For the price I paid, everything was ok. The staff did not answer any of my messages to arrange pick-up, but after checking out the receptionist did give me a lift to my next hotel. Breakfast was very basic.

The staff were super friendly, picked up and dropped off at the boat dock, clean modern rooms with sliders provided for ease of leaving footwear on the doorstep to keep floor clean. 3 minute walk down a lit path to the middle of Pattaya beach, 5 minutes away from the end of Walking Street. We could have done with some more storage draws but that won’t stop us booking again next year. Loved it, we have no reservations in recommending.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was ok. Sometimes it smelled bad, had to keep the door closed when not in use. Breakfast was good. Nice choice of Thai food. Had southern style Thai food one evening. Very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would stay again. Loved Koh Lipe. A different crowd here. Very fit and active. Allot of amazing places to see in the area. Ocean is very clean and clear. Not allot of bars, etc. If that’s your scene you will be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back.

Customer service is so good, with hotel offering service to pick up and drop baggage at the jetty, which is so important as one would otherwise have to lug it in the sand. Breakfast, although ala carte, was filling and had a wide spread ranging from fruits to mains, complete with juices and coffee/tea. There was hot water for bathing and a hair dryer which is lacking in some other hotels.

We had a pleasant stay at Breeze. The hotel staff came to pick us up. The room was ready when we arrived in the morning. It’s near the beach and it’s convenient to go to walking street (which also leads to sunrise beach) as well as the sunset beach.
My partner and I really love the breakfast there - cooked as we ordered and it’s really yummy.
The only thing that I find slightly unpleasant was the smell around the hotel which could be smelled in the bathroom which had a window connecting to outside. Other than that, love our stay there!

Breeze lipe was great beach resort a stones throw away from the beautiful pattaya beach and just far enough away from walking street to be quiet. Only thing missing was the ability to rent sun loungers on the beach, it would be nice if breeze could of joined up with one of the hotels so we could rent a sun lounger however we were not allowed to use them.

Personalen hämtade oss på stranden när vi kom med båten och välkomnade oss med en drink i hand när vi kom fram. Rummen var jättefina och fräscha, badrummet var fräscht dock var vår AC inte den bästa så vi blev ganska svettiga! Bra frukost varje morgon och bara en minut till Pattaya Beach. Superbra vistelse!

The staff is lovely and kind and very helpful, and makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean and modern, and the balcony overlooking the garden was beautiful. No pool, but the beach is 10 seconds away. Would recommend it!!

El hotel es muy adecuado, no queda sobre la playa pero esta a 100mts de pattaya y a 250mts de la walking streer(caminando por la playa). Solo la recepcionista habla ingles, salvo ese detalle todo excelente y super atentos.

Vi blev upphämtade av hotellet när vi kom fram till Koh lipe vilket var över våra förväntningar då vi inte hade bokat någon transfer. Personalen är helt underbar och väldigt hjälpsamma med allt. Stranden är bara någon minut ifrån hotellet och walking street är också väldigt nära! Fräscht hotell, enda minus var att wifi var dåligt på rummet men funkar jättebra nere i receptionen. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell.
