I can’t say enough good things about this B&B. First of all, Pamela is the sweetest person… she made communication open days before our stay began making sure we knew the best way to get to her place. She made suggestions and gave advice to take the ferry (this accommodation is port level), this was life saving! She then tells you some quick tips before giving you a full tour of your room when you arrive. She welcomed us with a gift, homemade lemoncello and baked goods. She left us enough food for a small army (true Italian hospitality). She left my fiance a birthday gift on his birthday, she leaves baked goods and fresh foods everyday. The building itself is charming and beautiful. The view from the room is insane! This stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy. High, highly, recommend. Book without any hesitations, this will be the best decision you make!

Pamela our host was accessible and accommodating. She was so welcoming and made our stay the best it could be. We loved our room and view. We were even treated to one of the largest fireworks displays we have ever seen. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked with breakfast items and snacks. Pamela made her famous cakes which we truly enjoyed. We can’t say enough good things about our memorable stay in Sorrento.

Magnificent!!

Wonderful stay with a beautiful view! Pamela and her husband went above and beyond to make our first trip to Sorrento magnificent! Fridge was stocked with fresh meats,milk, and cheese. Lots of snacks bread and fresh fruit. And best of all Pamela made a fresh baked dessert everyday! I would definitely recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! A Lovely Hideaway in Sorrento

A beautiful place to stay in Sorrento. If you are looking for a quiet, well appointed room with wonderful views on the beach and a fantastic host, this is your place. It has easy access to the village via shuttle bus or The Lift, both a very short walk from the front door.

Nice little place

The hostess, Pamela, is lovely and always available to answer any questions you may have or support in any way possible. The suite is clean and neat. It is not a luxury stay but very comfortable and clean. If I ever decide to stay in Sorrento again, I would stay at her place.

Staying in Surriento Suites was the best part of our whole Italy trip, The place is very clean, great/reliable working air conditioner(a *must* in hot Italy), beautiful views and most of all, lovely host who provided us everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our stay.

We are vegetarians, so for bed and breakfast, she not only baked lovely cakes each day, but also shared her home grown fruits like apricot, plums, best nectarines and vegetables like zuchini, tomatoes, eggplant etc. We really had a great time and definitely plan to visit Surriento Suites again in the future.

House has a great(and fast) WiFi, superb collection of compatible electrical outlets four US folks and ideal location.

We were lucky enough to return to Sorrento Suites for a second time in March. Everything is as wonderful as our first visit. Sorrento is a special place and staying here only made it better. This property is an absolute DREAM! Pamela the owner is an angel. Came here with a friend for a night away from the city and never wanted to leave. Pam baked us a cake, provided a map of the city, and dinner recommendations. We went where she recommended and it was amazing! The elevator lift makes getting to this location super easy and although it’s not right on the town square, the view is WORTH IT. Just a ~5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. We truly didn’t even want to leave Pam’s property. We spent most of our time drinking coffee or wine and taking in the view. I truly can’t imagine a better stay and hope life brings me back to her bed and breakfast. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Sweet Spot in Sorrento

My husband and I stayed for two nights at the adorable B&B right along the water. Made for a quick ferry ride to explore the island of Capri. It is at the base of the cliff which meant walking up and down the hill to go to dinner and shopping. We enjoyed the walks and the quietness of where we stayed. It also made it feel like a private escape. Don’t be intimidated by the walk there are many options to get up and down.
We enjoyed the daily cakes made for our room. Such a special treat!

Unforgettable & Excellent Personalized Service

First of all a very up close and personal check-in by the owner Pamela, who is very detailed and friendly. I traveled solo, and it felt like being home among friends and family. She received me with all the details of tourist area of interests, and explained all the logistics of the touristic sights, trains , ferry schedules to Capri, Naples, etc. The location of the suite is in front of the marina where you can take the ferry to Capri and close to Sorrento downtown. Great Location!!! She even baked a Capri cake homemade for me. The variety of groceries and availability of coffee, tea, machines was simply spectacular. She even brought me oranges directly from her farm. She shared with me the limoncello recipe the first day and surprised me with a homemade typical dessert from Sorrento and made me a limoncello. Simply Lovely!!! I would definitively come back and stay with Pamela and would highly recommend to stay in Surriento Suites.

