The room at night with a bright green flashing light from AC (in autumn/winter time), that could be disturbing. However, it might be turned off by telling the staff as I told the receptionist the next day. Breakfast can be with more options and better quality. Other than this, all are good.

The staff, Naz, Foued, and Faruk, were all superb, lovely and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and the location central. They gave us free access to the sister hotel's (Hotel Ruze) pool which was great on a rainy day. I should mention that if you need quiet to sleep, the nearby church bells clong ALL night long, every 15 minutes, 24/7..

The stay was fine overall. The staff were great and all of my interactions at the hotel were positive. My only note—something worth flagging for future guests—is that The Old Inn is located right on the square, and it can get LOUD. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs or asking for a room at the back of the property. It may have been especially busy since it was a Saturday night, but we struggled to get much sleep. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The Oldinn is a wonderful hotel perfectly located on the old town square and in the middle of all the sights, restaurants, and shopping! The staff is amazing! Very helpful with left luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and arranging transportation the train station.

We selected the Hotel because it had parking, but when we arrived the hotel is in a pedestrian area and only has a few spots reserved for hotel guests. So if arrive in the afternoon, there is NO parking at the property and you have to park at a public lot and the nearest on was about .25 mile walk on cobblestone. It was raining and not pleasant. Other than that, the food in the hotel restaurant was nice and the staff was very friendly. The location is good and we enjoyed our stay there.

During the check-in the hotel said that they were fully booked and that I would have to stay at the hotel across the square (Grand Hotel). The Grand Hotel is consistently much cheaper and with a lower quality than the Oldinn so the next day we stopped by and asked to be refunded for the difference. The person at the reception said that they would think that it was a fair request and would pass the information to the management. The management emailed back saying that since both establishments are equivalent, they would not refund anything. See the differences from the room I booked and the one I got. Hotels.com, please get in touch with me to make this right.

This hotel was delightful, lovely rooms in the heart of the town square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and cocktails in the hotel restaurant were very good. The only thing I would note is that due to its very central location on weekend nights there is a bit of noise from party-goers so if you are sensitive to noise a weekend stay here may not be for you,

My experience at the hotel was pleasant the minute I walked in. The staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is ideal if you want to explore the area by foot. There are so many shops and restaurants to try. As soon as we got to the hotel I said, we should have stayed here longer. HOTEL AND CITY- I will visit again!

We were work up every morning at 630am with things being moved in the street. The bar below had people smoking outside so we couldn’t one our windows and the ac had been turned off. The city was beautiful but the location of the hotel wasn’t great with the noise.

Family stay at Cesky Krumlov

We spent a night at the hotel. The hotel is a great place; everything you have is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and in good shape. Breakfast had a large selection of food; everything that we had was very tasty. We have also tried the restaurant for dinner and quite enjoyed it. The visitors with a car must count on the fact that the hotel is in the pedestrian zone. Therefore, you have to leave your car at the parking place, and the hotel will pick you up. The hotel-designated parking is quite expensive; therefore, you might consider public parking if staying for a longer period of time.

Great location in the city center. Concierge parking. Room nice, receptionists speak English and everyone I met in Cesky Krumlov spoke English. Nice shops and museums in the old city. You drive to the hotel and they park your car. The city is walkable. Breakfast was great. The TV has only three channels. Excellent hotel.

Great staff: kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Good location on main square in Cesky Krumlov. A bit of a walk from train station, but hotel provides transportation on request. Air conditioning was not working in all rooms, but staff quickly relocated us to one where it worked fine. Some staff is a little bit challenged in English, but they couldn’t be nicer and try hard.

The property location was very nice and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is a little difficult, but the staff do their best to make it simple. The AC was broken for us, but we opened the windows and that was sufficient. Small room overall, but that's to be expected with the hotel location in the square.
I would recommend it and I would stay here again.

Don’t stay on the 3rd floor

We reserved six rooms in April but got assigned in the 3rd floor attic rooms without the lift (stairs is curved difficult with heavy luggage) One of our room A/C is out of the service but hotel can’t fix it.
The best advantage is excellent Hotel location.

This hotel was located in the heart of the Cesky Krumlov Square. The hotel was beautifully appointed with a wonderful staff. My email correspondence was always returned promptly and we wanted to give a special shout-out to Ariane at the front desk who was soooo helpful and always with a smile! The room was spacious and the bedding was quite comfortable. The ONLY negative was that the hair dryer wasn't hot/very warm.

My dream hotel

The room was amazing. Large and well appointed. The bathroom was a dream. And even had a motion activated night list at floor level so you wouldn’t have to wake a companion. I could have happily moved in to live there. It had everything I require.
Location right on the square made it easy to find and perfect for exploring the town. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly too.

We never stayed as they asked us to move to their partner hotel, Ruze. That hotel was a 4 minute walk, but they transported our luggage. Once we got there it was fine, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was really good, but we had to walk back to OldInn to get it. Overall, it was ok, but I wish I’d known about the change.

A great hotel located right in the centre, next to the main square.

The hotel was recently renovated, therefore the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff was helpful and nice.

The only problem is foodservice - breakfast was not on the level of the rest of the service. I could even describe the breakfast experience as terrible and awful. The food was cold, cutlery was dirty and the staff did not refill the food when it was gone. The main waitress even sat down and looked at her phone, ignoring the needs of the guests.

This kind of hotel would undoubtedly deserve a better breakfast service.

Centralt beläget hotell med bra service

Hotellet är beläget på torget mitt i Cesky Krumlov med gångavstånd till allt. Rummet var väldigt mysigt. Vi erbjöds att nyttja poolen på hotellets systerhotell, vilket endast låg tre minuters promenad bort, vilket vi också gjorde. Frukostbuffén innehöll konstigt nog pasta, men i övrigt var den otrolig! Personalen var väldigt trevliga och vi kunde köpa till transfer till tågstationen efter vår vistelse för en billig peng.

Mala experiencia.

El hotel está muy bien situado pero nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala. Nos han dado una habitación adaptada sin necesitarla (n° 201). El baño está lleno de barras, el inodoro está tan alto que no me llegan los pies al suelo, la ducha es completamente abierta, con lo cual cuando te duchas friegas también todo el baño, no tiene ni una estantería, ni perchas.... Entiendo, y me parece fantástico, que haya que tener habitaciones adaptadas. Pero cuando se la dan para personas que no lo necesitan deberían \"readaptarlas\". Nos resultó verdaderamente incómodo.
Lo comenté, y respuesta fue \"es lo que hay\", pudimos ver que el movimiento era alto, con lo cual podían haber tenido alguna otra disponible, pero nadie nos ofreció cambiarla. Nuestra estancia ha sido de 3 noches.

El segundo día, a las 13:30, la habitación sigue sin limpiar. Me dicen que su prioridad es limpiar otras para la entrada de nuevos clientes. Los que ya estamos, no importan.

Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel ligt op het prachtige oude plein in het centrum van het stadje. Een nadeel is dat het hotel niet met de eigen auto te bereiken is. Het stad is maar beperkt toegankelijk met de auto. De parkeerplaats van het hotel ligt buiten het stadje. Voor de bagage rijdt er een busje van de parkeerplaats naar het hotel en visa versa
