The entire property was so incredibly clean, all but 1 of the staff members were so polite and very helpful. Th terrace room was stunning and by far the nicest of 7 hotels we stayed at during our tour of Italy. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for the room size, maid staff, cleanliness, and overall relaxing vibes. Would stay again!

Nice quiet area with a peaceful pool. A good 30 minute walk to the main square in Sorrento so you do need to have good mobility (unless using transport).
Breakfast was “ok”.
Lacked a bit of atmosphere as a villa not a hotel but that should be expected. Could have done with a nice bar area inside the villa.

We loved our stay at Relais Villa Savaresse! All of the staff are so friendly and kind. We liked that the hotel was small, so it felt like all of the guests were friends. Always space around the pool and was great to have towels provided.
Breakfast was really great, the cappuccinos were excellent.
The walk into Sorrento is fine, only 20-25 minutes but there are nice restaurants only a short walk away.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel.

On the outside the hotel looks nice but as soon as you have an issue staff are unable to deal with it and management are unwilling to see the customer’s point of view.

I was told by a staff member last night I would receive a partial refund for issues encountered - management (who were unavailable on the day of check out with no deputy in place) have emailed today to say this is not the case. The attitude of the manager is really poor and I have never received a response such as this at a hotel before.

Poor air conditioning, dirty towels, having to change my own bedsheets and issues around payment are only some of the problems I had.

What could have been a lovely stay in a lovely property has been let down by terrible management and guest services. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Relais Villa Savarese, we could genuinely not fault it. From the gorgeous building, driveway and pool to the staff who went above and beyond for us. The hotel was extremely quiet and very clean. The staff let us keep our key at the front desk whilst we went exploring which was a lovely added bonus.
The walk into Sorrento was around 20-25 minutes which we didn't mind with such gorgeous weather - it was also very convenient as it was only a 10 minute walk from Sant'Agnello train station and bus stop for our transfers to and from Naples Airport.
I hope to visit again!

Good experience great for couples

The room was spacious and comfortable, shower was great.
It was a little noisy from inside the room, we could hear the other rooms bathroom (shower, toilet noise) and the reception phone ringing.
The service from the staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was ok, but often ran out of some things and not much hot selection.
Overall we enjoyed the hotel, comfortable room, great pool area and helpful staff 😄

Property was very nice with a Beautiful walk up to the main lobby. We had the top room with our own terrace which was so nice and made it that much more enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was the best we have had on the trip with so many tasty options and one of the best cappuccinos I have ever had. The staff were also amazing and even made us a box of breakfast when we left since we were gone before breakfast started. Overall great stay would recommend !

Our one week stay at Relais Villa Savarese was fabulous. My husband and I traveled with our adult daughter, and from the moment we arrived at the property, the customer service was outstanding. Maria greeted us in such a warm and welcoming way, and assisted us in every way possible. We looked forward to seeing her every day, as well as Valentina. Both ladies were exceptional and made sure our needs were attended to.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and had a lovely view of the property gardens. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping locations and restaurants. It's tucked away and surrounded with abundant lush gardens and lemon trees, which provided such an Amalfi atmosphere. The only negative aspect of our stay was the air conditioner. It was comfortable, but not extremely cold, and we prefer colder air conditioner temperatures. But the staff allowed the air conditioner to run all day, making the room nice and cool upon our return from any outdoor activities. The free breakfast provided is absolutely incredible. Everything is homemade and it's a true Italian treat! Parking was super accessible on property grounds and easy to book.
The entire staff's services are outstanding. Angela, Valentina, the cleaning staff, and the breakfast area staff were professional, pleasant and very helpful. Maria was magnificent in every way, and just a pleasure to see each day!! We will definitely be back to your lovely property.

Beautiful villa. For the price you pay, I think they should offer more. There's a pool that you can use between 10:30am-7pm. Feels like a late start for those who want to make the best of their stay. The breakfast buffet was so limited. There would be tables full of people and one small plate of bacon/eggs. They also offered a lot of untraditional foods for breakfast like carrots, corn.

The rooms are nice, you have access to a mini fridge but the cost of everything is listed at a fortune. 5 euros for a Coca Cola.

It's a 25 minute walk from the strip with shops and restaurants. We didn't mind the walk, but if you are unable to do a lot of walking this might be a problem for you.