A Wonderful Place

Surriento Suites was ideally located near the ferry and with a great view of the Mediterranean. Pamela was gracious and very helpful. Because of Covid she left us plenty of breakfast items in our room so we could eat alone and at our leisure. She even brought us local cakes she had baked herself. We ate every morning at the nice table looking out the open window at the Mediterranean. A roomy and beautiful room as well as the great view. Strongly recommend!

If it was possible to rate Surriento Suites higher than five stars, we would! This place is convenient, lovely and comfortable. The hostess Pamela went above and beyond, giving us a flexible check in and coming out to the parking area to make sure we found our way in. (She very impressively carried our largest bag up 1 1/2 flights of stairs!). The breakfast provided is all in room, and was exceedingly generous. Pamela even baked us a delicious Capri cake! We would recommend and return!

We loved staying at the Surriento Suites. Pamela, the owner, offered to pick us up from the train station so she could give us a short tour of the small town of Sorrento. She asked what we were interested in doing while we were there and gave us great advice that only a local could give. The room was very clean and filled with food to enjoy at no extra cost. Being right on the harbor was extremely helpful to catch a ferry to Capri and Naples. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Sorrento so we could make a day trip to Pompeii. Our stay in this old building with modern updates was wonderful. Pamela met us at the train station and gave us a driving tour up and down the hill that is Sorrento. She provided good insight into the town and how to get around. The room was decorated in lovely local tile and colors; room was spotless; bed was comfortable; water was hot. But the outstanding part was the breakfast area where we could open the window and hear the waves splashing on the shore while we ate the scrumptious food there for breakfast – eggs, meat, bread, cheese, yogurt, sweets, fruit, tea, coffee and each day a home made pastry/cake. We felt pampered and will recommend this place to others.

Travelled to Sorrento mid August and stayed at the amazing Sorrento suites B&B with my friend. Pamela and her husband were beyond helpful, giving us detailed directions to the apartment and even meeting us when we were lost. Then we were given many good recommendations on things to do during our stay in Sorrento which was also very helpful in deciding on what to do during our short stay. When we got to the place we were beyond amazed with the location being pretty much on the water and with the incredible view of the coast. On top of this there was so much delicious food and drinks ready for us. We loved our stay so much wish it never ended and couldn’t recommend it more!! Will definitely be staying here next time I return to the Amalfi coast. Thankyou so much Pamela for everything!!!

Surriento Suites - a lovely choice!

We loved our 2 BR suite! A beautiful view, situated right on the harbor for easy ferry boat access, and many seafood restaurants. The rooms have lovely tile floors and walls, a spacious bathroom and kitchen area. O top of all this, our hostess Pamela went above and beyond each day to make us feel welcome and provided extra hospitality, such as fresh baked goods when we arrived back after a busy day. Highly recommended!

A Sorrento Gem I Already Miss

The most exceptional experience we could have hoped for. Pamela and her husband were simply amazing hosts and the communication was one of the most expedient I've ever experienced, and I've traveled all over. The room was far better than the photos, and the \"kitchen\" area was stocked! My friend and I were so blissfully happy in there, and I will most certainly be back. There are many 5-star hotels around the marina, but I wouldn't even bother - this is the B&B experience you dream about.

What a location. We were met off the ferry by Alessio who took us to our room and gave us lots of info about the accommodation and the local area. Great harbour views from our big bay window and we had breakfast from plentiful food provided in our room two days and chose to have breakfast in local restaurant other days. Pamela and Alessio have really made the accommodation inviting and provided all you could need for a fantastic stay.

Honeymoon in Sorrento

My wife and I stayed at Pamela's place for a few days as part of a honeymoon trip across Italy. She met us when we arrived, walked us through the unit, and gave us several tips to help us enjoy the city.

The location is right on the water. The views from both windows are INCREDIBLE looking out over the port. It's a bit of a hike uphill to the city center, but there's a convenient lift a few minutes away that will take you up in seconds. Restaurants and gelato is everywhere.

The unit is clean and has all the necessities, including a functional kitchen and bathroom. We wished that the TV featured a better selection of English channels, to unwind with after some very long days touring the coast.

The host, Pamela, went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we had a wonderful time. The room was setup when we arrived with roses and wine on the bed. It really set this BnB apart for us. The \"breakfast\" that she provides is on another level. I don't expect to see the likes of it again. Good food. Good snacks. And a lot of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks for being a great host, Pamela!

There are various mythical stories of Roman goddesses, but we actually encountered one during our marvelous stay at Surriento Suites………….Pamela is the goddess of hospitality! She the most incredibly charming, considerate and helpful host you will ever meet.

