We didn’t have breakfast but the staff was super friendly, helpful, nice. They even are willing to drive you down to downtown sorrento at a meeting place and pick you back up. The room was clean & comfortable and a great size. Parking was tight but we rented a car and had no issue parking. They ask to have your keys just in case they have to move it for you. We couldn’t be happier with the staff. The best!

Our stay in Sorrento was wonderful from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the staff consistently went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our visit. Our room overlooked the stunning Mediterranean Sea and was both spacious and luxurious, complete with a large bathroom and a beautiful free-standing tub—a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the sea view.

The family-run nature of the hotel gave the entire property an intimate, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The complimentary shuttle to and from the city center was a convenient perk that made exploring Sorrento effortless.

Breakfast was another highlight, featuring phenomenal dishes made with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the hotel’s own garden.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sorrento!

Loved our stay! Room was large and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. All the staff was super friendly in this family run establishment. The car service into town was perfect— the drop off/pick up location is a two minute walk to central piazza. Never waited more than 5 minutes either way. The restaurant right behind the property is walkable with great food— we ate there twice after long days exploring. Highly recommend this property for a Sorrento stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the grounds, and views from the property and upon check-in treated more like family than paying guests. Our room was clean and spacious with the most amazing views. Antonio suggested a boat tour of the Amalfi coast which was incredible and he even booked it for us. We were offered rides into town to have lunch and shop and when we returned Mamma & Pappa Cooked for us 2 nights of amazing dinners, Mamma even shared her Eggplant Parmesan recipe with me. The breakfast spread that was so beautiful and was all home made by Mamma & Jasmine it was truly out of this world. I have never tasted croissants and pastries so good in my life. We are already planning a trip back to Sorrento with friends to share this wonderful piece of heaven with them. I cannot express just how peaceful, and enjoying staying at the Maison Bon Bon was!!!!

Maison Bon Bon is a very special choice, this family run property will enhance your stay in Sorrento. They provide a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh baked goods, made to order omelette, coffee, tea etc
Don’t let the proximity to town deter you from booking this property, they offer a shuttle to/from town, our beach club choice sent a shuttle & Capri boat rental also sent a shuttle to pickup directly @ Bon Bon. They make a delicious Lemon cello! Would have liked to stay longer.

What can you say, it was an incredible view of Sorrento and the sea. It is on a mountain top, but they are great about dropping you off and pick up from Sorrento.The restaurant up the mountain even further was excellent. The hotel breakfast was also top notch. I would like to return one day.

We had the most wonderful stay at Maison Bon Bon. The family who runs it is incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making everything feel comfortable from the start. The property itself is tucked away in a peaceful, remote setting that feels truly relaxing, while still being modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained.
If you don’t rent a car, the shuttle service is a lifesaver — convenient and perfectly reliable. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (depending on what’s open), but one of the highlights for us was having the hosts cook a homemade meal — delicious and so special, you don’t even need to leave. Breakfast was another standout: a generous spread with flexibility to accommodate any request.
Sorrento itself is breathtaking, and the hosts are full of great recommendations for exploring the area. Honestly, I’d travel all the way back just to experience Maison Bon Bon again. It’s rare to find a place that feels this warm, relaxing, and memorable.

This was a wonderful stay and experience! I loved the peaceful surroundings, and gorgeous view from my window. The Italian family managing this property are very warm and welcoming. The shuttle to the city center offers flexibility and convenience. Breakfast was lovely each morning, with skillfully baked servings of delicious cakes. The focaccia bread was delicious!

Fantastic family run hotel with a picturesque view over Sorrento. Not the most convenient location, but that is quickly overcome by the hotel's shuttle and the view of the sunset over the sea from the terrace with a Spritz. The modern rooms are welcoming and comfortable, incredibly spacious and nearly all with their private terrace. It's also located next to some traditional Italian restaurants serving the best food we had on the whole trip, and a private lemon grove that belong to the hotel. Would absolutely go back!

We loved our stay. I would highly recommend this venue. Fatima was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, bubbly, professional, and overall wonderful. We are already missing Maison Bon Bon. Firstly the property is lovely, very clean and wonderful views. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are huge.

