Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices.

Extremely comfortable stay for our family of 5. Excellent suite layout to accommodate our toddler and baby - they gave us a beautiful crib. Fantastic rooftop pool and location to Linc mall, restaurants, etc. Friendly staff and very clean. Nice breakfast options too.

The lap pool on the roof top was great as well as the other pool. Quiet and nice view. The room was bigger than expected and very spacious and quiet! Beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there and will come back when I need to go to KL. Also, the hotel is 10/15 min walk to the Petronas Towers so great location with malls and supermarkets and restaurants around. Perfect really!

Would have given 5 stars if not for the cleanliness. There was a few ants crawling at the bed headboard area. Carpet cleanliness need to be better. The counter staff are friendly. Overall is fine except the ant’s incident. Attached photo of the ant crawling.

Total disappointment. 2/10 Experience
We stayed at room 2108 for 1 night. We are very disappointed with the condition of the room especially the matress and the pillows. It was terrible. It should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid more disappointment for future guest. Car park is not complimentary at 10RM per entry for guest. Dryer is not working in good condition and clothes cant be dried aft washing. Breakfast was prepared in bento due to govt imposing restricted movement order. The bento set was another disappointment and was given carbonated can drink for bfast instead of fresh apple or orange juice. We wouldnt come back again despite of the reasonable rate.

Overall is good. Nice room given. Fully equipment. Accept the kids pool. Its very nice and comfortable for kids. But can u reduce the clorine? The smell is strong. It show that the pool is dirty and put a lot of clorine. Kid fever after play with that pool. Very dissapointed of that. Please do something. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite for 9 nights over Christmas and New Years. The staff are lovely have very helpful. Rooms are in good condition and any small problems, they come fix it right away. We had a blocked toilet and they fixed the matter right away. Breakfast is downstairs at the souled our restaurant. It’s a continental breakfast along with a few traditional dishes. What I loved was, we were there for 9 days and everyday there was a different item for the traditional menu. Some days they had curries, pastas, noodles, fried rice etc. They also have a free shuttle service which can take you to the nearby attractions such as KLCC, China town etc and you can also request pick up too. It definitely saves up taxi expenses. The intermark mall is 7mins walk which was great, we’d stroll there some nights to grab dinner. The rooftop pool is amazing, the views are wonderful. There’s some construction happening on the opposite of the hotel so sometimes breakfast can be a bit loud. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back there again. :)

Waited for 5 hours and then my 3rd calls to the Front Office, the guy kept telling me my room is on DND. For a moment I thought of \"Dinner and Dance\"? Eventually I realised that was for \"Do not Disturb\". Ironically it was not because the manual door hang of \"DND\" sign was in my room and when I open my room door? Excellent stay! Great service from the moment we stepped in. Spacious apartment accommodation gave us everything we needed, including a laundry machine with detergent provided. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is close to landmarks and we utilized a free shuttle service to beat the heat a few times. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Great apartment for a comfortable stay
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We liked the complimentary shuttle to the market and to the towers. The location is quiet and we didn’t use the metro but you can walk to the towers and shops and taxis are easy to come by. (Get a grab to and from the airport it is cheaper). The staff were exceedingly helpful and obligingly. We will be staying here on our next trip.
