Location is convenient. You are above a restaurant so you will hear some singing/noise on the weekend if you are staying on the floor above it, but it does stop at midnight and becomes very quiet.
The space is very clean and well layed out. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Staff is extremely nice and so kind and helpful. A very comfortable and wonderful place to stay at, would definitely stay here again.

What a charming guest house. My daughter and I were in Sorrento for a family wedding, and our stay here was beyond exceptional. After learning we were travel companions, the staff, I believe it was Chiara, upgraded our room from economy to deluxe. What a nice surprise when we checked in. Indeed, they do know the value of family in Italy. The location is perfect, the room lovely, and the breakfast, delightful. Again, the staff were simply the best, from the front desk to the ladies who served breakfast. I will certainly recommend La Piazzetta to anyone I know traveling to Sorrento.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel that exceeded all my expectations! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The room itself was a dream immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the cute little kitchen, which allowed me to whip up a small breakfast each morning. Although we didn’t cook dinner, it was nice to know that option was available.

Catarina at the front desk was a gem! Fluent in English, she made communication a breeze and was exceptionally helpful. She arranged sameday tours for us at the last minute, which really enhanced our experience.

Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The combination of great service, cleanliness, and location, all at a very reasonable price, makes it a perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again and for a longer duration next time!

I Can’t say enough about this property and the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful to my family and i. Traveling with a 3 year old didn’t bother them at all. They were so kind and lovely. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. It was clean and bright and super modern. The balcony opened over the piazza and had a lovely view. We were able to wash laundry and hang it to dry. Lovely views and fresh are were also wonderful. The breakfast was great and the bathroom was also spacious with a great shower. We loved the location and will definitely come back when we visit Sorrento.

Our stay was phenomenal. Entire staff was friendly and eager to assist any way they could. Room is very clean and daily cleaning service exceptional.
The location could not be better. You can walk everywhere within downtown. We used property as our base camp and were able to see so, so much of the Amalfi Coast. You recommend to anyone wondering where to stay in Sorrento.

Amazing service

This was such a wonderful stay. The location was wonderful and the room was lovely, but the staff was above and beyond. Catarina was just so lovely, and made us feel so welcome. She made sure we knew how to get to the property, and welcomed us so warmly. We had an early morning the next day and she made us a delicious box for breakfast and lunch. So far this has been the highlight of our trip to Italy.

Excellent stay in the city of Sorrento! Ciara and Angelica among others were really very pleasant and welcoming ! Accommodated to all our needs including breakfast box when we had to leave early and when we arrived late at the hotel ! The hotel is clean, rooms are safe although not as spacious however the hotel is located in Sorrento Center and very close to all the restaurants cafes and shops

Location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. It's right in the middle of a Piazza near all kinds of restaurants and shops and about a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Such a cute area and would recommend it to anyone! It was clean, modern and we had a room with a great view of the Piazza and from the other side the sea with Mt. Vesuvius in the background! It was July and very hot and the air conditioning was incredible. Great communication with the staff prior to arrival and breakfast is an option as well. Also has an elevator which was necessary for us with heavy luggage. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Our stay at the La Piazzetta in Sorrento. The location is perfect and close walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our room was beautiful with a balcony and all the amenities we needed. The most amazing service. CATERINA is fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. She assisted us with private transports, excursions, restaurants, and anything else we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sorrento!

La Piazzetta is a picturesque, quiet and charming place. Converted into a beautiful place with an easy walk to everything. Our room had a kitchen and a balcony facing the piazza. The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was just perfect and Katarina from the front desk was just amazing and very helpful. We are planing to book this place again next year.

The staff members were excellent ecen before we arrived. They were helpful with inquiries and guidance on local transportation and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent in that there is a lot of choice. We had a gluten and dairy free travellor and they accomdated that. The staff members making the breakfast were top notch! Front desk staff , amazing. The property is immaculate, safe, quiet. The bed was very comfortable. There was a clothes drying outside ofvour window. Teavelling light for three weeks required us to do laundry, they gave us guidance on local places as well. The location for us was very good. We walked everywhere and took boats. The elevator from the port to the hotel is very close. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at La Piazzetta Guest House. This place was very well located, close to so many amenities and within less than 10 minutes walking distance from the train station! Caterina was a great contact and very personable. She answered all of my questions even from before we arrived to Sorrento and help me figure out the best way to do what we wanted. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was the best we had during our Italy vacation! They are very accommodating if we needed to leave before breakfast time and packed it up for us when we notified them of our morning schedule. Pasquale was also very welcoming and helpful. I am so glad that we booked our stay in such a convenient place at La Piazzetta Guest House in Sorrento, Italy.

