The hotel provides a good service in the breakfast room.
However there are something that need improvements:
The towels would be replaced with new ones they are already very worn.
the flooring in shower is slippery and the bathroom must include a handrail or a handle for the elderly. It is a potential hazard for the hotel.
It would be nice to provide the power outlet adapter to charge the phone during our visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My son loved the various pools and arcade room. The staff were very friendly and the tour manager helped us to organised private transport. The buffet was varied with a delicious selection of freshly cooked food. The location was great - a short taxi ride to the falls and to get across the border to Argentina. Dreamland park was just across the road and had lots of fun activities also. Such great value!

We love how close it’s from EVERYTHING, I’m talking about the airport (5 minutes), the Iguazú Falls (10 minutes), Argentina and Paraguay borders are close too. Crossing the street there’s is museum and things to do and see. The hotel breakfasts was good and until 10am, the dinner was good too. If you get to the hotel before 2pm they take care of your bags will you go to do things around. The only bad thing was the bed, it’s was really uncomfortable and that you can hear everything that it’s going on outside of your room.

The location is great! 5-10 minutes from airport, falls, huge mall, etc. Breakfast and dinner were good. Most of the staff speaks English. Hotel is not brand new but for the money you pay it totally worth it.
Two issues: the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything. The pictures of the hotel show that there is a huge outside playground for kids (which is why I booked this hotel) but it doesn’t have it. I think they should update their pictures.

The Hotel wants a complete refurbishment .The shower was filthy and full of mould and rusty fittings. The room and beds and pillows etc smell fusty .Ants in the room crawling all over surfaces. The hotel states there is a swim up bar ? This must have been stolen because there is not one.

OK, make sure you confirm your room efore arrival

OK, hotel is pretty much as advertised but watch out for bait and switch if they try to move you to another hotel due to \"problem\". Basically, they overbook and then shuttle you off to an inferior hotel with much smaller rooms. I had to go back and forth on email prior to arrival to make sure I had a room. Breakfast buffet is OK, dinner buffet is so-so. Better to take Uber for a few dollars to a restaurant at the mall or in town.

Great small hotel near airport and Brazil falls

The hotel is very near the airport and falls. The concierge was able to book (on short notice) a taxi van to take our group to the Argentina falls one day for very reasonable cheap price. That included a stop at Mercado for snacks and he handled our paperwork at both Brazil and Argentina customs both going and returning, and he showed up at our meeting spot on time. This service really helped our enjoyment. The hotel pool was large and was OK. The break fast very good each day. The onsite hotel was passable but beef was a bit tough, otherwise was acceptable, since no other restaurants within easy walk.

We had a lot of rain overnight, and our air conditioner started to leak, but we put a garbage bin under and notified the desk as we left in the morning.

Overall, a really good place to stay while seeing the falls.

Just stayed one night, but it was pleasant. Excellent restaurant in the hotel (it was raining and we didn't feel like going out). We received a room with a faulty air conditioner, so they moved us to the other room (that took longer than it should have). They didn't cancel the first, however, so the kids slept in one room and we in the other. Got two rooms for the price of one!

This hotel is not far from downtown. There is a bus #120 that will take you to downtown in 7 minutes. Hotel is WONDERFUL!!. Pool is great for kids and breakfast is good. Great location with easy access to airport & Falls

Very comfortable motel only a couple of minutes from Airport. Arrived at 00.45 after late night flight and was greeted by staff to carry baggage to room ... Great service. Delicious array of breakfast choices. Pool fantastic after hot day at Falls.
We caught local bus from outside front of motel (which passes every 20-30 R$6) to Brazil side of Falls. From there we just walked across the road to Bird Park which was well worth the visit and caught the bus back home ... Very easy. To visit the Argentine side of Falls we caught the local bus en-route to Foz metro and got off at Motel BourBon, went across the road to visitor information centre and had the option of either catching local bus to main Argentine bus terminal and then another to Falls. Negotiated with taxi driver to take us direct to falls for R$80 which was only slightly more than buses. He was able to assist with border crossing and safed us lot of stress and time. Caught local buses home .... Not a good idea! Bus left us at border to stamp out/in and to catch the next bus ... This took well over 40 minutes in heat. Would recommend you to use taxi service from BourBon hotel for relaxing day. Also ensure you have sufficient AR$ cash if considering doing boat excursions on AR side. AR$270 short ride under falls or $650 jungle ride. ATM available inside park entrance but you must have entrance fee AR$ with you.
Falls fantastic and a must see.