Hands down the best place to stay in Sorrento!

Let me first say this was probably the highest level of service I've ever had. Pamela coordinated to pick us up at the train station and take us to the building. She showed us all around town on our way there and offered to help us coordinate any travel for our few days there. It was our anniversary so she had the room set up with balloons and rose petals on the bed for us. She even had a Lemon Delight dessert delivered to our room for us to enjoy. She went way over and above to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless and full of every amenity we could ever need. We had a direct view of the port of Naples out the window (which is breathtaking) and we had fully stocked kitchenette area with all kinds of Italian snacks, juice, water, and a Nespresso machine. I would recommend this suite for any couple or person that wants to enjoy a few days in Sorrento. We will definitely stay there again!

After reading that Surriento Suites was rated number one of all the B&Bs in Sorrento, we chose it to stay for two nights while visiting Sorrento and Capri. The rating is correct, this is the best B&B that we have ever stayed in. Our hosts were wonderful, meeting us near the parking to bring our luggage to the room, reviewing everything in the room, going over highlights of the area and cost, and providing everything in the room that we could hope for and beyond. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a sitting area overlooking the Sorrento cliffs, marina and Mt. Vesuvius. There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant right next-door, which we went to for dinner., Don Pedro By the Sea. The B&B location is especially fantastic if you want to go on a day trip to Capri, the marina is right next door. Sorrento in march

Fantastic trip to Sorrento. Beggining of March is very early in the season so there seemed to be a bit of work being carried out ready for the high season. This had some benefits as visiting some places were free however there were other things that were not up and running yet so make sure you check before you book.
Accommodation was great and I can't speak more highly our host who made our stay even better with her wonderful hospitality.
I would definitely recommend staying here

Pamela was the quintessential host! She met us at the train station with a car to assist us with our luggage and transport to Surriento Suites. Upon our arrival to our room, we were welcomed with wine, fresh traditional pastries, fresh fruit and an array of snacks and drinks. The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated and had an incredible view of the Gulf of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. Each day, we looked forward to going back to the room to find a fresh pastry and even Lemoncello. Pamela was the most gracious hostess throughout our stay. When we return to Sorrento, we look forward to staying at Surriento Suites again.

Beautifully decorated with a lovely water view

We loved our stay here. Pamela, the owner, was so attentive, helping us with everything from picking us up at the station to providing gluten-free items for breakfast. The room was extra spacious and well appointed. And the view! It was so nice to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink in the little alcove looking over the Bay of Naples. The rooms are close to town, the ferry to Capri and access to Pompei or the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Surriento Suites! The room is beautiful and the host was excellent. He showed us around the room and made great recommendations for restaurants and for our day trips at the start of our stay. The details of the room were great with from the local tile to other decorations in the room. Wonderful touches including the local pastries that were left for us in the afternoon. The room has a wonderful view and it is very nice hearing the waves with the window open. Staying at the marina was very nice to catch the ferry to Capri. We enjoyed taking the elevator to the main town. It made it very convenient. Overall just a wonderful stay.

Charm and comfort in a fabulous location.

What a fantastic property. Owner Pamela and her husband Alessio met us at a nearby parking lot to arrange discounted parking and help get bags to the property and make sure we knew how to make the most of our stay. The suite was even better than the pictures and the view from the double hung window was priceless. You can go to one of the larger hotels but you would miss the character of this property in a historic building right on the beach and a superb, large suite that is super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is do it yourself with so many breads, cheeses, meats and fruits. Omelette maker and espresso machine and all of the fixings are supplied. Location is gorgeous. Transportation or a lift to the center of town is nearby. Book this property. You will be impressed and want to return.

Most impressed was the first impression of Pamela. She greeted us on the street and help us bring up the luggages. Spent long time explaining to us everything needed to know about the place. Helped me print out some documents. Not everyone would have done that willingly and with a smile. Brought us a local delight daily to eat. The most helpful I have encounter. You feel like you are visiting a good friend.

The place is large for the two of us. It probably fits a family of four. The kitchen has all the food, water, milk, yogourt, peach and abricot drinks for days. Alsi little bread, two loafs of bread, butter. Almost don't need to goout to breakfast. Also, a resturant down the street will serve you breakfast if you mention you are staying in Surriento Suites for free. Starts at 7am, but ho food like eggs, omelettes will served after 8. We only were there one day as we wanted to get up and go early. Great spacious bathroom with nice shower. I appreciate the big bathroom now as Im in Montepulciano and the bathroom her is small. LOL. The AC is fantastic. Especially when you are all sticky coming in from outside and that AC hit you. We didn't watch TV as we get in late everynite and went on our computers.

