This hotel is a excellent location. Our room was clean, modern and spacious with a little balcony. There waa a room for us the parents and a great sized room with a couch and a made up bed for our son. A separate shower room and a huge bath in one of the rooms. All staff we met were all friendly and very helpful from food queries to local bus times.

Overall a very lovely hotel, there are spa facilities that were not included with our stay but would have loved to have used them if we travelled as just a couple.

The location is great. Female staff member who checked us in was sweet. A different female staff member packed us croissants since we had an early Tour to capri and would miss the hotels bfast hours. Hotel bfast is paltry. Bathroom smelled awful - sewage/urine. They have 1 iron for the hotel (no ironing board) and it took the make staff member nearly an hour to track it down. My sister locked herself out of her room while her daughter was in shower. This same male staff member (who admitted he only works 1 night a week and doesn’t know anything) was useless and could not issue a new room key or let my sister back into her room. Sister waited nearly an hour to get back in when her daughter was done showering. Finally, when asked for airport transfer for 6 of us, hotel quoted 220 euro. All online providers charge 150 euro max - when I told staff this, response was “Good for you.” The location is a 10/10. That is the only redeeming factor. Despite location, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. There are plenty of other great locations/options!

The hotel is small on a very busy street. There is some street noise on a night and on a morning. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and had lots of amenities. My room had a balcony and this was brilliant. The hotel was very clean. There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel is in a very good place. It is a short walk of about 10 minutes from the train station and the port. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel. There are a number of supermarkets near the hotel.

A really great place to stay in Sorrento, Italy. Location is perfect for exploring Sorrento, it’s just a short walk from train station. Sorrento is a lovely city with great restaurants, shops. It doesn’t ave the severe hills to walk every day of your holiday and lug your suitcases through (and we’re in good shape)

The hotel is super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if back in the area

We really enjoyed our stay at Tasso Suites. The superior apartment was perfect for a family of four. It was in a great location in Sorrento, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beach clubs. The parking is easy as the service picks up the car directly in the piazza next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Tasso Suites is right at the main square in Sorrento. It is a great location and walking distance to the public garden/elevator to the Marina/ferries. We spent only one night at the hotel before our trip to the Amalfi Coast. All the staff in the reception, the person at night and the people during the day, were friendly, helpful and informative.
We would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in Sorrento.

Nice room and wonderful breakfast. There was no hair conditioner and the shower seemed to leak water. Otherwise, everything was good. The hotel clerk was very helpful with suggestions on what to see and where to dine.

Nice hotel and amazing staff that why I put 2 stars, but unfortunately there were many big problems. The toilet brush was inside of the toilet , so I don’t even know if it was cleaned, luckily I had alcohol wipes and I cleaned. The other thing was an annoying noise all night. Sounded like a broke ac but I had it off. I just booked the hotel last minute because I arrived late and it was closer than the other one I already had and I just wanted to sleep right away so I picked the one that looked more comfortable even if it was more expensive than others. I would have better luck going with my first option, didn’t sleep at all. And the last thing the breakfast, wasn’t good at all, the only food that looked tasty was the croissants but they were old. I just expected more from that hotel.

Very great place to stay in Sorrento. Short easy walk from the train station and to nearby restaurants and sights in town. The road seemed busy during the day but the room was very quiet at night. Very clean and spacious, we had a suite with an extra room that was perfect for our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was very delicious with friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend for your next visit to Sorrento!

Two room suite for 4 people. Very refreshing as many hotels just insert two additional beds into a regular room. This a truly a two-bedroom suite where 4 adults can stay comfortably. Location is very central where all the dining and shopping experiences are in Sorrento. Probably the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Italy. Staff was helpful to go above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Sorrento gem in May

This was the perfect hotel for us on this part of our trip! The location was excellent, the amenities including breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful! We loved our room with a balcony and because we happened to be there when the Napoli football team won the tournament, there were fireworks all around us which was special to see. We would highly recommend Tasso Suites to anyone visiting Sorrento!

You can’t beat the location and spaciousness of these rooms! We were very surprised by how large the junior suite room was (it’s actually two rooms w 1.5 balconies!). The room was clean. The location is awesome for easy sightseeing. Breakfast was small (not a big American breakfast) but tasty and appreciated. The waitress worked very hard & was very friendly. The staff in general were friendly and helpful.
My husband and I had a couples massage. Mine was not great but he loved his. The price for two massages was quite good when compared to prices in the US.
Overall we highly recommend Tasso Suites!

Perfect location! Smack dab in the midst of all the action. Our stay was booked for 3 nights. When we first arrived, the apartment we were given smelled horribly of cooked fish. The woman at the front desk agreed that it was not tolerable and was able to get us into another room for the first night. (top floor apartment, which slept 10!) We then were transferred to a new room the next day. They moved all of our suitcases for us while we were out site seeing. The new apartment was fantastic! We stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to enjoy the street life below from our balcony - without it interrupting our sleep. Would stay again without question.

We love Sorrento and the staff is friendly but I do NOT recommend the hotel. The sofa bed sheets and pillow has mold stains, it was very disgusting. The bed has an uncomfortable uncomfortable matress it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The elevator is old and very small. The corridors are narrow. The floor is not tile nor is it carpeted, so it doesn't make the room feel cozy. The noise from the road is very noticeable in the room. This hotel in overall needs renovation.
On the other hand, on Expedia they notify that there is Parking Available on Site and this is a scam since the parking lot is NOT nearby. The parking lot is approximately 11 minutes walking, it is uncomfortable and you must leave the keys. They do NOT have on-site parking.

The property is in a good location. The rooms are very small and there are not a lot of amenities. When we were there, the elevator was broken for three days and we had to walk the steps. The note said it was broken due to bad weather. It’s also on a busy street. I know a people complained about the noise at night, but it didn’t bother us at all.

We would certainly stay at Tasso suites again. Very close to Piazza Tasso, less than 10 minutes walk to the station and close to the harbour. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and a bit different each day. Cleaned each day with new towels. We didn’t try the spa facilities as there was so much else to do. We did trips to Herculaneum, Pompeii and Capri

I liked how it was so close to all the restaurants and stores. We didn’t like how one of our rooms didn’t have air conditioning and the hotel wasn’t able to fix it. They offered to give a discount for one of the rooms but when we checked out it wasn’t applied. The person at the reception didn’t know we had a problem with the room.