A complimentary shuttle was promised from airport to hotel. I tried to contact through the hotel website's contact form. But it kept giving error msg. I tried different browsers/laptops. Then I called the night before arrival and the reprensentative asked me to call back the next day. But the next day early morning I was on the flight and could not call. I called the hotel from the Foz airport upon arrival. They said, \"take a taxi, we'll taker care of you\". When I got to the hotel they told me that they cannot pay for the taxi !!. They kept arguing that I have to tell them in advance if we wanted teh shuttle..and I did..or atleast I tried. Your website didnt work and the whoever answered the call the previous night didnt bother to take down the information.

The next surprise: the complimentary shuttle is only _from_ the airport..not TO the airport. May be you should clearly say that in your website.

Enjoyable stay. We were looking for a shuttle ride from the airport, as advertised. But, they didn't have the service available. We had to pay for a taxi and they did not reimburse.

When leaving for the airport upon checkout, we asked them for a ride. But, they said it was only a one-way option (from airport). I would have expected them to have some flexibility to give us a ride to the airport since they didn't have the service available when we arrived.

On Bus Line and Convenient

This hotel staff was excellent. They let us check in early as our room was ready. We took a taxi but you could really take a city bus as it is right on the bus line. Once we checked in we took the bus everywhere (Iguazu Falls, bird park, and the downtown) which was safe and cheap and right out the front door. The pool looked fun for kids. The lobby was nice (lots of couches for different groups). They had free wi-fi but we could not get it to work in our room so we sat in the lobby. The breakfast was pretty good. We ate dinner both nights and it was ok. (There is not a lot of restaurants close so you are kind of stuck eating at the hotel).

Amazing Falls - disappointing hotel

The hotel is a bit run-down. The staff at the reception are very friendly. The restaurant is really bad, poor quality food and the girls working there look like they are really bored. We only stayed one night and it was handy to the Falls which was our main reason to be there, so we could overlook some things. A nice meal after a day's travelling would have been good. The girl working at the travel enquiry counter was excellent and helped us to get to the Argentinian side.

The hotel is currently being remodeled so although the rooms were very dated and had a musty smell, within a few months, it will probably be fairly nice. The major reason we selected this hotel was because of its proximity to the falls and the airport. Although there are not many restaurants near by, the restaurants provide free shuttle service. The reason for the 5 in service is although our flight was delayed and we couldn't get a flight until the next morning, Hotel Florenca didn't charge us for the night even though we reserved it. The concierge was also helpful with booking tours and information. The breakfast buffet was above average.

It was conveniently placed on a bus route between the airport and the Falls, and the town, and close to the airport and Falls by taxi or bus. Good value for the money you pay for.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and tried their best to converse in English and accommodate my requests. The tourism stall in the lobby provides convenient service for tourists who want to see Iguacu Falls in luxury. Budget travellers can choose to go 50m from the hotel and catch the bus # 120 to see the cataratas and get to the town.

The swimming pool can be kept a bit more cleanly. I was stung by a bee when I was swimming. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience from start to end.

Hotels should never use White fluorescente lighting! This hotel had it everywhere, even in the guestrooms! The beds are hard (very hard) and the sheets rough (very rough) but I hear most hotels in this area and price category are about the same. Breakfast is included and it is adequate but pass up on all other meals as the quality of the food is suspect and the menu is limited. Better grab your meals in town where there are several very good quality and reasonably priced \"churrascarias\"

For the price, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was well maintained. It was located on a bus route which made it easy to get to Iguassu Falls and the local town. However, there was nothing within walking distance. The staff was also very helpful.

