It’s advertised as basic which it certainly is, good price for room in nice location, when you check in make sure you get Wi-Fi code and map, when we went out later the place was all shut up and locked. Reception is only 2-5 on days guests arrive, we returned early on second day as fridge not working but place in darkness. There is a microwave, kettle, cutlery and china on each landing, but if you want drinks you have to supply your own tea, coffee, milk etc, likewise same with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, as we had a fridge and saw the microwave we bought some microwavable meals but found fridge not working, it looked like fridge was in a boxed in unit, so had to bin all the stuff we had bought as we didn’t want to get food poisoning. We were woken each day by the creaking floorboards in the room above and could hear them in bed in the evenings. Room was fine and clean, it would have been a nice gesture to welcome you and give you the Wi-Fi code, mao and perhaps some useful information instead of the note telling you that you had to vacate the room at 10am. There is no service at this, you are just renting a room, you need to make your beds, clean the loo etc. if you don’t mind being left on your own it’s fine, if you want to know someone is there to help if you need it book somewhere else.

Clean, friendly, parking fee reasonable and walking about 700 m to the property from the parking place, walkable around the town and the attraction points. Check-in not very convenient, need to call the property first.

Amazing location! Cute basic property, perfect for a short stay. It is in the heart of the old town, about a 2 min walk to the castle! There’s a great Czech restaurant just a few doors down. You step outside the door & walk anywhere! It’s basic style accommodation, a small space but comfortable & clean and the location is 10/10. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment.

My brother and I enjoyed a lovely one-night stay in this charming guesthouse on the steps towards the castle in the heart of Cesky Krumlov's Old Town.
Radek was very helpful and communicative. The room was a little small and cramped, but we expected this. I have however marked down our overall experience because of an inaccuracy in the listing. We specifically booked this location because there was \"parking available\" listed as \"on-site\" within the listing.

Upon speaking to Radek however it turned out that the parking was available - but not on-site and a 7-8 minute walk away in either the municipal or a private lot (Sestak Frantisek). The municipal lot was far more than EUR 10 (it would have worked out as roughly EUR 20, as the parking charged by the hour. The private lot (which charges EUR 10) was closed when we arrived, but we parked there anyway afterhours (free of charge), and had to check-out extra early in order to avoid incurring fines/penalties once it opened.
The property should make the parking situation a lot clearer, and definitely update the listing to reflect the fact that there is no on-site parking available. Remember that most tourists won't have previously visited Cesky Krumlov so can't be expected to realise the parking situation in advance.

The location of this historic 6 bedroom guesthouse is hard to beat - it's halfway up the steps that lead to the castle! There's 3 bedrooms on both of the floors above a little souvenir shop.
My hint if you have heavy or unwieldy luggage is to leave it in the luggage storage area on the ground floor, as the 2nd flight of stairs is even narrower than the first...
My room was tiny, as expected from the description, with an ensuite bathroom (with hand held shower). The view from my attic was of the castle tower, which was just behind and above the house opposite. The Wi-Fi worked well but don't assume that the fridge dial is turned on and that it will chill whatever you put in there... it was only after my first night that I realised.

Gingerbread house room.
This hotel is very quaint and the room is small but like a gingerbread house. The closeness to the castle is to die for, we looked out the window to the tower and listened to the bells tolling. I would absolutely stay here again but just if you have trouble with steep narrow staircases this could be an issue.

I accidentally booked the room with wrong number of guests, it supposed to be 2 but I guess I didn't put the correct number.
I was surprised when I got a room with only 1 bed during the arrival of me & my husband.
The staff found out the next day and we topped up some money and he didn't comment much.
A very small and tidy room we got with good wifi access & whatever we need.
Comfortable & clean bed and I think the room was small maybe because it's supposed to fit only 1 adult + 1 child.
If you are taking bus to CK, please bear in mind you will need to drag your luggage for a distance of about 15 min walk as they are not tar road, but rock road.
Would definitely recommend it to the others.

チェックイン時間が14:00〜17:00なのは記載から知っていたが、14:00前でもスーツケースを預かってもらえると思い11:00ぐらいに行ったところ、入り口に鍵がかかっており誰も中にいない様子で預ける事ができなかった。
チェックイン前にスーツケース等を預けたい人は、事前に確認しておくといいと思います。（なお、チェスキークルムロフのインフォメーションセンターで荷物預かりサービスがあり、2ユーロでスーツケースは預かってもらえました）
また、石畳みでのスーツケースを持っての移動は予想以上に大変で、チェックアウト後のバス停までの移動は、フロントでタクシーを呼んでもらい移動しました。バス停まで10分程度、8ユーロでした。

Very good location, just keep in mind that you can’t drive to the hotel. What can be improved is that the hotel used to much fabric softener for the bedclothing because there was so much smell of it when we were going to sleep.

L'hôtel est certes en plein centre ville historique mais il n'est stipulé nulle part qu'il est inaccessible en voiture et qu'il faut laisser la voiture sur un parking payant loin et non à proximité comme mentionné sur le descriptif et porter les bagages pendant un quart d'heures. Nous avons perdu une heure à notre arrivée à localiser l'hôtel, s'enregistrer, localiser le parking et porter les bagages, toi cela pour découvrir une chambre minuscule bien loin de celle présentée sur les photos. Le personnel est gentil mais ne parle pas anglais ce qui rendait difficile les échanges.A éviter si vous voyagez chargés.

The reception counter is closed after 5 pm. Due to full booking of the bus, we can only arrived the hostel after 5 pm. The staff is so nice that he waited me at nearby place for check-in arrangement. He helped us with the luggage as well. The place is cozy to stay, clean and neat. Definitely valued and highly recommended to stay.

Я жила два дня в одноместном номере с удобствами на 2 этаже. Номер очень маленький, мы с чемоданом мешали друг другу. Но удобная, достаточно широкая кровать, ТВ, стол, стул, шкаф и зеркало - все было. Самое главное - вид из окна на башню замка, старинный деревянный потолок с резной балкой. Это дорогого стоит. Звукоизоляция достаточно хорошая, иногда шум с верхнего этажа слышался, но приглушённый и не мешал. На общей маленькой кухне есть посуда, эл.чайник, микроволновка. Но чай, кофе, сахар не предоставляются, т.е. надо иметь с собой. Отель находиться в отличном месте, прямо у ворот в крепость. Поэтому у тех, кто в нем остановиться есть преимущество - романтические утренние и вечерние прогулки по крепости. Рядом с отелем есть супермаркет, время работы 7.00-18.00. Рестораны и сувениры в Ч. Крумлове дороже, чем в Праге.

Als Wochenendausflug gedacht. Abends essen gehen und dann einfach bloss schlafen. Aber die Pension war sehr super. Die Lage, das echt freundliche Service und der relativ günstige Preis. Ich war begeistert. Zimmer waren sauber. Zwar eng, aber in so alten Häusern mitten in der Stadt voll ok.
