Great location and lovely staff

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful.
Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an older-style hotel but advantages are that the area is quiet and the hotel has a lovely spa and pool, surrounded by shade. My room was on the third floor and was comfortable. Aircon worked fine. The staff at the front desk were kind and went out of their way to help with whatever I wanted to know. My driver, Geday, was lovely. Spa was excellent, as was the little cafe run by Maria, all the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay. Oh, and be prepared for the crowds on Sundays for the market; the rest of time it's pretty quiet.

Great breakfast although only one cup of coffee was included. Rooms were very spacious. Close walk to central Canggu. Staff were very courteous and gave the best waterfall recommendation. I would recommend to anyone visiting Canggu.

Exceptional staff, delicious cafe on site, great rooms, relatively quiet at night, relaxing and good value spa. I had a great 5 days at Ecosfera as a lone female traveller. My only request would be for a few more sunbeds around the pool, and for the lighting outside the rooms to be dimmer as it was too bright for sleeping well at night.

Excellent hotel. Checkin was easy and fast, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a patio. Bathroom amenities were great as well. Breakfast at the restaurant is amazing! So many options, I had something different every day (8 mornings) and all were tasty. I also ate dinner my first night as I arrived late so that was very convenient. There is a spa on the property and I booked the Body Bliss package, 100 stars, one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. The staff in the hotel, restaurant and spa were all so friendly, helpful and professional. On my last morning the front desk was able to book me transfer to the airport last minute when my original booking unexpectedly cancelled. Overall, a wonderful stay at a lovely property.

Great find !

Great spot to stay

The hotel is only 5 mins walk to Echo beach. There are loads of restaurants bars and some shops in the area. Old mans beach is only 15 mins walk with yet more bars restaurants and shops. The hotel has a nice pool and very friendly staff.

Beautiful stay 1 minute walk from echo beach. Perfect way to relax into our trip with yoga classes, massages and beauty treatments on hand, awesome food greenspotcafe at the front and a pool to laze in. Samadi organic market was a 15 minute walk up the road on sunday ☀️

Loved the staff - breakfast was amazing - the location of our room to the pool was fantastic too. Rooms are a bit tired & could do with a revamp but the location was awesome!
Leave the juices at breakfast - was so looking forward to them but they were so watered down they were awful!

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. It's great. The staff are great, it's perfectly positioned for the surf at the end of the street, and the rest of the hustle and bustle of canggu is right on your doorstep.
The food in the restaurant including the breakfast menu is delicious.
The only thought I had was that maybe they could looks at some new mattresses soon. Our mattress felt like it was a little worn out but apart from that this place is excellent.
Will stay again any time I come back to canggu

Nice lush pool area, but everything else was below par. Room wasn’t clean when I checked in, concierge wasn’t punctual and staff wasn’t very helpful (they were very nice, just not at all helpful, as though they were other guests and didn’t know what they could do to help you). Could have been worse. But could have been much better.

Perfect oasis upon arrival to Bali!

Lovely little spot to decompress after a long flight. Sweet staff, comfortable rooms, loved the spa! Food in the restaurant was delicious and you get to choose off the menu for your free breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

Great hotel, great location, great stay!

When we first got to the hotel, we were informed that the room we'd booked was not available. The staff we're extremely apologetic and as compensation, gifted us a spa session of choice each and after 1 night in the budget room, gave us an upgrade to a suite. This was much more than we'd envisaged! The budget room needed a lick of paint and the bathroom a bit of a clean in areas but overall, was fine. The suite was lovely. So much room and had views of the sea - its was a very comfortable room. The hotel has such a large choice of breakfast items included in the price and the food was delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the pool area was great and the hotel is placed in a great location less than a 5min walk to the beach. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location is great - really close to the beach. Great cafe at the hotel, with wonderful breakfast options (although I would have loved more local food). Staff was friendly. The room was generally ok, but looked tired and felt dusty, especially the floor - had to wear slippers around. Shower was lukewarm at best.