It's a bit of a walk to the town center down some steep hills but it's not the ened of the world.

The bathroom was dirty with hairs and stains. The clerk just took a towel and wiped the floor. The motor of the air conditioner is very noisy and you can't sleep with it on. All the water from the shower goes out into the room and literally floods it. It was not a pleasant stay.

Francesca was very nice and helped us immensely with arranging our accommodations. Margarita was an angel. Because we were leaving earlier that the cafe was supposed to be open, she told us to stop by and have a coffee before leaving. As an extra special surprise, she gave each of us a freshly baked \"cornetto\" to enjoy with our coffee . A beautiful way to start our morning. It's amazing people like Francesca and Margarita that help to make beautiful memories of a beautiful city. 🙂

With a bit of planning and the help of the front desk planning transportation to/from the property was a breeze. 5/5 would recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next venture to Sorrento.

This was a case of false advertisement. There is no local dining, the place is isolated with no reliable way of getting out except by expensive taxi, and no place to eat on the property. There is usually just one person to contact, if she is not busy taking care of other people. Really it is unmanned for most of the day.

Maison Bon Bon was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and modern and were cleaned everyday! The breakfast was very good! The staff was wonderful. I slept so good while there! Quiet, clean and nice people!
The air conditioning worked very well!!!
If you don’t feel like going into town, there is a wonderful restaurant right next door. We loved our stay.

This place is beautiful and in the most beautiful setting. Well worth it. Please note they don’t have a shuttle. The country roads are small maybe 7’ across. Many taxis don’t fit on the road to get us or drop us off down in Sorrento, That is a problem. And, please don’t eat at the restaurant above this beautiful place. It’s separate, not their restaurant. And, serves awful food.

We had an amazing stay at Maison Bon Bon. Francesca was very professional and made the check in process seamless. She went above and beyond for us the three days we were there. She assisted us with our excursions and the best she assisted with our trip to Rome. She was relentless in finding us a way there. She even stayed later than her shift to assist us. I give the hotel 5 stars because of course it’s beautiful and the rooms have a boutique feel but really because of Francesca. We will love to return. The hotel is breathtaking and extremely clean. The towel warmer was one of my favorite amenities.

This property is a hidden gem. Away from the hustle and bustle! Gorgeous views! Francesca was absolutely amazing! She was so hospitable and accommodating! Our daughter got sick and she had a doctor come to the hotel within an hour. So grateful for her. Margarita had a beautiful breakfast Buffett out every morning. Could not say more good things about this hotel and their staff. It is a must to have a car or a scooter to stay her, once you have one you won’t regret it.

Fabulous property in the hills above Sorrento. Lovely rooms, beautiful view, and wonderful breakfast. I would only add that any suggestion of walking from the property to and from Sorrento would only be for the young at heart. The hill is steep and there are no sidewalks. A car is recommended not only for the hotel but to see outlying areas. There is plenty of parking in public lots in Sorrento.

The entrance to the property itself is very tight… a compact vehicle is best. The property itself is lovely but one morning the water didn’t turn on until 7:30am… which delayed our plans for the day and the staff wasn’t very accommodating. Even the morning we left it started raining… there was not a single umbrella or someone to help us bring our luggage to the car…

Property is fabulous. Great room and amazing views over the city.

Do be aware though that it is a distance from the centre. You can walk there (downhill) in around 30 minutes, but it's a steep walk back. Taxis cost around €25 back, which I just offset against the fact that it's free parking on-site.

More information when checking in would have been helpful as there is a local bus into the centre and back but I didn't know about this until some other guests mentioned it.

There is also a restaurant just next to the property that served good local fare at a decent price, but again this wasn't mentioned on checking in.

There isn't anywhere else locally though so if you just want a beer in the afternoon/etc, make sure you have stocked up the fridge in the room.