Florenca is a beautiful, resort type hotel, very conveniently located near the Park entrance and the airport - both of which can be reached by bus. The hotel has a very good restaurant and swimming pools.The service is friendly and efficient. We were on a tight schedule, and this was a perfect choice, since the hotel met all our needs. The hotel is in a great location about 3-4 km from the Brazilian Falls and Bird Park. The breakfast was very good with excellent fresh fruit. We e-mailed them in advance and they had someone meet us in the airport for a ride to the hotel at no cost to us. The staff is very friendly. You just go to the road and catch a bus to the Falls or to town for 2.20 Real. We arranged our Bird Park, Rafting trip & Canoes Restaurant package through them. They can arrange tours to the Itaipu Dam. They also told us how to catch a bus to visit the Argentina side of the falls. They arranged our taxi for the trip to the airport on the Argentina side when we left. Roberto & Ricardo were very helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel.

O hotel é uma opção para famílias grandes e sem outras opções próximas às Cararatas. Mas para quem estiver buscando um hotel mais novo e melhor estruturado, não recomendo.
Apenas um pequeno conjunto de quartos é acessado sem escadas e o hotel não tem elevador. Prepare-se para carregar malas escada acima! Por ser antigo, as torneiras do quarto (meu e dos meus parentes) estavam pingando. O meu quarto estava infestado de traças e com cheiro permanente de mofo. O restaurante cobra R$ 150,00 em um buffet muito abaixo da média. Toalhas velhas. Não tem nem academia. Brinquedos muito degradados. Não havia cama de solteiro para as crianças.

Pelas fotos e descrições, achei que se tratrava de um hotel mais novo, com estrutura moderna. Porém, trata-se de um prédio bem antigo. Um fato importante é q aaanão é informam previamente que não há elevador, apenas rampanBBBs de acesso. No caso do meu pai, que tem dificuldade de locomoção, foi um problema.

Contratei a pensão com café da manhã e jantar acreditando que o jantar seria servido em formato de buffet, em restaurante. Porém, nos 2 primeiros dias, o jantar foi servido à la carte, podíamos escolher um prato, na lanchonete, sem aviso prévio no momento da contratação. Além disso, o ambiente era barulhento, com música, karaokê e clima de bar, sem a opção de realizar a refeição em um espaço mais tranquilo e reservado. O buffet só esteve disponível nos 2 dias seguintes. Não sei o motivo dessa diferença, mas essa informação deveria ser clara antes da reserva.

Em relação à limpeza, foi feita diariamente, o que é positivo. No entanto, a organização do quarto deixava a desejar. A arrumação da cama era bastante superficial, muito diferente do padrão de outros hotéis com a mesma classificação. Em alguns dias, por exe.,deixei travesseiros nas laterais da cama para que minha filha não caísse, e a cama foi “arrumada” dessa forma, com coberta e lençol apenas colocados por cima, sem qualquer cuidado ou reorganização.
Quarto razoável,cama é de mola e pouco confortável.
Não considero o hotel ruim. O atendimento foi bom e a equipe cordial. No entanto, a experiência geral não atendeu

Hotel mal administrado, caro pelo o que oferece, quartos velhos, banheiro então nem se fale, vou dar um resumo dos 5 dias que fiquei:
- Check in, não adiantaram 1 min, a resposta era que o quarto não estava pronto a qualquer momento que perguntasse e reparei que era resposta padrão para qualquer hóspede, mas enfim não são obrigados, mas ja se percebe como tratam clientes. Primeiro dia me colocaram em um quarto que dava de janela a um evento de bingo que estavam fazendo, o cara gritava no microfone até as 10 - 11 da noite, ou seja, chegamos cansado da viagem e so fomos conseguir dormir depois da meia noite, no dia seguinte me trocaram de quarto, mas tive que correr senão perdia o outro quarto, cheio de escadas para chegar com malas e duas crianças. Observação voce faz a reserva para 4 pessoas, paga por isso, porque la respirou, pagou, mas o quarto é preparado para 2 pessoas, preços de qualquer coisa muito caro, jantar la é preço de rodizio, porém longe de ser um rodizio o que é servido. Café da manha, pães duros, não tem nem requeijão, meus filhos comiam fora todos os dias, em torno da piscina sujo, papel, lata no chão, sem fiscalização, um monte de pessoas cometendo irregularidade, funcionários veem e não falam nada, enfim, péssima experiência, fiquei na rede por ja ter ficado em outros lugares, mas muito diferente do que ja tinha utilizado, muita decepção na verdade.
