Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed at Suite Resort, but it turned out to be nothing like the name or the photos promised. Instead of a hotel, it was more like an apartment, and even people outside were asking if it was a hotel. The room was in one of the apartments, and it was difficult to contact the owner.
The issues in the room were as follows:
•The bathroom and sink were dirty, and the drains were clogged.
•The corners of the bathroom were moldy.
•Instead of a coffee maker, there was only a broken kettle.
•There was an uncleaned, plastic ashtray.
•The room was small and impractical.
•The breakfast and coffee offered were not up to the promised standards.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this place at all.

Have to climb stairs
It is a B&B, not a hotel. To access it, you have to climb a staircase with your luggage. Then you can take an elevator to the next floor where the B&B is located. The room is very clean, but it is a bit noisy because it faces the street. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel may not have stunning views overlooking the sea but it is in a very convenient location. The train station, the main square and the port are all within a 15 minute walk. The neighborhy is clean and pretty quiet, especially after 7 pm. The high traffic tourist area is about 2 blocks away, so you're far enough away to have some solitude but close enough to get to where everything is. The cleanliness of the hotel is astounding, 10 out of 10, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Lovely stay in Sorrento
We had a tight itinerary for the three nights we spent there. Rosaria was lovely and welcoming. She made sure she left a small breakfast and juices in the refrigerator for us since we had early excursions before she made breakfast. Finally on our last morning we were able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. They recently updated the shower, and plenty of room to hang up clothes. Location was great, most points of interest was walkable. Just know you have to check in by 3:30!

The owners were extremely flexible with the last minute check in, and the hotel staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel is very well located, only minutes from the main train station and near a lot of bars and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and stylish. Communications was great, we had to check in after reception was closed. Arrival was delayed even further but upon getting to the hotel, it didn’t take lol great after texting the owner. Room was immaculate. I couldn’t stay for breakfast but absolutely no complaints.

Fab location.. about a 10min walk from the train station and 15mins max to the main square. It was a littttle bit difficult to find as its not well sign posted. I arrived late and was asked to whatsapp when I arrived however as a tourist I didnt have internet so thankfull the lovely waiter at the restaurant a few doors down called the landlord.
The apartment itself is relatively small however for me and my friend it was enough to get our heads down, the shower and bathroom was very clean, there was a safety box and plenty of storage space, tea was available - no coffee.. fridge full of drinks at a charge. The lovely receptionist brought us breakfast every morning to our room.. it was enough to get us started for the day. We had a lovely little balcony over looking the main street.. only issue was that it was noisy at night whem cars or scooters drove past.

Having spent the past 3+ weeks in a wide variety of accommodations, the RezArt stood out by being parsimonious with its offerings, skimpy on its breakfast and very unattractive in its orientation. The toilet seat was just hanging on by a thread and on our first day fell and bruised my wife’s elbow. We requested it be fixed yet in the three days we were there nothing was done. Disappointing.

Contemporary and Central Perfect Apartment
We had a fantastic time at Sorrento Art Suite, the location was perfect, very central and just a short walk to lots of restaurants and the train stations. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony, stoacking up the atmosphere and we could even see the sea! The service was great, in particular the Italian lady who treated us and took our breakfast to the room was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, bright and contemporary. Would highly recommend!

A lovely little set of 6 rooms, in a large apartment building, that are very modern, clean and nicely decorated. The room was nice and comfortable and a good overall size. Service was overall very good but we do have some constructive feedback for the hotel and future guests:
- it's really not straight-forward to find: there's a little sign to the right of the entrance to the apartment block. We went past it a good couple of times before we noticed.
- be prepared to pay a City Tax of around 50 EUR for a week long stay for two people.
- not all rooms are equal. The website talks of balconies, with a table and chairs for breakfast, but our room didn't have a balcony.
- an ironing board, in the room, would be very useful.
- breakfast, despite what the website says, is the exact same thing every morning - a croissant, toast and a yoghurt along with some fresh espresso. It'd have been nice to have some variety and the option of cooked food as per the website.

The first night, Room 3 was very good. Clean, compact, comfortable. We stayed a second night in Room 1 and were not as impressed, even though it was slightly larger. There were audible noises from other tenants but nothing to unliveable. The staff were all excellent though our communication in English was a bit challenging at times.

What a wonderful stay I had here for 3 nights. A warm welcome from Anna and check in / communication was easy as I had changed my time last minute. The room and bathroom were very clean with everything I needed. Good WiFi, safe, mini bar, hairdryer, tea making facilities, toiletries and even slippers. Great night sleep and little traffic noise, which is rare in Italy. I didn’t need my earplugs for once.

We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely guest house. The room was modern and clean, decorated with funky art work. Lovely big waterfall shower in the bathroom. From the balcony you could see the sea beyond the street. Comfortable good sized bed.The tea making facilities were very useful, especially if you wanted an extra hot drink with your breakfast. Anna was very helpful and provided me with some gluten free options for my breakfast, this meant a lot to me and I was very grateful. Breakfast is served in your room with an espresso coffee. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough for us to eat it on our balcony. I highly recommend this accommodation for a short stay. Anna was so helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely time in Sorrento and really enjoyed our stay in the ResArt Suites, they are locatated in a good location with all attractions a short walk away.
The room was decent size and had all the things you would need including hairdryer, WiFi, mini bar etc.
The free Breakfast served in your room was a nice touch and served at a time which suited us. Check in and out was effortless and the staff were happy to help with our questions.
Parking was available on a near by road at a discounted rate (not cheap but cheap by Italy standards)

Clean and good location with super helpful staff
We booked this hotel on the morning of our stay because our ferry had been cancelled so we needed an emergency hotel.The lady who greeted us, cleaned the room and served breakfast was just so friendly (sorry-I sadly do not remember her name!). She called the ferry company for us to check when they might be running again and was flexible with letting us leave our bags, putting them in our room for us when we had finished exploring Sorrento. The hotel is in a great location a short walk from the centre of Sorrento and the ferry port. It was clean and the breakfast was brilliant-a wide selection brought to your room, with more available if you wanted. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Clean and comfortable.