The location is right by all the ferries to the islands. Buy tickets right there and go. Hotel is 10 minutes walk with 130 steps to Piazza Tasso. Or you can take a lift for E1 with a little bit of walk or take the bus that drop you off for E1.30.

You would be crazy not to stay here!

We were a bit nervous when we arrived, as the location is right off of the main pier at Sorrento. But we were immediately super impressed with the suite, and sound was never ever an issue. It was spectacular, the best of a B&B (complete with a refigerator stocked with food for breakfast and lunch, as well as fruits, coffee, pasteries), a hotel (with daily maid service) and a rental unit (very fair price and not many neighbors to deal with). And Pamela, the owner, met us there and spent an hour with us explaining all the sights around and the public transport options available to us. She remained in contact with us and helped us with many questions about various places on the Amalfi Coast and Naples and Pompeii and Capri. We could not have been happier, we will stay again in the future, no doubt.

Very central location, amazing host

Pamela was a wonderful host, helping us plan our itinerary for our stay, providing us with snacks and amenities during our stay, and always being readily available if we had any questions. Our stay in Surriento Suites exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Sorrento. The location was perfect and easily accessible.

This is a beautiful property and close to Tasso, the docks for the ferries,restaurants, and the town lift. The view from our rooms were breathtaking. Pamela and her husband were wonderful hosts and provided so many special touches. Our group was pleasantly surprised and we plan to visit again .

Amazing stay in Sorrento

We have just spent a marvellous three nights in Surriento Suites Sorrento. The location of the property was really good, at Marina Piccolo, so convenient for boat trips to Capri, and other resorts in the Bay. There were a few restaurants at the Port, and only a short walk to the lift, which for €1 takes you to the top of the cliff and to Surriento centre. The apartments have everything you could want for, you have to see them to believe. Toiletries were provideded, an iron, socket adaptors and brochures/leaflets to help with sight seeing and public transport. Breakfast provisions for breakfast in the room were beyond belief, so much choice of food and beverages, a plumbed in coffee maker, sandwich toaster, citrus juicer, omelette maker. Pamela, who owns the apartments was fabulous, she met us off our bus at the bus station, and waited for us even though the bus was well overdue. She then took us on a tour of Sorrento, pointing out all the points to help us with our stay, best buses/ trains to go for, steps down to the port, the lift, and the best value ticket office for the ferries. Would love to come back here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Surriento Suite. It’s right by the marina and the view from our suite was gorgeous. We could just sit there all day enjoying the scenery! The location was very convenient, a few steps to catch a ferry to Capri, Posatino, Amalfi or the lift to the town central which we took everyday. The suite was beautifully remodeled and decorated like a 5 star hotel. Pam and Alessio were the best hosts anyone could ask for. They checked in often to make sure we had everything we need. Pam provided fresh treats everyday and tons of goodies for us. We highly recommended this B&B to anyone who is looking for a place in Sorrento!

Pamela,the owner, was a charming host who provided great information about Sorrento and surrounding sites. We cooked our own breakfast from the wonderful array of food provided by Pamela although there was an option to eat at local restaurant. We could not recommend Surriento Suites more highly.

EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION A++

I have never been as impressed with service than during my stay here! I would give 20 stars if I could!! I run a vacation rental company based in Seattle and Surriento Suites surpasses every expectation I had. Clean as a whistle! Plenty of supplies (toiletries, bottled water, local pastries fresh daily plus so much more!!)

The location (especially via ferry) is unreal- steps from the ferry boat and a quick elevator ride up to the main square. HIGHLY recommended and I cannot wait to go back!

The centerpiece of an outstanding experience!

There were many, many hotels to choose from in Sorrento, and all you have to go on when making this choice is a few pictures and the reviews from others. Well, in this case, the pictures and reviews of Surriento suites were awesome. We just prayed the actual location was as good as the promise. It absolutely was. The view from the room alone was enough to make the trip memorable, as you sat and watched the ferries come and go, and looked at the cliffs, and the mountains (Vesuvious) in the background. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne in our room, and barely left the window the first night. The hotel location was just minutes from town, the buses and trains, and from the ferry service if you wished to go to Capri or Naples. And of course, Pamela and her husband were just the best hosts. The room was big and comfortable, the fridge was always stocked with delicious meats, cheeses, eggs, and juice, and you can tell Pamela was passionate about making your stay special. If we make it back to the Amalfi coast, we will only stay here, even if it means scheduling our vacation around this B&B's availability. It just would not be the same anywhere else!.