The air conditioning could have been stronger in the rooms. While the property was lovely because it was far from the central area that could have offered a shuttle like other properties did. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful however the gentleman upon reception seem to be in a rush rather than welcome us for our stay. Margarita who makes the breakfast homemade, is an absolute doll and the food is delicious! The rooms were also kept clean and very spacious

The property itself, the location, the view, the food all amazing and we were incredibly impressed but unfortunately it was noisy. During the night, there was a dog and a rooster in competition, which is absolutely not the fault of the hotel, but even with the windows closed was loud enough to wake us. Then at approx. 6am the staff arrived and seem to have little consideration for the close proximity of the kitchen and front desk to the rooms, as they were all speaking extremely loud and banging things around which again woke us up, after finally getting back to sleep.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Maison Bon Bon. Upon arrival we had some confusion as to the room type we booked, but Angelica went out of her way to correct everything and gave us the most beautiful sea view room. Can't say enough about this lovely place. The location, the accommodations, the amazing yummy breakfast by Marisa, and Angelica's help with all of our plans! Everything was perfect and I can't wait to return!

Most beautiful and wonderful stay

This was one of our most favoured boutique hotels we had the pleasure of staying at, for our trip through the Amalfi Coast.

Hands down, one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed, with outstanding Danish style decor, to big comfy airy rooms, impeccable style for the shower room. Renato, our host was absolutely wonderful. He upgraded our room with a lovely court yard space upon arrival (completely private) and provided us a bottle of Prosecco of as he knew we were visiting not only for my birthday but because it was our 2 year anniversary also. Renato was very attentive to our needs what every the time!

Marissa (I think her name was), did a great job at cooking our breakfast every morning: we looked forward to her omelettes on toast, fresh fruit, and coffees every day, which was a bliss, and a change to having pastries everyday at most other hotels!

The location is a little out of the way and up in the hills, which we certainly didn’t mind being away from central Sorrento.

One thing you certainly can’t beat about this place are the views. Sunsets and the glistening bright stars at night here are just unbelievably beautiful.

I can’t thank Renato and Marissa enough! We will certainly stay a few days here again if we visit again!

The room was super clean and tidy. We were welcomed by an amazing staff which made us feel “at home”
The possibility of parking at the property was perfect and handy if you have a car or a motorcycle ( parking is very expensive); if you don’t have a car, takes around 20 minutes walk to the city centre but the property provides some shuttle to/from the centre.
The breakfast was rich and the freshly cooked products were deliciously prepared by the staff everyday, with a wide variety.
I loved the treatment we had from all of the staff and their kindness and availability with information and courtesy. Definitely recommended!!!

Our whole experience was wonderful due to the incredible staff at Maison Bon Bon. Anytime we needed a ride back to the hotel Renato was there as quickly as he could be, he booked all our reservations for us, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Absolutely excellent stay in Sorrento - and Maison Bon Bon really made it. Breakfast is excellent/views excellent/very modern and stylist hotel compared to your standard European hotel.

Renato will make your stay. He is really helpful and will go out of his way to make your stay as stress free as possible.

The hotel is located on the hills outside Sorrento town. A taxi will cost around €25 from Maison Bon Bon to Sorrento main square (one way). Maison Bon Bon (Renato) also offers a free shuttle service/taxi between 0900-2000. All you do is send Renato/Maison Bon Bon a WhatsApp message and he will come and collect you/drop you off. Walking from the hotel to the main square will take about 20 mins. It takes longer to walk back up. It’s worth while noting that about half of it means walking up quite steep cobblestone alleyways and then the side of a typical Italian road (narrow/no pavements/scooters, cars and vans). Although slightly intimidating at first it’s pretty safe and you will notice that some of the elderly Italian people will put you to shame with their hill walking skills.

We will 100% be back if we go back to Sorrento. The service is incredible and you’ll find it hard to get similar in a 5 star hotel.

Had a brilliant stay at Maison Bon Bon! The view from our room was picturesque particularly at sunset. Excellent hospitality from all staff but especially from manager Renato who works extremely hard to cater for everyone’s needs on a daily basis! Modern but authentic building which was exceptionally clean. Lovely homemade cakes and omelettes for breakfast looking over Sorrento to start your day.

Mason Bon Bon was a great serene location. The free breakfast and shuttle service was fantastic. Francesca and Renaldo were helpful and kind. Our only issue was there was mold on one wall. When questioned about it they said it was from the rain they had. They tried to clean it but it did not come off.
