Tive uma ótima experiência durante minha estadia! A localização é ótima e as instalações são amplas, bem cuidadas. O ambiente é agradável e tudo estava limpo. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, embora eu tenha notado que não há opções para pessoas com restrições alimentares (como no caso da minha filha, que é celíaca.)

Aproveitei a piscina aquecida e o ofurô, que estavam em boas condições. A única observação que gostaria de fazer é sobre o box do banheiro, que é um pouco apertado. O ar-condicionado funcionou adequadamente e a limpeza geral do ambiente também foi satisfatória.

Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da funcionária Tamara, que se destacou dos demais devido à sua presteza, pró-atividade e empatia. Ela realmente fez a diferença em nossa experiência!

Recomendo a estadia e espero que eles possam expandir as opções para pessoas com restrições alimentares!

The hotel is super conveniente if you want to be close to the falls, unfortunatelly the room i was given was nothing like the pictures shown in the internet. There was a hole on my door that fit my finger, plus another one on the wall. The bed was king size but one side was higher than the other, bathroom windows dont even close properly (very old), and the bug screen was ripped, i was afraid to open the windows cause of the bugs. I also didn’t have a side lamp on the room at all. Only ceiling lamp. Bathroom was really old. But breakefest was nice, the staff was friendly and nice, and the rest of the hotel was good. Honestly the rooms need lots of upgrades. And the hall the lead to the rooms looks like a 1900’s hospice.. kind of scary. So if you want a nice room you should consider that before going to that hotel.

The property and the park are very nice, and it also has a restaurant and free airport shuttle, which are definitely very useful. On the other hand, the rooms (at least the budget ones) are too basic. Mattress 6/10, bathroom 7/10, accessories 7/10. It’s fine for one or two nights, but for a longer stay, I would consider another option or try the higher-priced rooms (I haven’t seen them).

O unico defeito que em tres noites nao quiseram limpar o quarto. So na terceira noite perguntaram se eu queria que limpasse. Informo.que as lixeiras estao cheias. Toalhas precisam ser trocadas .e colocar sabonete novos. Tres dias com o mesmo sabonete. Restaurante excelente. Cafe da manhha tambem otimo. Alguem da administracao precisa fazer curso de limpesa e higiene.

The hotel is close to the airport and close to the falls, and also provides free pickup from the airport (return trip does cost) which is why we booked it. The property itself was nice-ish but a bit old. A restaurant, several pools, gift shops etc. However the room was quite dated and uncomfortable. When we opened our door we saw several (at least 7) mosquitos flying around. The windows were shut but there were several gaps between hoses and shutters that led outside. We tried to kill as many as possible but still ended up bit. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes. We visited in August (winter/sping time) and it was freezing at night. The hotel does not have heat but does supply blankets- but they are not sufficient. We were cold all night. The hotel also leaves some windows in the hallways open all the time, even at night. This makes it super chilly and lets bugs in. Everyone at breakfast was wearing coats or sweaters. Reception staff were very nice but there was definitely a language barrier both during check in and check out, and we had to use google translate several times as they didnt speak much English.

This hotel is perfect for visiting Iguazu Falls. They offered free airport pickup which was great too.
The concierge was brilliant and organised my tickets for the national park and also the Macuco Safari.
I had the breakfast as well and the selection was huge and tasted great.
I will stay again if I’m in town

The hotel location is good, about 15-20 minute walk to the Iguazu National Park ticketing area. The hotel is very basic in terms of building and room conditions and facilities. It is also far from city but very close to the airport. You get what you pay for so if your spending a couple of days visiting waterfalls and the bird park, and don’t want to pay for luxury, it’s ok to sleep and eat here.

Shuttle wasnt there at arrival though i had email confirmation from them. On departure they pawned me off to the tour bus guys and they wanted to charge me. Room was old. Maid left used soap in shower. I think they gave me one of the worst rooms and location. Buffet was ok. Pools too. Though the did nothing about a bee hive where the ladder is. Thats the attitude they have. Location is perfect though. 1km from airport on the left. If they fail to pick u up. Also 1km to entrance to the falls. I took the bus for 5r and walked back when i saw how close it was. Reception wanted me to take a taxi for 30r. The plane noise and road noise can be blunted by ac. Noisy neighbors in echo-y hallway couldnt be. Had hot water. Wifi ok. They spoke limited english.

