The apartment was clean and spacious. The daily service was amazing and all the staff from front desk to house keeping are friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to everything. Our family has stayed in the same hotel every time we go to KL because of the positive experience we always have.

Service breakdown, did not come to clean room. Initially the front office put it like I have to request to get room cleaned but finally admitted it was service breakdown. Badly trained staff.
Ordered room service and then did not remove a used styrofoam because it was purchased outside. Provided 4 sets of cutlery despite ordering main dish for 5 person.

A rather disappointing experience at Pullman.
We booked a regular 2-bedroom apartment (not specifically the family one) for our family. The arrival, lobby and check-in was great. But entering the room, the carpet throughout felt very moist and moldy. The apartment was very spacious, 2 bedroom with ensuite and an extra bathroom. A dining table, living room and office space. Space was good. But the cleanliness was lacking. And when you travel with a young kid (2 yo), this is rather important. There were hair in the sink as if someone just shaved. And the kitchen felt dirty. We saw 2 cockroaches and one dead. Buggers on the wall. Couldn't believe it.

Location is fantastic, breakfast was okay. But we will not be back sadly due to the cleanliness of the place.

This hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants Great staff. Particularly, Ikram (porter/greeter) was very helpful in getting us Grab to leave during road closure and traffic was at a standstill. He got on the phone and talked to driver for us and made sure we were able to secure a ride. Such a big help on a chaotic day!

The hotel needs work. The rooms felt a little dated, the floors in the hallways had weird potholes under the carpet and my first room absolutely smelt like mould. Fortunately, the housekeeping team were lovely and coordinated a new room for me in a recently updated side of the building.

The 2 bedroom apartment is a bit dated but at least the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast quality down a bit but the hotel is priced competitively so it’s a trade off. Staff service is way better than pavilion hotel opposite where we are always waiting for room even at 3pm check in time. Pullman no such problem

I don't know why, but during my four-night stay, the water that just came out of the bathtub was yellow every day. It needed to be run for more than 15 minutes before it got better. The same was true for the water in the sink.

However the room, especially the bathroom was very tired and there was significant mould in the shower recess.
The silicone repair work in the bathroom was very average, it looked like one of the cleaners did the job and not a trades person.

Unfortunately, my recent stay was very disappointing. The music from the pool area was extremely loud, and there were many small insects in the bathroom and toilet. Additionally, there were lots of hair left on the bed, which was unacceptable.

Even at breakfast, when I ordered fried eggs, my order was skipped several times, and the service was very poor. The overall atmosphere and other guests were also not pleasant.

Our company has previously booked this hotel for many of our staff, but given this experience, we will be choosing a different hotel from now on.

This hotel is super near Pavillion KLCC and within walkable distance. One of the more affordable 5 stars hotels within walking distance from Pavillion.

Super easy to check-in. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

The morning buffet staff are super efficient. They cleared our table when they thought we had left and set it up for the next group of diners.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Need some minor fix such as powerplug for coffee mahine is coming out from the wall. Need insect treatment as small ants and bugs noticed crawling in the bathroom floor. There were pieces of chewing gum discarded under the bed which might have not been cleaned thoroughly by the house keeping

The hotel boasts an excellent location directly opposite a shopping centre, offering superb convenience. The breakfast was also good.

However, despite its five-star aspirations, some basic issues significantly detracted from our stay in the apartment within the hotel.

The bathroom was grubby and needs modernisation. The gym's AC never worked despite reporting it, the rowing machine lacked water, and the elliptical trainer was noisy. These maintenance failures were unnacceptable.

Have always been staying at Pullman for my business trips and enjoyed the great location. But this time room 2501 was newrest to thenloft we could hear the rumbling of the lift everytime it moved. Also the aircon temp could not be adjusted. It was already set to 29 degrees but the room temp was 21. We hope some improvements can be made co we still really like this hotel.

We arrived at hotel, no one attended to help with our luggage, we carried them in up to check in, only one staff serving and there are 2 other persons waiting in line to check in, second staff finally arrived to check us in.
There were no bottled water and no bath gowns. When I called for some water, I was told there is filtered water in the room which had almost white colour water running from it and faucet was ready to come off the bench. I had to take medication so I needed water quickly, after 15 minutes I called again still no water, went to lobby asking for water, still had to wait another 10 minutes before we got some water.
I travel a lot and I must say this has been an unpleasant experience for us.

Overall the property is clean. There are two things about the property. First it is the food. Some of the dishes offered for breakfast are salty. Lastly I am surprised that the property does not return the customer the security deposit slip upon check out. The deposit is meant to offset any expenses incurred during the stay. As I am cleared by the counter staff at check out, there should not be any charge to the customer and the deposit slip has to be returned. This is how other hotels are doing upon check out.

The property is situated in a great location, but the two-bedroom apartment definitely needs some updating. I noticed a strong smell of smoke in my room, despite requesting a non-smoking option.

A word of caution: double-check your room charges at checkout. The staff charged me for an additional night, even though I had already paid for my entire stay in advance. The reception team seemed unaware of this charge and couldn't resolve the issue. I was running late for my flight, but they insisted I wait for their finance team to address the extra charges.

Overall, this left me with a less-than-positive impression of the hotel.

The property is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and room size. The check-in was very smooth and Jackson was accommodating and prompt. However, post that you are on your own, the room service for any service was beyond pathetic. The in-room dining or concierge service never answers your call. The times that they answer your call, they say they will call you back and they never call. I was even expected to carry my bags down as the concierge service was very busy. The only time they offer to help you is when you carry your bags to the reception. The lack of basic courtesy and service standards makes this hotel a poor choice for anyone expecting even some modest comfort during their stay.
