הגענו ללילה אחד כי המקום קרוב להיכל מנורה, וזה סיפק אותנו.
שימו לב שאין מעלית במקום.
חוץ מזה סך הכל חוויה נעימה, מספק ללילה אחד ללא מזוודות☺️

At the entrance me and my friend had a good welcome.
We stayed at the hotel because it is close to Menorah Hall, and the place satisfied us for that one night.
Notice to you that there is no elevator.
Overall we had a very nice experience, the place is satisfying for one night without baggage.

The room was nothing like the room I requested and I removed the sheets only to discover soiled stains on the mattress . Next time I visit Israel ( which will be soon) I plan on stay in a much nicer and more convenient Hotel. My advice is please steer clear of this property

The walls of the bedroom are absolutely filthy. The floor of the shower in the bathroom was disgusting. At least the toilet and sink was clean. Let's not even talk about the view from the window that is above head level. To get to the 3rd floor is very inconvenient with luggage because there is not elevator. There's no breakfast at all so you'll need to find somewhere to go. Luckily there are a few coffee shops nearby.

You have never seen this property or you would not be recommending it. We were supposed to have a room with a view. Only view was the air conditioning unit on the next building. The king size bed was a double with mattress thin and Rock hard no box spring. The room was so tiny you had to crawl in from the bottom because there was no space to walk to the head of the bed. The pillows were old and flat. The room was on the fourth floor with 27 steps per floor and no elevator had to carry luggage up the stairs lighting on the steps was poor or none at all We only had room service once in a week. Had to go ask for towels down 4 floors no phone in the room to call them. the shower had mold growing up the walls and hair in it The over head lighting had two of the four bulbs burned out the bedside light was broken the chest where you kept your clothes had no lighting at all. There was not a chair or a table to put any thing on The property is located on the corner of a freeway and busy road you could hear traffic all night and the neighbor next door snoring the walls were thin
It is not located in a good area no restaurants industrial and low socioeconomic area I didn't feel safe
The only positive thing I can say the manager was nice and helpful I think you owe me a refund and apology
This was not as advertised at. All. I can provide

Avoid at all costs!
I literally gagged when I walked into the bathroom, terrible smell.
Beds were full of hairs. Floors were dirty.
When I first walked into the room, I was surprised to see they left the window wide open (January, was freezing outside). Later understood that they have done so as they were probably aware of ugly smell.

It did the job. There is nothing special to write about. It had a 24h desk, we checked in about 2am and back out at 10am. Found parking easily enough.

The place had way too any cockroaches, and was not clean. I was given a room that didnt have a working AC, and dit took me 3 hours to convince them, that I needed a room with an AC, that too in the summer.

The staff need to be a little more professional.

They were good at giving me directions to places to eat and shop, etc, but were quite non-responsive when it comes to getting me a room with an AC. I hope the enthusiasm carries across the board.

Cleanliness is important, and they need to realize that.

The hotel was fine. We got what we paid for. Cleanliness was good. We were only there for 1 night and that’s the kind of hotel it is, for stopovers. No elevator, so you’ll have to carry your bags up the stairs.

They also called us a cab the next morning, which was very helpful.

Location seems good but reception not good

Many receptionist does not speak English nor interested in helping out. Had issue with payments not yet resolved and i am not happy that they are unwilling to help.
They are nevertheless only good for people on tour and just needing a place to lay their head as they have nothing more to offer than a room.

Very basic hotel. You need to request bedsheets and towels be changed. No lift. Close to highway. Quite noisy due to traffic. Hotel close to buses. 20 min walk to beach. Local bus to large shopping centre. Kettle microwave use only in reception. You get what you pay for.
The design of shower needs sorting as when water on it floods the bathroom / toliet area.

Basic but Good Value

Basic but clean, tidy and friendly reception staff. Couple of things I didn't know but do now - there are a lack of options getting to/from the airport during the Jewish Sabbath (Friday/Saturday). I should have done research on buses to the beach from the hotel (there are no English timetables at bus stops). Ended up spending a lot on taxi fares.

Kind of a dump

The lobby was dirty with plates of half eaten food laying around. Staff was not the friendliest or helpful after they had our payment for the room. They said the room had been cleaned but there was water all over the bathroom floor and the toilet was not flushed. The sheets did not appear to be fresh either. Just a bad experience.

Nice and clean hotel

The hotel was clean, had excellent AC, and was located in a convenient area near the train station. We only stayed for one night and left early the next morning. It was not very spacious if you have a lot of luggage but was perfect for a crash pad with a comfortable bed.

most horrible hotel experience i've ever heard

So let me tell you about the worst hotel experience I've ever had. All I wanted was a place to sleep in tel aviv for the night, just to have an easy landing after a 20 hour flight from LA. My mom and I landed in Ben Gurion at about 11:30pm. We wanted to wait for a train but we reluctantly took a taxi since we were so exhausted from the fight (the next train was about an hour out). We arrived at La Guardia hotel. From the beginning I got a bad feeling- no one was around and it looked like nobody was inside. So my mom and I started looking for another entrance- we finally found a basement where there was some sort of small business and the guys in there told us the hotel is upstairs. We went back and continued knocking on what now clearly looked like an abandoned building. After flagging down a local guy (there was barely anyone around and this was NOT a nice/safe looking area), I used his phone to call the hotel- and suprise- no one answered (we had just landed so I had no phone and no internet) My mom and I, panicked and unsure of what to do, continued banging. About 15 mins later, a boy shows up and knocks on the door calling for his dad. A man comes out and we're elated! We ask him about the hotel, and he proceeds to tell us that the hotel burned down 6 weeks ago and is now closed. My mom (over 50 years old) and I, after 20+ hours of traveling, after 12am in an unsafe, unfamiliar neighborhood, were basically left stranded on the street with our huge suticaes, with no phone.