Great breakfast and restaurant. Serviceminded staff and really good located since you can put on your surfing clothes and go straight to the beach.
Pool area is quite small and the room smelled a little bit of mold. Overall I liked it a lot.

Beutiful little boutique styled hotel

This place is awesome, sooo quiet in behind the walls, the room we had is massive, with a huge bdroom, comfy big bed and heaps of cupboard space and a safe. Its own private balcony... And thats just upstairs... Down is a huuuge open plan living area with another tv, day lounger, bar, another big fridge dinning table and chairs... Really nice pool and area. The breakfast is amazing to top it off...All just 30 second walk out to the road then a 5min walk down an alleyway to the beach.

We had a wonderful 3night stay at this gorgeous hotel and will definitely return. We stayed in the ocean view suite and was exceptionally large and large balcony to relax on and enjoy the view. It had a nice view to the beach and was decorated in traditional Balinese furniture. The room was clean and comfortable. Its located within 2mins walk to the beach and restaurants and shopping at your door step.

Everything was great in this hotel: rooms are clean and comfortable (good showers and good beds). Breakfast offers a great selection of a la carte menu. Staff are kind and very helpful. Location is the best possible.

The spa experience is beautiful. Our room was large but could have been cleaner. It’s a little tired, our bed was broken, so we rolled into the middle and it creaked with every move. We had an unwelcome visitor under our bed, while it was handled promtly there was no special consideration, I m sure many would have left the hotel for somewhere else. Our experience was pleasant enough but we will not return.

Excellent location 3min and you are on Echo Beach, staff helpful and friendly, our breakfast was included at Greenspot cafe and was delicious you got to choose from a variety of meals and $2.50 if you want a fresh juice, we also loved our balcony very relaxing to sit and have a drink and overlook the pool, the rooms were huge and the whole hotel had that Balinese feel loved it!!!

Friendly and helpful staff.
Conveniently close to the beach and beautiful sunsets.

They noticed at check in that it was my birthday the following day and surprised me with a complimentary Balinese massage. (Found an envelope slipped under my door with a letter from management)
At breakfast, they again surprised me with a divine lemon meringue tart and the staff sang for me. Totally unexpected and really very thoughtful.

The location was good very central to what we wanted to do. Pool area was nice and our room was on ground level overlooking the pool with a nice sitting area outside the room. However the room was very tired looking sooner had stains on it and curtains old. Wardrobe wouldn't open properly and shower tiles had mold. It wouldn't take much to brighten and refresh rooms this I believe would make a big difference.

The Ecosfera hotel is located less than 5 minutes walking from Echo Beach, which makes it perfect for guest who, like me, want to spend the day on the beach (you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella for 25,000 rupiya from one of many different bar/restaurant enterprises on the beach). The Ecosfera restaurant has a decent menu for breakfast, although some items cost more than what is included with the room. My main complaint is with the bathroom, which smelled of mildew. The shower drain did not work well, so water flowed across the bathroom floor (fortunately to another drain) and the room stayed damp all the time.

Great location, great staff - who were super helpful. Nice grounds and good concept using cafe out from for included breakfasts. Rooms need a makeover ... new blackout curtains, new pillows and new towels would make a big difference. Overall condition of property is a bit tired.

I loved the healthy cafe they had. The food there was really good. Cute little spa and pool. The room however, not so cute. The mattress was hard and it was not a homey look. The shower water temp was not consistent and would constantly go from hot to cold and water would get all over the bathroom floor. The drain was not fast so water would pool up. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing place to stay!

2 minutes walk to the beach. Famiy room really clean and spacious. Staff really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Stay here if you are not into the wildness of kuta and seminyak. Wonderful beach bars and restaurants nearby. Great surf scene. Everything was perfect!

wanted somewhere near the beach and read the bad reviews about staff at this place but didn't think it could be true after our previous place. They were always sitting on their phones and were very rude when we asked for help. The rooms had many flaws such as bad a/c, terrible shower that wet floor all around the toilet, ugly bathroom, uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was also really small. Besides the great location, this place doesn't really have anything else to offer.
