Stayed in both a deluxe premium room and a deluxe room. I recommend the deluxe—Slightly smaller but the upper premium room was loud from the dance club next door. Staff are awesome. Rooms are quite nice. Breakfast is above average. Great location near beach and dining.

Amazing hotel, so so so clean, lovely staff, food and drinks are great.

Good location - super walkable. Is in a busy location - but we didn’t mind and you are left notes to remind to you and you get free entry to the club.

We actually checked out and came back 12 hours later a bad experience at another hotel.

Would only stay here when I return to Canggu.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The lively nightclub nearby didn’t bother me at all; I popped on my headphones with some sleep tones and drifted off easily. Honestly, part of me was tempted to join the fun at the club! The club’s atmosphere was classy, sexy, and clearly a popular hotspot. Beyond the nightlife, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, with a vibrant yet sophisticated vibe. Highly recommend!

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Very tech forward for Bali with an app for the hotel. They are very aware of the new night club that has opened next door and try their best to warn prior to events (Tuesdays and Fridays only). The music is very loud but if you are a deep sleeper or wanting to go out it’s fine - truly didn’t bother me so much, it’s what you expect from being in the Canggu area and central to everything.

I stayed at Eastin Ashta for 6 nights in Canggu. I could not have asked for anything better!! I was a 5 minute walk to the beach and I was able to walk to all other beaches from my location. My balcony faced the back of the hotel but I could see the ocean if I turned to the left. They have a beautiful pool area for sitting and lounging and the food was amazing. I feel like the restaurant doesn't get much credit. Everything was delicious!! I made sure I was up for breakfast. I was so thankful that I added the extra add-on because finding food is easy - there are restaurants everywhere! - but fresh fruit juices, healthy salads, and food that tastes like it was made with love on a daily basis is a treasure. Canggu was very busy but the resort is near the end of the street so it actually does get quiet. There is a very fancy club - Desa Kitsuneé - next door and they have a DJ Tues & Fridays. I enjoy a good party so the music didn't bother me. It stopped right at 1AM on Tuesday. I was given free entry and I went my last night and I was glad I did. It was a Canggu I had never seen!! If you're worried about the noise - Canggu is fullof noise no matter where you go. Staying here was like an Oasis in the middle of a hurricane. Staff were very warm and friendly. The room was perfect and the bed was very comortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who wants to be close - but not too close - to the busyness. FYI, it's a family resort so kids are present too.

This was my second stay at Eastin Ashta Resort, Canggu in less than 6months. I love staying here because of the resort's facilities, dining and drinking options, location (proximity to other areas of Bali and shops) and most importantly the staff. All staff are super helpful, attentive and friendly. Exceptional customer service!
We also loved our Balinese cooking class with the resort's Chef. Thanks again for a most wonderful and relaxing Easter holiday.

The hotel is in a great location and is taken care of well by the staff. The room is super large and comfortable for even just the base room. Staff are nice and welcoming but not overbearing. Breakfast was ok, not the best but that may just be my preferences. There is a new club next door that goes to about 1-2am on Tuesdays and Fridays which is a bit annoying when you’re trying to sleep. They give you ear plugs but it doesn’t cut out the bass of the music. It’s not the hotels fault but may deter guests from booking.

Eastin Ashta was by far our favourite place to stay in Bali. We stayed at 4 other price equivalent accommodations throughout Bali and we kept wishing we were back at eastin ashta. The staff here are amazing and the breakfast buffet is top notch!

Loved watching Pretty Woman during movie night while next to the pool.

Put on so much weight from 3 days of great breakfasts :)

And loved how close it was for me to get to the beach.

But do be warned it truly can be very loud on DJ nights next door and I’m pretty sure I was able to smell cigarette smoke outside my hotel room coming from the DJ party. For certain travelers such things can be an issue.

My stay here was fantastic. The location was great as it was close enough to the beach, shops and dining. Also, there was noise because a nightclub nearby on Tues and Fri nights and the staff really went out of their way to make me comfortable as im a light sleeper. They were able to get me a ground floor room away from the noise and thats not all...they even helped me out with a little issue i was having paying for some local medical service i recieved and i didnt have international banking! Everyone was amazing on the staff from the waiters, pool staff, housekeeping and room service and a special shout out and thanks to Kasih and Arya!!! Thank you both so much!!!! Youre the best!

