The rooms are snug, clean and beautiful with all your necessities. The hotel is super central in the bustling Bukit Bintang, with the monorail and Pavilion shopping centre a few steps away, and Jln Alor for your foodie needs. If you're not about noise and flashing lights this is not your area. The staff are friendly, as always. I've been coming here for years, will keep coming back, this place feels like a home to me.

Opt for high floors if you can.

Perfect oasis in the heart if KL. Cannot ask for more! Ps: I was on a high floor so the \"noise\" was bearable. Don't go to the kebab joint beside the hotel. Ultimate tourist trap. Tad inconvenient if you need to travel by car because of the traffic.

Great room in convenient location- my room looked over Bukit Bintang intersection which was lively and entertaining. Can be a little noisy at times as this area ‘alive’ till 2am most days!
Room very comfortable, loved the floor to ceiling windows, esp in the shower!
Great location for access to Jalan Alor for great food street experience.
Restaurant in hotel looked nice but didn’t dine there, nor did I book their breakfast as reviews were average and there are lots of options in walking distance.
Would have loved a pool once I was there but was fine without it.
Pavilion a nice shopping centre nearby.
15min walk to Petronas towers.
Easy, convenient, modern, clean and friendly- would definitely stay again.

Wolo Hotel - Won't go back

Whist the Hotel location was excellent and the design modern and trendy this was more than outweighed by the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast experience was one of the worst I've experienced. It was only delivered between certain times and when if did arrive it was OK quality but on each of the days it was almost cold. The coffee was dreadful. It as almost like tar, so much so that I was unable to drink it, even the dairy creamer I take with me wouldn't dissolve properly in it. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel with a 4 star rating. With no restaurant it should only have a 3start rating maximum. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

Room was spacious as We got the Suite with window. Bed comfortable however housekeeping service needs improvement. The handovers looked old and worn. Washed cups n glasses were left to dry on a towel in the bathroom. So unhygienic. Ironing board was left on the floor for the 3 days we were there. Litter on carpet wasn’t removed; assumed wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Concierge n doorman very polite n helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Great location with easy walking access to the Malls.

No table No chair provided in the room. Very inconvenient. Also, water leak from the shower to the corridor, bad design to block the water from the shower. I used the shower towel to soak up the water during my 4 nights stay. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I want to mention that the Starbucks was a plus. Great place for a breakfast & break. Their staff was very friendly.

Good location

I love the location, its right where everything come to live at night. We have 2 problems with the room. The toilet keep flashing on it own here n there. On our last night the power went out all night, thank god the room was cool even though the AC was off due to no power. Other then that everything was good experience.

While very convenient and in the heart of KL, the Copper room i had was tight and because there is no proper breakfast hall, breakfast is served through takeaway boxes, the food quality is bad with thin coffee and cold food. Oily chicken chop and bland nasi lemak.

My lockdown weekend with WOLO

I was not able to cancel or change my booking hence I decided to proceed with the stay.

The hotel was so nice to accommodate everything though the parking option of RM30 was very steep and the gentleman nearly wanted to cheat me by saying that even one hour extension past midday I would be charged anothee RM30 full day rate. Only when I stated very clearly the time I arrived, he agreed to let it be at one day rate.

Overall I enjoyed the hotel very much but this platform should be a bit more lenient towards Covid situations which forced me to stay to avoid losing RM200.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, plenty of really great amenities and is decorated elegantly. I was extremely disappointed when we found someone’s else’s underwear in the room on arrival and at checkout it took an age for housekeeping to go and check the room before we could leave whilst the staff did little to communicate why it was taking so long.

When returning to collect our bags the service was greatly improved by staff on direction from a manager, would be great to see consistency.

Well, I didn't stay here simply because I cancelled my trip to Asia due to the ongoing epidemic Corona Virus issue. I asked the Hotel to refund me but they did not due to their policy.
I understand and respect their policy but likewise they need to understand certain special circumstances that people cannot make their trips as planned. i.e. family death/emergency/ or like my case which is affected consequently due to global Corona virus transmission.
It's not about the money being refunded or not, but it's about their policy and services. They need to revise their policy to accommodate emergency situations.
Nevertheless, and definitely, I will book another hotels in KL in future but never this hotel again, since I go to Malaysia yearly for the past 10 years.
Thanks Orbitz for giving me an opportunity to speak up my words.

we have stayed at Wolo many times but wasn’t keen on the new style as the room was very noisy from life outside, the tv kept freezen or wouldn’t play probably, air conditioning was useless we had it set on 10c since check in and the room didn’t go any lower than 23c it was a very warm and uncomfortable stay.