The location is good. It is in the middle way between the airport and the fall national park. I walked 20 minutes from the airport to this hotel, and 20 minutes from the the hotel to the main entrance of the national park. Check in also very good and professional. The breakfast is good with many items of foods. But the draw back is the room I stayed was very noisy. Motorcycles noise all over the night. People yelling and speaking loudly during midnight. I can’t sleep during my stay. Not much the front desk can do even I complain a few times.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay. We used the free transportation from the airport. They have tour agency to set up activities for you. They have a shuttle to the Falls. They hired a driver for us to get us across to Argentina. The restaurant is open until midnight. We were starving when we arrived late. It was nice to have that available. The property is older, but clean.

I stayed at this hotel for visiting the National Park Iguazu Brazilian side. It is located very close to the airport and the park. The hotel offers a shuttle service for airport and park transportations. This eliminated the hazels of renting a car or calling taxi. It was prompt and reliable. You need to call ahead for airport pickup. The breakfast was outstanding.

The pool with water slide is great for kids. The rooms are horrendous. We were basically in a dungeon. One shutter didn't open, so it was really dark. The window only opened a tad, but since the screen was torn, we would have had to keep it closed anyway. Lots of mosquitoes inside. The toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't drain. Food was ok. Beds we're comfortable.

This was not worth the price. I have stayed at hostels with better service and cleanliness. There were ants through-out my room! Very few staff members spoke English so forget about room service or an easy dining experience. The food had no flavour. I do not recommend staying here!

Loved the service our waiter named Johnathan was amazing! Pool table and foozball table were great fun as well. Property was quite old and in some need of a revamp but was still kept in good condition and it did add a touch of character! One problem we encountered is that it’s a little far away from the city of Iguazu, I guess that’s the trade in though for being close to the airport and Iguazu Falls itself.

Very convenient for us as we had only the weekend to fly in to see the Falls on both sides. The hotel's situated very near the airport and the Falls in Brazil . So we could collect our stuff from hotel and dash off to the airport after finishing our tour to Argentina . Staff were very friendly and professional . Beds were comfortable . Food at restaurant was good. Just a homely old fashion hotel !

The best place to stay if you have to take a flight from the iguassu falls. Hotel staff very kind and helpful specially Edna and Marcelo. Quick check out and free transfer to the airport at every time. Very good dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast almost correct.

Staff very friendly and tourists desk was very helpful. The hotel has a restaurant, souvenir shop and snack shop. Room was spacious with strong wifi and was comfortable. Location is very close to airport but no shopping or eating locations in walking distance. Very convenient to Brazil side of the falls and not too far from Argentina site. Nice hotel.

This is not really a hotel. It is really a motel. The window and the door are on the same side. So, you have to keep the window curtain closed all the time. And the room is dark. The front desk clerk is very friendly and helpful. But the owner was not friendly when asked for transportation help.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Harbor hotel. The lobby is warm and welcoming, but the room was very plain and basic. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was fine also. The concierge desk was very helpful in setting up trips to both the Brazil and Argentine side of the Falls, as well as for a dinner show in town.

Room too noisy.

The room was too noidy because the people from the upper room was walking and talking late and woke up at 3:00 a.m because they had to take a plane early and walk with high heels in a wooden floor and structure that was very old. The hotel staff who we called did anything about that and only told us that this persons had to take an early plane. Pay attention that the transfer is charged for going back to the airport. It wad rather cold weather and very cold insi the room that smells very bad too.

walking distance to major attractions

I walked up the hill to the falls and bird park. Taxi from airport in other direction should be no more than $5 so don't get cheated less than 2 km.Outside the falls site are good restaurants. Buy 3 bottles of water from locals just outside falls site for about a buck and a half. Right next door to hotel is great vendor of local stones.

Conveniently located at 1.5km from the airport and 1.5km from the opening gate of Iguazzu parkland.
Basic rooms but very pleasant hotel surroundings. Prices are very reasonable for food and drinks.
Local buses are regular and very inexpensive from the airport to Iguazzu gates and follow the main route past the hotel.

I reserved this hotel via expedia and called via expedia.

They said to me \"you can't cancel\" so I accepted it and I told them my flight time one month ago.
But, when I went there, they didn't have any rooom.They never us applogy.

After 1.5hours, finally they reserve another hotel.In my room, there was big insects and bloodstain.

They said to us they will call next day.
Although they know our room number, hotel &our email address, Nobody contact us.Of curse no refund.

Waited over half an hour for airport shuttle. Driver finally came but could only fit 3 ppl max and there were 7 guests waiting. We took a cab instead...it only took 3 mins or so to get from airport to hotel. What a waste of time.
