lot of light shines from underneath. Breakfast buffet is satisfactory, nice touch serving a cheese option. Suggestion to serve at least 1 type of kuieh and another rice dish that’s not nasi lemak. Concierge was proactive in helping with bags into the taxi trunk.

This hotel has a carpark that look like you’re in 1975. The turns are so tight it is evident through all the scratch marks on the wall. So if you’re driving an SUV , just be careful.

Novotel is under Accor group and I think there are certain expectation about the hotel. But this hotel room does not have any door bell ?

Lastly I think the concierge was great but I cannot say the same for the kitchen staff. It appears that because I’m a Chinese , when I request for custom omelette at the egg station, I was told to just take from those ready made.

Then when I spotted a few malay asking for omelette , they were served according to what they wanted.

This is the most disappointing hotel I ever stayed, we are living in 2024 and yet such petty racism service from this hotel still exist??

For my stay in Malaysia, I had to stay close to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center as I was initially in town a conference. I greatly enjoyed my stay with Novotel and have no outstanding complaints! Some of the top highlights for me were the central location, quality of the rooms and service, and cost for a four star stay! All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and I found the atmosphere to be calm and professional. I would recommend this stay for your trip to Kuala Lumpur.

We were supposwd to have 2 twin sized bed we indicated we were 3 people in the room but the bed can only accomodate 1. We had to push the 2 beds together but it was uncomfortable for the one in the middle. It was in the ads we can have a free futon mattress but it was not available :( but the staff were all courteous and friendly. Which is a good reason enough to stay

My family stayed 3 nights in the junior suite and were very impressed with the room and could not fault anything. The location is fantastic and is within short walking distance to all the major shopping malls and tourist attractions.

What a great hotel in the middle of downtown KL! Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, very nice pillows, clean bathroom, free filtered water, and a very helpful staff. It is also steps away from a massive shopping center that has about 100 different options for food - pretty much everything you can think of. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon.

Great location, just behind Pavilions. Walkable to KLCC, Twin Tower via overhead bridge, and 15 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang, Jalan alor area.

Great security cos the lift card only allow u to access to your room level.

Nice bed, good shower, with premiums shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, shower gel provided.

Enjoy the pool on level 3.

Stictly no smoking within hotel permises.

Budget hotel with budget service.

I had a late check-in and was assigned a room at the end of the corridoor, with access via a little passage. I asked if I might have another room and was given one on the premier floor. The room was fine but I left my glasses at the previous room, and when I rang reception if I might go with the concierge to retrieve my spectacles, I was told by the receptionisht that the concierge had to go alone, which I thought rather odd. Ten minutes later, the concierge knocked on my door to say he'd found nothing. That little misadventure aside, the hotel is dated and the staff though friendly, was poorly trained. They gave me conflicting information regarding payment for the taxi to KLIA. One said I had to pay the hotel, the other, that I had to give the cash directly to the driver. Novotel KL's location is good, but that's about it. Breakfast was dreadful. My advice? Pay a little more, and stay elsewhere.

This would be 2nd stay at Novotel and once again, very satisfied with my stay. It’s a great place: clean, safe, classy & great guest service.

Arrived a few hrs earlier before official check in time but the staff was able to give me my room and even upgraded to the executive room which was absolutely perfect for 3 pax.

Ideal location for shopping, short walking distance to KLCC convention centre , Pavillion, Suria KLCC, etc.
Hotel newly renovated, clean and nice environment. However, this hotel is not so spacious , the room is also a bit small and the single bed is normal single size of 3 feet wide but not the wider type of super single bed. Not comfortable to sleep. Advised to get the King size bed.

Location is the best to move around KL, the staff is extremely friendly and professional, It is a old and dated basic hotel but has been renovated recently, it looks clean , breakfast was very good even though still is a buffet type which I think now a days should be avoided, we need to change the concept for breakfast and move forward in a more contemporary way to reduce food waste.
Great idea to provide a water filter in the room to reduce plastic consumption
