Roberta, our front desk host was amazing. The rest of our stay was undesirable as the room smelled like sewage and mildew. We discussed with staff, but nothing (other than them opening our windows) was done. It was unbearable. Additionally, there was extremely loud music playing that sounded as if it were coming from our bathroom. If you have trouble moving about rooms are extremely small and toilet gets blocked by the door. While the location was good, I would not recommend at all. We could not sleep which put a damper on our vacation.

Stayed for 3 nights, friendly staff. You do have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the hotel but then there is a lift to any other floors.
Good sized room and comfy bed, very clean. Bathroom was good except the shower took a while to reach temperature and the pressure was very low, so takes a while to wash your hair!
Kettle and fridge provided. Breakfast was ok but only corn flakes and coco shells as cereals with some meat and cheese. Toast and croissants available but a bit hard.
Location good for railway station and main area. Room has a/c but noisy.

The property is very clean, quiet and modern. The location is unbeatable, since it is right in the center.
The only problem was that the internet in our room was very bad almost non existent. The elevator was acting up, and I wish they had more fresh fruit for breakfast.
The entrance is quite small so it was difficult to find the entrance and if you arrive with a car, make arrangements previously since there is nowhere to park.

It was unfortunate as our kids had no issue with their room and had a great experience. The location of this property was great. We loved this property and the modern decor of the room - parking is a bit as you go down about 2 blocks past the hotel to a parking garage - although breakfast says booked to order - it’s more of a continental breakfast with vegetables pastries, cheese and meat slices - and coffee made to order. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions about how to get to places. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a very central location. It is located on a busy street but once you close the door to the terrane it's completely quiet.
My one and only complaint is that the hotel advertises that it offers air conditioning but as soon as we arrived they said it wasn't working. Keep that in mind if you are traveling in the summer months

The hotel is really convenient for everything.
Staff are friendly, particularly Anthony, who was very helpful, offering lots of travel advice and tips and went out of his way to help us with ferry times to Capri etc. Thank you so much!
The only issue we had, was with shower water pressure but the team did everything they could to fix it quickly and efficiently.
Breakfast choice was better than we expected with fruit, boiled eggs, croissants, cereal, it was enough to get us going in the morning and the lady serving breakfast, got to know specific preferences ie. English =Tea and was very helpful.

Lovely little place in a superb location between the station and the main square. I had a room at the back and that was very quiet- I couldn't tell the hotel was on the main road. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Only minor negative- a bit more variety at breakfast would go down well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The place is in the main street of Sorrento easy to find and walk to from the train station. It’s close enough to walk to everything. There is a bit of stairs to get up to the reception desk but the friendly staff can help.
The room and bathroom is quite spacious and shower has good water pressure.

The only disappointment is the breakfast which didn’t have much selection to eat there’s no hot food and coffee is not self served, can only be ordered from the breakfast lady. Our stay had two breakfasts included but after day 1 didn’t felt like going again. Luckily there are plenty of food choices available on the main streets.

Positives: I always start with the positives to be fair. Room was clean and maintained well by the cleaner, site was located close to downtown and 10 minute walk to ferries
Negatives: daikin A/C was very loud and poorly maintained , thus we had to cool down room before we went to bed and crack the windows and asked for a fan. Hotel didn’t get in a repairman to check it so I assume it wasn’t an issue for them.
Next door there was a hotel that seemed to hold weddings and other events. Music was loud but only until about 11pm at night . Bed was VERY uncomfortable . We complained and the hotel staff placed comforter under mattress which helped a bit. No tissues in room. Hot water in shower was patchy. If you showered after 7:30 to 9:30 pm the water was very cold. Entrance to the site is up a set of stairs so beware if you are older. Staff did help us on way down. Breakfast was very average , meager . I would stay here again for the $$ we paid . Stayed here 4 nights. Happy to exit

I can't say enough great things about this hotel and our 3 night stay here at the beginning of September 2024! My family of four stayed in the quadruple room which was clean, comfortable and spacious and the air conditioner worked great! The front desk staff were all so nice and very helpful. This hotel's location is great too! It's only about ten minutes from the train station and it's located on the Main Street in Sorrento. Our room faced the street but I never heard any outside noise ever. This cute boutique hotel is priced very reasonable and it also included a great breakfast buffet. Cristina, who works in the breakfast room was so nice and she makes a wonderful cappuccino and espresso! I would absolutely recommend this hotel for any traveler looking for a great hotel that's affordable!

The property was situated right by the center perfect to walk everywhere. It was clean and staff was very nice. We did encounter a few issues and that’s why I can’t give it a 5 stars. The room was very hot! They said the AC worked but it never got cold and it made it uncomfortable to sleep. They also had no outlet by the bed which is something we enjoy to have to charge our phones next to our bed. We tried the breakfast one day but chose to grab something in the town instead the second day.

We have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful establishment for 5 nights. We can speak highly enough about all the people working there. Christina worker the breakfast room and she was fantastic very attentive, eager to help and just on the ball. The location is ideal, close to the train station; parking garage near by and as close as it can get to the historical city. The room we had was quiet, clean and great size. Just a short walk you will find a supermarket. There are many restaurants and shops just a 5 mins walk. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in Sorrento again.

There was no lobby as such, top of stairs desk and a couch. No visitors can come over like other hotels. Has a breakfast room, but no other area to have our guests come and visit. Staff was great and helped with whatever we needed. Hotel is on main strip of the shopping area. Could at times be noisy at night.

For a boutique hotel, this was not what we expected. Be prepared to haul luggage up steep stairs and then take turns going up the tiny elevator to the room. No shampoo, lotion or amenities of any sort, which is odd for the price point. The description says a mini bar but ours consisted of a coke and water.
