We stayed here with my family of 4 adults for 4 nights and we all were extremely happy w how clean and modern our room was. We actually had an upstairs balcony inside our room! The amenities were above and beyond. The bathroom was big and bright lighting. The beds were so comfortable and the closets lite up and the lighting around the room was beyond the best! It was one great amenity after another here. Alyssa the girl at desk was so pleasant and so helpful and delightful. The breakfast our lady presented each morning at 8 am was beyond the best we had at many hotels in Europe it was just outside our room in a marble hallway that was bright and all white marble and bright lighting. A 24 hr machine that made any coffee at the ready and cookies all hours of night too. We also had our own coffee|tea inside our room and other drinks like small bottles of coke and fruit drinks and also a complementary small prosecco! This hotel literally was on the top of one of the best shopping streets in sorrento and our door dropped us immediately into the best of it! Could not be more central to it all local restaurants and shops. We will be coming back again and also telling friends of this fabulous boutique like stay! 5 star for my family! Love love this place!!

The rooms were awesome, slept great,even though you are on the main square, couldn't hear any traffic inside. The balcony was great for people watching and the drinks in room fridge was a nice touch. Great breakfast and easy excess to train. Would definitely come back and highly recommend Elys.

I have traveled the world. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Conveniently located in the main square of Sorrento. Clean. Modern. Safe. Close to shopping, dining and activities. Coffee all day. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. The best part? Our host Alessia at reception. So lovely and pleasant. She kept us informed. Made excellent suggestions on dining, shopping and activities. She helped us book a wonderful tour to Capri and got us an excellent driver for our trip back. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. You won’t be disappointed.

I was very happy with this find. I loved the location. I loved the suite. I loved the staff. Alessia was eager to arrange activities, secure guides, and make restaurant reservations in ways that transformed our visit to Sorrento. Elys serves a nice breakfast buffet (there is no dining room, so we ate in our room). And I should note that the hotel is at the edge of a pedestrian-only zone , so you cannot drive up to the building. But a taxi will drop you close or if you are driving, a parking garage (which you can arrange through Elys) is a slightly longer walk. In the heart of Sorrento's Piazza Tasso, Elys offers a central location, a comfortable stay, and an attractive value.

I absolutely loved staying here. We had a nice balcony view of the piazza and we enjoyed coffee in the mornings watching the view. It was also very close to the port which made it easier for us to travel to different coastal cities. There were also plenty of other shops nearby which made everything for us so convenient.

Right in the middle of all the restaurants and little cafes. We spent 3 nights over Christmas day and loved walking around the area.

We selected Elys largely based on traveller reviews. They are correct, this is a perfectly located, well run, clean, modern, safe and comfortable hotel.
We chose a superior (corner) room which has 3 balconies overlooking the main square.
Giusy is a fantastic host, providing all the information you need or want about everything from arrival, sites or restaurants and making you feel most welcome.
A nice selection of pastries, fruit and other breakfast items are laid out each morning.
You will need to walk less than 30 meters from where the taxi drops you to acces the hotel.
Plan on having “WhatsApp” available as that is the preferred method of communication, with Giusy providing photos of how to locate the hotel once you arrive in town.
It is just a few easy blocks from the train station and mostly smoother surfaces, with a couple short areas of the basalt tiles.
(Giusy does provide detailed information on parking prior to arrival if that is required.)
There is a lift specified for luggage only, and wide easy steps up to hotel level.
We left reluctantly, quite enjoying our stay.

This property is a gem. There were four adults in our group and the room was large (two floors) and very modern with a beautiful bathroom. We have been to France and Spain and expected \"old and small\" if you want to stay in the city center, but the room was modern and roomy. Breakfast was delicious, free drinks restocked daily in the fridge and the location is perfect (walk to train station and right on the edge of the old town with shopping and restaurants). You do need a code to get though the outer courtyard door and there are a few steps up to the rooms, and it is a small boutique property, with just a few rooms as far as I could tell, but I would recommend this to anyone - we loved it!

I’m not even sure where to start, what an amazing place! Initial communication was great regarding arrival times and directions, the location is so central but so quiet! The staff were amazing with directions and recommendations, Absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, it was the most at home I’ve ever felt in a hotel, breakfast was also really tasty! our only mistake was only booking one night, we could of stayed so much longer and if we get a chance we will be back!

I am a regular traveller, and Elys Suites provided the best hotel service I’ve had in many years. Their staff, particularly Ginevra, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, leaving biscuits and access to a coffee machine in the common area of the hotel. The room itself was massive, extremely clean and had the best shower ever. The location also could not be beat. You’re right in the heart of Sorrento, a 10-minute walk from the train station and there are ample highly rated restaurants within 100m of the hotel. Next time I am in Sorrento I will without a doubt be staying in Elys Suites again.

This is where you want to stay when spending time in Sorrento. It is literally over the main shopping street, short walk to train station, short walk to the overlook and path to the water. Not only is the location A+ but the accommodations are very contemporary and comfortable. Sylvie is a wonderful host and can help make needed arrangements, including a very good restaurant recommendation.The morning breakfast, served in the hall right out of the rooms was a good selection of pastry and some savory items. We thought Wlys was excellent value for the money.

We loved our stay at Elys suites in Sorrento. Rooms are large and clean, beds are very comfortable and the AC feels amazing after exploring the streets all day in the heat of the summer. Elys is very conveniently located to all the shopping and dining options in Sorrento. Also very easy to catch a ferry if you want to see more of the Almfi coast. We were extremely happy that we choose Hotel Elys Suites for our stay in Sorrento for our family of four! The room was very modern, clean and spacious with an amazing view overlooking the main square, Piazza Tasso. Great location in the heart of town which was very lively. Even though we were so close the the action there was almost no street noise when the doors to our balcony were closed.

Amazing stay! It was the most convenient location with everything a maximum of 10 mins walk away. Ferry port was 7 mins away which was extremely convenient. Similarly, all restaurants and bars were a few mins walk. Sylvie was an AMAZING host helping to organise a private boat and recommending local restaurants that were not tourist hotspots.