Great Place!!

Pamela was extremely hospitable and caring. The location is great to be in quiet area in Sorrento next to the water and boats. Going up the town is quick (10 minutes waking up) and there was an option of an Elevator that ran until 8 pm now in the winter. Breakfast goodies were great and the place was clean and comfortable. Simply the Best

Our stay at Surriento Suites was a highlight in our trip through Southern Italy. I wondered if all of the wonderful reviews could be true. Yes, and yes again this is a marvelous B and B not just because of the spectacular views and first class accommodations but because of Pamela and her skills as a hostess. Each apartment has been carefully decorated with beautiful Italian tile and lovely unique touches in each room. The kitchenette area had an assortment of meats, cheeses, eggs, juices, fruit, breads and more. We often didn't eat until late in the day due to the hearty breakfasts we enjoyed.
Pamela provided the extra touches that made the stay fantastic. My daughter walks with crutches and Pamela insisted on meeting us with her car when we arrived. As she drove to the Inn she gave us a tour of the town and provided us with valuable sight seeing tips. She had special local pastries waiting for us when we arrived and each day brought some little thoughtful surprise. Her generous nature and hospitality made our visit so memorable and I hope to return for a visit to lovely Sorrento and visit with Pamela and Alessio.

Perfect B&B

My husband and I traveled in Europe for about a month and ended our trip in Sorrento. This bed and breakfast is by far the most romantic, charming, and amazing bed and breakfast place we stayed in. Pamela was so accommodating. She communicated with us all the time, gave us great restaurant recommendations and assisted us booking a Capri boat tour, which by the way was the highlight of our trip.
My husband and I got the biggest room and it had the most beautiful picturesque view. I am extremely happy we stayed here and wished we stayed longer. We will definitely be booking our trip here again. Thank you so much Pamela, you're such an amazing host!

A Fantastic Stay in Sorrento!

I can not say enough about this lovely B&B and its charming owners. We only had two nights in Sorrento and we could not have picked a better place. Away from the bustling center, but close enough to walk into the main squares for dinner. Steps away from the ferry port, yet tucked away from the traffic and bustle of arriving and departing passengers. Historical architecture maintained to a high standard with lots of space and glorious light in the rooms. Pamela and her husband Alessio, the owners, met us on arrival, helped us with our luggage, and shared their enthusiasm for the building and the town with grace and charm. They gave us tips on transportation, sightseeing, and dining that ended up being invaluable. Since we stayed in off season it wasn't possible to take breakfast outside, but the kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed for a morning feast along with some special regional baked delicacies. I can only echo my son's words in saying this was the best hotel experience of the trip. Bravissimo!!

Great location and room with a good view

Surriento Suites has a homely atmosphere. Pamela is a wonderful hostess and she thought of every detail to make our stay a memorable one. The room (blue theme) is very spacious, with a gorgeous view and is well stocked with eggs, cheese, ham, bread, cakes, coffee, tea, fresh fruit etc. We had breakfast using the hotel voucher at the cafe around the corner a couple of mornings. Each day, Pamela gave a surprise of local specialties on the dining table which we enjoyed at the end of the day. Alessio and Pamela went the extra mile to orientate us to Sorrento town. When I return to Sorrento, I would love to stay at Surriento Suites again.

Wonderful stay!

Pamela and her husband were the best hosts we’ve had in years! She contacted me ahead of our stay and helped me with some last minute questions. On top of that, when we got to Sorrento, she came to our rescue at the port (which turned out to be a 1-min walk to the hotel!) and spent loads of time explaining everything to us about the hotel and the town. To top it all off, the room was amazing ! Not only super spacious, beautiful and extra clean but incredibly well stacked for a potential breakfast (even though there’s also a voucher for breakfast at the restaurant in front of the hotel which has a wonderful view of the sea). My kids said that they wanted to just stay at “this home” and not travel around Italy anymore ! ;) Truly truly a great stay.