Wonderful stay at La Piazzetta Guesthouse! The room was clean and I loved the layout of the 3 sleeping areas. The location is perfect, easily walkable across town and to the marina. As others have mentioned, Catarina at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She helped us with a lemon tour and also find restaurants that had gluten free options. Sorrento is excellent

Great location in Sorrento. Staff was super inviting and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
After spending time on the Amalfi Coast and Capri, it was nice to come back to this hotel. Plenty of hot water in the shower and they always had you clean towels.
We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect inn in lovely Sorrento.

This is an amazing and wonderful place. Located on a beautiful small piazza just above the marina, it’s both quiet and convenient. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and spotless. Some rooms even have a view of the Bay of Naples. Breakfast is excellent. But the best of all is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Catarina is in a class by herself: because we had an early ferry she arranged for a delicious breakfast to be left in our room.

The hotel is located above Mo Mo restaurant in an excellent location. The room was beautiful. We had a small apartment style room and it was very nice. The staff ate very friendly and accomodating. Great location and most places are very walkable. There is an Elevator very close which will take you sea level and back up. Food in the area was very good. We didn't want to leave.

Amazing staff and very understanding and accommodating. Glad to have stayed here. We enjoyed their breakfast daily. They answered any questions we had and pointed us in the right direction. The one thing I did not like is the two story studio we stayed in. Bathroom on first floor and bedroom on top so I had to go up and down so many damn times. Imagine waking up middle of the night to go the bathroom... Having to go down the narrow tiny steps? One wrong move and you end up in an Italian hospital. Anyways other than that it was a good stay.

La Piazzetta was wonderful! A true gem of a property and very convenient to get anywhere we wanted. We were traveling with a toddler and it made it easy to come back to the room anytime she needed a rest.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival they left a very nice refreshment tray, and went out of their way to leave a birthday treat during our stay.

Wonderful place, highly recommend, especially traveling with children!

Fabulous Holiday! 🍕🍷

The apartment was fantastic in every way. Couldn’t beat the location, 5 minutes to the middle of town but on a quiet and attractive piazza. Lovely balcony with a great view across the square and lots of comfortable seating. 10 minutes to the port to catch the boats to Capri, Positano and Naples.
Service was outstanding, Caterina couldn’t be more helpful.

One word comes to mind... SUPERB!!! Everything about the La Piazzetta Guest House was superb! The staff - Superb! The property - Superb! Accommodations/room - Superb! Location - Superb! My wife and I spent 10 days in Sorrento as our hub for touring the \"toe of the boot\", and we couldn't have picked a better hotel! Communication and texting with Caterina, Alessandra, and Pasquale was super easy. They are very responsive! We had breakfast every morning which is served from 8-10am, and for the mornings where we had an early tour before they were open for breadfast, they packed us a large goodie bag with pancakes, sandwiches, muffins, fruits, you name it!
Our room was very spacious, and so clean. I mean this entire hotel is so clean and hardly shows signs of use. And it's super quiet. Our room was on the 2nd floor and each night we slept with our terrace door open - it was perfect!
Location, location, location! The La Piazzetta GH is in the perfect location - everything is within walking distance, literally! Piazza Tasso, the bus/train station, the ferry station, the Sorrento Lift, Old Town, Marina Piccolo, Marina Grande, etc. And so many restaurants within walking distance. The week we were in Sorrento, it turns out was the \"Sorrento Roads 1000 Miglia Vintage Car Show & Race.\" I'm a gear head to it was a pleasant surprise to experience this event!
There is really nothing to dislike about the LPGH. Book this hotel without concerns... you'll love it as we did!!!
