Staff was fantastic, super welcoming and friendly, hotel lobby and room were spotless, house keeping even folded my clothes. Breakfast was fantastic full service with great pastries and well done up fruit plates.
Nearly everything about our stay was perfect. Big thanks to the staff for such great food recommendations, amazing treatment and warm welcoming and hospitality. :)
My only complaint was that everywhere in the hotel besides our room had a reek of cigarettes, despite the hotel being non smoking.

Great location, staff, facilities and amenities (perhaps add robes to complement the slippers though). Breakfast was excellent. Service from Danielle was superb.

My only disappointment is upon checkout we were told the complementary golf buggy service couldn’t take us to the ferry. Instead a car was arranged but on arrival at the port the 23 euro charge incurred for the 3 min journey was surprising. I expected this to be covered given the usual transport option was normally included. It tainted a lovely stay.

This was one of the smaller hotels on the cliff in Sorrento but being smaller doesnt mean the quality is cut. The property is in amazing shape. Dino and Michelle were the daisy hosts and were so helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff and grounds keepes are excellent. The property looks like a setting in a movie. Each day the staff cleaned our room and made even our clothes and mess tidy! The breakfast is unreal. They bring out so much food and its really good. The breakfast waitress is so sweet and kind and always has a smile; I wish we got her name... The rooms are well kept and beautiful. We will be back again to stay the next time were in Sorrento.

Villa Silvana was a dream. From the property to the room to the staff was impeccable. We really enjoy our stay here. We stayed at the garden suite room called Sofia and it was decent size. The property has terrance that overlook the water and also have steps to get down to the port if you are up for it. They also offer to take guests to take port with their golf cart if there are drivers. Breakfast was excellent. We feel like we were treated so well. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. It is less than 10 mins walk to the Piazza Tasso and so many shopping. We cannot say enough about this place. I definitely would stay here. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough great things about Villa Silvana! The place and views are beautiful, the food is delicious, the service is exceptional, and the location in Sorrento is perfect! We stayed in the top king suite (Ginevra room) for 4 days on our honeymoon and it was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The 2-story suite included a hot tub, two terraces, an entire living room with a TV, a huge comfortable bed, large bathroom with walk in shower, and plenty of closet space. The views over the water are so stunning, especially at sunset.

Every time when we would order drinks at their bar, the staff always offered to bring it up to our room, including some snacks as well. Aside from our suite, there are two more terraces from the main floors of the villa, one on the first level by the bar, and one in the sub-level where the dining room is. Breakfast was served every morning in the dining room, which included a ton of food at our table. There were cured meats and cheeses, breads, jams, pastries, fruit, yogurts, eggs, and coffees and freshly squeezed orange juice. The villa itself has some grounds you can walk around, including a citrus grove off to the side, and stairs that lead down the cliffside all the way down to Marina Piccola. The location was also close to everything, being a 5 minute walk from the train station, as well as the center of town. If you are on the fence about booking this place, just do it as you will not be disappointed!

Our room, and the property overall, was stunning. We also appreciate how close the property was to the bus/shuttle pick up across the street and the train station. 100% would recommend anyone, especially couples, to stay here!

Amazing Stay in Sorrento!!

I loved every minute of our stay at Villa Silvana, my wife did as well. The staff was beyond amazing, always willing to help you enjoy Sorrento. You could easily spend all your time at this place, or mix in some time visiting Sorrento and all the restaurants and shops which are just a small walk away. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was such a fantastic property. It was beautiful and a grand experience walking up the palm tree lined mosaic driveway.

Entering inside, we were met with very distinguished furnishings, set in a modern decor. We were offered drinks (not complementary) and snacks (complementary) and sat out on the patio while they checked us in.

We booked the room with a terrace, the Catarina room. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The terrace was also beautiful with lounge chairs, a table and chairs, and a large space to hang out.

Bathroom was also gorgeous and had access to the terrace. One thing to mention is that there was no glass shower door or partition to keep the water from spilling out, so we did have to ask for extra towels to soak up the water. But the water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot.

Location was also ideal. It’s a quick 5 min walk around the block to the main square. Also a quick walk (but down some really steep stairs by the Tasso Square to get to the marina where the boats/ferries go out of. Note this is different from the Grande Marina which is another place where the small boats dock.

Breakfast downstairs was amazing. You have your own mini buffet at your table offering mini tea sandwiches, 3 tiered tray of pastries, yogurt, fruit, deli and cheese plate, variety of bread, and a menu for eggs, pancakes, etc.

This was such a beautiful small property (I think 6 rooms total?) and the staff were so nice and helpful.

Villa Silvana Relais was the most beautiful hotel I have ever had the chance to stay in. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. They helped us with dinner reservations, making plans, and even ran our passports to the train station when they saw we left them in the safe. The breakfast was amazing and the property itself is stunning. If we ever get the chance to go back to Sorrento, we will absolutely stay here again.

The most amazing property we have ever visited and stayed. The hotel, the room, the staff and surroundings were just enchanting. The room was spacious and gorgeous, but the VIEW is everything. Caterina was the loveliest host. I wish we could stay there longer. Sorrento and Villa Silvana stole my heart. This will be the only hotel i will stay when we come back to Sorrento!

We stayed one night as part of our honeymoon trip, and the staff was kind enough to upgrade our room. They gave us a warm welcome and treated us to tasty drinks and snacks. The villa is very continently located to the city center, close to shopping and dining.

The staff was very nice, but they need more people working there, especially during the breakfast service. There was only one staff member waiting on 4-5 tables, so it took a while to get breakfast and attention. This could have been because they were busy prepping for a wedding that day, which is understandable.

Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the sea! Upon entering, we did find that our sheets had stains and our pillowcases were ripped and had to have the staff replace them. They were very apologetic and replaced them right away. The next day, the manager offered us a ride to the ferry terminal and also apologized again, which we really appreciated.

The property and each room is spectacular and beautiful. The view looks over the harbor and there is a convenient beach club right next door. The staff, especially Michelle, treat you very well and are unforgettable! The breakfast seemed to be endless with lots of pastries and juices and other savory foods. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone for the great service, rooms, and amenities.

We absolutely loved Villa Silvana Sorrento — our entire experience was been magical! ✨

This charming villa is very private and used to be the owner’s childhood home. We were transported (with our luggage from the train station) in a golf cart, and greeted upon arrival by the owner. He personally drove us down to the marina with all our luggage upon checkout. IWe are already planning our next trip back here to stay longer!

Beautiful place with a small number of units which made it feel like home with an amazing sea view.
Very nicely decorated, and our room was very spacious with two Juliet balconies. The breakfast was big with many things to eat, and the view from the breakfast was breathtaking with Mount Vesuvius and the bay! The staff and particularly the owner, Dino was very helpful, including dropping us off and picking us up on their golf cart when we needed it. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family, and hopefully come back in the future.

Hospitable Staff and Beautiful Property

The property staff were unbelievably friendly! We were able to leave our bags at the property both ahead of check in, and after check out before leaving the city. Whether you have a sea view room or not, you have access to a terrace with an amazing view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Napoli.

I cannot say enough kind words about Villa Silvana. This villa exceeded all of my expectations. The staff, Dino & Julia, were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautiful. We had a maintenance request and they were quick to fix the problem and happy to do it. The breakfast by Daniella is delightful — make sure you get the breakfast every morning. The property is tucked far enough away from the street that you don’t hear the noise. But it is still just a few walking minutes away from the central shopping areas. If you are debating booking your stay or event here, book it!! This is the best Sorrento has to offer. I would travel to Sorrento again just so I can stay here again.