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Relais Savarese while we visited Sorrento (one stop on our honeymoon) and it was one of our favourite hotels ever. The beautiful grounds filled with gorgeous lemon trees, draw you in as the automatic gate opens slowly revealing this perfect, pristine white villa. The staff greeted us with welcoming smiles and were so helpful throughout our stay offering up maps, dining options, tours etc. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary and our room was spacious and posh. We lounged by the pool, sipping on aperol spritz and took photos under the lemon trees. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. I have stayed in the area numerous times and this is the best accommodation so far. Although slightly out of Sorrento, it is a lovely 15 or so minute walk, and much quieter than the hotels in the centre. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful, and the room was perfectly cleaned everyday. The breakfast is delicious, and the pool area is beautiful. I would definitely return, 5 star rating.

This hotel is a tranquil gem amongst the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. It is hard to describe how wonderful we were treated, from Alberto the night manager, to the two wonderful young ladies that helped us out at the front desk each day, to the poolside bartender who remembered our cocktail choices every night. The hotel has a grandeur to it from its days as a local mansion that creates a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and was fairly newly renovated. Sitting out by the pool amongst the lemon trees was magical. I would stay here again in a second the next time we visit Sorrento and the value of this hotel is unbelievable. I so much appreciate the warmth of the people associated with this hotel…best of the best! Warmest regards Colin

Perfect stay in Sorrento!
The pool (and lunch options around the pool) were very welcomed at this stage of our trip. The room was very spacious. We had a room in an annex building that had a patio leading straight to the pool. We had a deluxe annex room, which was great. We did consider it on the pricey side for the type of room though, but all amenities surrounding it were worth it.
Also, the staff is very friendly. Finally, we suggest driving to Sorrento and using a public parking close to piazza tasso rather than walking (25 minutes) or going by cab (very expensive). The public parking always has free space and it quite cheap.

The view of the lemon trees and the pool were amazing. The breakfast was good and they have different options every morning. We even asked for a fresh boiled eggs in the morning and they did it for us. The bed is firm and comfortable and they were clean. The only thing was it was 20-30 min walk to downtown and ferry terminal. But it was close to the train station if you wanna go to Pampai or Naples. The train that we took was 10-15 min walk from our stay called S. Agnelo. Definitely recommend this place.

Had a fantastic week long stay at this lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff greeted you whether you where leaving for the day or coming back and where always happy to help with any enquiries. A lovely boutique hotel in a great location - within walking distance of Sorrento (25mins) or the beach (10mins). It is exclusive and small. Friendly staff. The rooms are well decorated and spacious and have all the necessary amenities. Bathroom could do with updating but it was more than adequate and clean.

Cute spot in a good location. 25 minute walk to downtown Sorrento. The property is clean and quaint, very quiet at the pool. The bed was incredible uncomfortable and there was only turn down service the first night. Breakfast included, but not coffee and was very subpar. It felt like we were checking in with parents every time we came home because we had to ring the door for the gate to open and check in with front office. Overall, nice property, but would not stay here again, mostly because of the terrible nights sleep with the beds and thin walls.

More than a comfortable stay.

From the time we arrived, our hosts were friendly, informative and helpful. We arrived before check in and left our bags and went out to explore. When we came back, our bags were in our room. The room was spacious, clean and nicely appointed (including robes and slippers). The pool area is lovely and it was a shame it rained and we were unable to use it. The breakfast had good variety and capuccinos wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A unique family run hotel just outside Sorrento. Tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings. A lovely pool situated amongst mature garden with plenty of sun beds. The staff cannot do enough for you and want to make your stay a happy and memorable one. The service they gave was exceptional. Overall a pretty good stay, although I expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here. The property is beautiful and rooms are nicely renovated - although I wasn't a bit fan of the cramped bathrooms. Staff was very nice and super helpful. Location is OK, definitely more quiet and secluded and about a 15-20min walk to most dining & shops in Sorrento or the bus/train stations. We had to get some laundry done while we were there and were shocked by the cleaning fees (3euros per pair of sock and 5 euros per t-shirt... paid 50 euros for a few items, so that put a damper on things a bit too).