Canggo is a very busy city. Our hotel (Eastin Ashta) was located just off the high traffic area and therefore very quiet. It is also just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Very handy. The hotel room was very spacious and quite new. Very happy with the accommodations. The pool / chairs were newer and in excellent condition. The staff (and I mean all the staff from reception to servers to bartenders to housekeeping) were extremely friendly and helpful to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Canggu.

A lively start to our Bali trip!

We had a lovely 4 nights here.
This was the first place were staying for our 2 week Bali trip. We arrived quite late at night and the hotel was very accommodating to allow a late-late check-in.
The staff here was lovely, always smiling and eager to help. The amenities were also top-notch with a fantastic restaurant, great pool accompanied by a pool side bar. The Hotel also regularly hosts lots of events and parties for the guests which is great!
The only thing we were concerned about before staying here was the noise that some of the guests have complained about. However, this didn’t impact us at all. There was supposed to be a party next door on Friday that usually gets too loud but we were out till 1am that night anyway and there was no noise at all once we got back.
All in all a lovely experience, very comfortable beds and the room was clean, spacious and had everything you need in a hotel room!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We ended up booking this hotel same day after a disaster of a situation at our Airbnb and it was exactly what we needed. The staff are very friendly, great breakfast (came free with our hotel reservation) and stunning pool area with pool bar. We felt so relaxed staying here and much in part to the hotel’s atmosphere. Room service and in-room massages were a definitely a highlight. Great food options that are walkable (recommend PennyLane). 10/10 would recommend this hotel!

We had a superior room and it was so spacious! Loved that the cleaner always left a cute towel animal on the bed and decorated the room for my partners birthday. The all inclusive breakfast had great choices and the pool area was lovely to eat at.
The only downside I’d mention is that there’s new club that opened next door and was pretty load, it’s only open on a Tuesday and Friday. The hotel provided ear plugs and the noise is through no fault of their own. We enjoyed the music so wasn’t much of a problem for us.

The room was exceptional which was pretty much the only positive aspects of our stay. The grounds seemed unmaintained. The hotel building did not appear clean or resemble a resort; but a roadside motel
There is a party hotel right next to this one, and it played extremely loud, thumping party music from four different speakers all night until 4 AM. Even with earplugs provided bu hotel (so this is usual) and tightly closed shutters, we still lay awake all night. This seems to be an ongoing issue. If you want a restful night, this place is not for you.
Additionally, as we checked out, they made us wait in the lobby while they checked the room for a cup and saucer and items from the mini-bar. This was quite disappointing, and I have never experienced this at any other resort. Although they found everything in the room, it left us feeling very insulted.
Overall, if you just want to stay inside your room and don’t mind extremely loud music, this hotel might be acceptable. However, if you are looking for a resort experience and a feeling of being pampered, this is not the place for you. You will lay awake all night with the extremely loud music, endure rundown hotel grounds, and face an inspection While the staff appeared outwardly courteous, we experienced discrimination based on our skin color. When we checked in, we were not offered a welcome drink (not that we wanted it), unlike other guests who were warmly welcomed, and not inspected upon checkout.

The room provided r Nx to the road or facing the entrance to the hotel . The Nx property nite guard r laughing talking so loudly . N the traffics noise r loud too .
The ac in the room is very irritating , as moment we open the balcony door out . The ac will b immed off . Even when we close the door immed . Is so irritating to keep on turn on the ac .

Overall I’d give the Eastin at this moment a 4/10:

- Location is central and in a happening area of Canggu
- Cleanliness: Rooms depending on your luck smell mouldy as it’s located next to the beach
- Noise Levels: Desa Kitsunè opened next door so it’s really noisy on nights they’re holding events

My wife and I had to cut our stay short at this hotel given their pool was under renovation and we just couldn’t bear the noise as we were working remotely and needed a good nights sleep. For the same budget there are many other options to choose from in Canggu - sadly a miss despite other reviews you may read.