Hotel is an urban dump

I spent nearly an hour trying to get the hotel to open the doors since I arrived in the very late evening. From the puzzled but obviously knowing shopkeeper to the aloof dazed guests no one was willing or interested to help me to get a reserved a room. Luckily Expedia helped quite a bit. It just took me an hour in an alien city and a few precious telephone minutes. Do yourself a favor and pay attention to the negative reviews, and do not book the hotel. If interested go there in person during open hours, whatever they may be, and then deal with them directly. The hotel is listed with several bot sites. Obviously it is not if they ever saw them in real life! The community is the only way to keep the hospitality industry responsive to the traveler's needs.

Staying at la guardia hotel was a great experience. I met cool people. The manager is very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast they served me there. The location of the Hotel is very handy. It is close to the very accurate active part of the city of Tel Aviv.

Sketchy neighborhood, dive hotel. Did not feel safe staying there. 180 shekel taxi ride to/from the airport - probably no different than the other nice hotels in Tel Aviv. Very little hit water in the shower. Noisy.

served my use perfectly!

This hotel was clean and staff was great! They went out of their way to accommodate any of our requests/answer questions. Hotel is NOT close to food or tourist area, though. NO parking, either, but hotel staff was happy to call cab for us and brought in breakfast (for purchase) so we didn't have to venture out on foot. They also provided great restaurant recommendations (and directions) since we do not speak the language. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Tel Aviv to visit relatives.

A/C was set to operate NO colder than 28 Celcius or 83 degrees F. NO LIFT. Access by car impossible as hotel entrance located on narrow sidewalk adjacent to freeway exit. No parking available. A true nightmare. Rating should be one-half star.

Sited on busy corner, windowless rooms, no elevator and steep staircase. Discoloured linen too. Once staff arrived at counter for checkin happy to carry baggage upstairs however.

Hot water smelled awful!

The location could be better but thats to be expected for a less expensive hotel. It's hard to see from the street.

When I got to my room (which was unlocked btw) I turned on the faucet and the water comes out in a sickening yellowish color. It's hard to describe the smell but it tasted funny too. This affected the shower as well. I turned off the hot water under the sink and the smell went away.

The staff didn't speak English very well. I had to catch a plane so I didn't bother trying to report it in the morning.

Wij verbleven 1 nacht in Guardianhotel. De service was geweldig. Blij werden wij van het water tappunt, het koffie en theeapparaat bij de balie.
Enige minpuntje was dat er geen gordijn voor het raam zat.
Wij bevelen het hotel zeker aan. Ligt centraal, wel heb je ooenbaar vervoer nodig om ergens heen te gaan.

Chambre très sale, non nettoyé.
Accueil déplorable car la personne de la réception n'était pas d'accord avec le prix de la chambre paye sur hôtel.com et son prix sur un autre site. Il ne voulait donc pas nous donner la clé de la chambre au départ. Très agressif nous avons faillit appeler la police.
De plus la chambre est mal isolée, il était très dur de dormir, énormément de bruit et air froid qui passe.
Les draps étaient non changé et chambre non nettoyé.

On a d’abord réservé à l’hôtel Emanuel (Tel Aviv). On s’est sauvé ! Une horreur. Hôtel en travaux avec nos chambres sales et nos draps sales. On s’est rabattu sur l’hôtel La Gardia. Deux chambres minables au 4ème sans ascenseur. Aucune insonorisation aux fenêtres. Pas de petit déjeuner. On en est reparti aussi vite que possible. Écœuré que vous proposiez ces horreurs dans votre catalogue

Заселились вечером при этом в комнате в порядке была только кровать пластиковый стаканчик и ещё что-то из под кровати за три дня так и не вымели грязно матрас удобный но кровать как на шарнирах отель стоит на очень нагружённой дороге шум нескончаемый несколько раз проверяли закрыто ли окно в ванной комнате осталось использованное полотенце от предыдущих жильцов фена для волос нет вытяжки нет надо открывать дверь в комнату телевизор включить не смогли 3 этаж нам дали лифтов нет не советую даже бесплатно

Es la vez que más miedo he pasado en mi vida. En la a habitación contigua, que solo estaba separada de la nuestra por una puerta cerrada había un hombre árabe que se pasó tres horas llamando a gente y recibiendo llamadas. Tanto en árabe como inglés. Se oían ruidos de como si estuviese dando golpes con un martillo. No soy racista, pero era la víspera de eurovision y la tensión terrorista era elevada. No entiendo como en recepción no le llamaron la atención. Nunco he deseado tanto irme de un hotel.