There's not enough room here to sing the praises of this lovely hotel. Let's start with the staff: we were welcomed like royalty and treated so beautifully throughout our stay. Maria was an excellent and knowledgeable host, and her, Simona and Inna made us feel welcomed and spoiled us with great service and attention throughout our stay. The property itself is a hidden gem. Each space and room is unique and decorated with old world charm, immaculately clean and high end. The charming pool was a great place to cool down and really relax after a sweaty day of exploring the Sorrento area or after a ferry from Capri or the Amalfi coast. It offered a picturesque and calming setting with comfy chairs and umbrellas. Sant Agnello is such a pretty area, just outside of the busy-ness of Sorrento, and there were a number of great bars and restos within walking distance. Breakfast was served nicely with a great selection of continental items and a menu of eggs, omeletttes, pancakes, etc. all included. This beautiful property was a rare find. We'll be back!

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful, lots of greenery and very quiet. The pool is a lovely place to relax, there were always sun loungers available no matter what time we went down. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It has an excellent location, about a 20 minute walk away from Sorrento, and with some lovely restaurants and bars with in a 5-10 minute walk. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning on going to Sorrento.

Absolutely gorgeous! The room was lovely, nice decor & great a/c! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great guy serving the pool area! With all the chaos going on in and around Sorrento it felt like a real oasis and great place to chill for a few days.

Such a great location, and what a beautiful place. The staff are friendly and the service is the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel before. We had an amazing room that felt like we were in a mansion. The street isn’t too busy and it’s only 2 blocks to the cliff-side and lots of restaurant and aperitivo options. Walking into the main part of Sorrento takes a good 15-20 mins but honestly we found the immediate surrounding areas were worth that minor inconvenience.

Hotel and rooms are fabulous set back from the road on an enclosed gated setting. Pool is lovely and relaxed and big considering the size of the property. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Only disappointment with the property was the breakfast. It’s very basic when every other element of the property is 5* Location is fine about 20 minutes walk to the town and parking onsite is €18 per day.

This place is an absolute gem! Approximately 15-20 minute walk (easy pace) from Sorrento Centre and also great things to do in Sant’ Angelo area. Their service is impeccable! Very clean rooms, bright and very well appointed! A great point was their evening service where they turn down your bed, provide you with bottled water and do a clear of bins in your room. Their breakfast is awesome! Pool is brilliant and it is so so quite. We slept beautifully there. It’s close to some great restaurants too. This is possibly our most favored hotel from our trip in Italy. It’s a must book! (They also have parking if you have a car and it’s very reasonably priced. It’s off the Main Street and safe). An amazing stay!

My experience at Relais Villa Savarese was wonderful. I was amazed by the hotel when we arrived, especially because I thought it was a great value for the price. The breakfast was good, the room was big and clean and it was nice to enjoy the pool. It's at 20 minutes of walk of the center of Sorrento, which is great because you skip all noise and frenzyness and still visit the center.

A wonderful hidden gem worlds apart from the tourist bustle of Sorrento. The property is steps from some of the most beautiful local spots on the coast that are not overrun with tourists- wonderful beach clubs and terraces to admire the gorgeous views. The staff is very attentive and kind and make you feel very welcome, and the recently updated rooms (not shown on the website) are designer gorgeous. Finally a hotel that doesn’t disappoint on arrival!

Absolutely gorgeous! This Villa is a hidden gem. Staff is phenomenal.
Breakfast each morning is fit for a king! Will stay here again and would highly recommend this Villa. We used this as our \"base\" for Naples, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. Within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants! Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, but close enough to walk there.

The entire hotel and grounds are very charming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved our relaxing 4 days at Relais Villa Seravase and thought it was good value for the money. We hope to return some day and would recommend this hotel very highly. We also dined at their sister restaurant in Sorrento and experienced fabulous food and service.

Beautiful hotel with a personal touch

This lovely hotel is situated just away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento and treats its guests like old friends. The service is excellent, all the staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you.
Salvatore looked after us from the moment we arrived, a lovely gentleman who takes pride in his work, and Luigi kept us topped up in the mornings, loved his Latte macchiato so much, i had to have two every morning.
This hotel does what you want a small boutique hotel to do, you are not a room number you are a name and i would wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and anyone else who asks.