First of all let me say that Pamela is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble, whether its local information, printing out your boarding passes or recommending local restaurants. As we stayed for 10 nights she also occasionally provided yummy local treats.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a very good double shower, large firm comfortable bed and good internet access. There is also a large TV but only BBC world is available in English, no problem as you have the internet.
Great views of Mount Vesuvius as you look through the windows of the apartment as you have your continental breakfast, which Pamela provides, or you can have your breakfast at the local restaurant, 2mins away, included in the price, and also have the same view, almost sitting in the sea!
Overall very good accommodation which I would highly recommend.

Location, location, location

Really close to the ferry dock with an awesome view. Large apartment with fridge and some appliances. Very clean and comfortable and lovely host Pamela. Plenty of action during the day but quiet end down at night. Ruccio Restaurant is one minute away and has excellent good. You can have breakfast there for free as a guest of Surriento Suites. You do have to climb up a lot of steps to get to the town centre but it is less than 10 minutes if you are healthy. Highly recommended to stay here.

The communication with Pamela our host was good with quick replies to any questions.
Pamela had lots of useful information about Sorrento.
We were picked up at the train station and taken to Surriento Suites. An excellent location right on the port where all the small boats are.
Our apartment was large, clean, very well equipped and absolutely perfect.
The fridge was stocked with cheese and salami, fruit juice, yogurts, milk etc.
The coffee machine had plenty of pods rready for us. Pastries were provided with cookies.
The complimentary breakfasts were splendid, served on the harbour.
I will be back to Surriento Suites but not soon enough.

Sorrento Sweetheart

My husband and I were in Italy for a wedding. We were there for just a few days and it was our first time ever to Italy. Pamela (the owner) was absolutely wonderful; from the moment she greeted us and showed us the key points to recommending one of the best meals of our stay (Porta Marina Seafood, we were craving seafood) even to giving us helpful info of the area so we could make the most of our short stay and our limited free time. It's a B&B, so clearly breakfast is included and even better you had the option of having it in your room or you could enjoy breakfast by the water at Ruccio's which was amazing every day. All in all, it was a brief stay but it was wonderful and I would suggest if you're going to Sorrento, Surriento Suites with Pamela is the place to stay. Thank you Pamela for everything. XOXO

Best Hotel in sorrento!

Surriento suites has to be the best place to stay in Sorrento! The only hotel we could find that was actually at sea level, the rest are on top of the cliff. We were in sorrento for a wedding and most of the other guests told us they had to walk at least 25 minutes to get the the square, which is where most of the bars, shops and restaurants are located whereas it took us 5-10 minutes depending on the route we took. When we arrived we were met by Pamela and her husband waiting for us outside so they could carry our bags to our room. Pamela then showed is around the local area and explained the best and cheapest way to enjoy our stay. We had the option of having breakfast in the room or down at a local restaurant looking out to sea. The room was absolutely fantastic, with sea views. We could not of been happier, it was by far the best hotel experience we have had and would recommend it to anyone!

Everything from start to finish was no problem for Pamela and her team. The suite was stunning, clean and had the most amazing view. Plenty of lovely meats, cheeses and fruit available for breakfast or the use of a wonderful local cafe.

Just an amazing place to stay in Sorrento, on it's own beach, right beside the docks. It could not have been better located. The view from the large picture window in the bay-shaped day room was of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius in the background, and the Marina Piccola harbor with ferry traffic and hydrofoils from Naples & Capri, and the beach! The rooms were clean as can be, the view was wonderful. The best part, however, was the warm welcome and caring attention of Pamela, the owner-manager, who anticipated my every need..... and went out of her way to provide attention to detail, a lovely fully stocked refrigerator and nightly home-made treats! Never before have I had a hotel that provided such amenities. Pamela made me feel welcome and appreciated that I came to visit! In a word - it was AWESOME.

Best Sorrento Experience!

We had the best experience at Surriento Suites!! Pamela is an amazing host, she really goes above and beyond, we felt right at home! I can't say enough about how perfect the location of the B&B is, beautiful right on the Marina and just a few steps from the elevator to the center of town. Our room was meticulously clean and stocked with full breakfast, different types of coffees and treats and anything we could ever need. We will definitely be staying at Surriento Suites again in the future and would highly, highly recommend it to all ! Thank you Pamela for such a wonderful experience. We miss it!

Pamela had home made treats for us every afternoon baked by her mother. That was incredible! I recommend taking the local shuttle bus down from the train station. It's too hard to lug suitcases all that way on cobblestones!

Sublime Surriento in Sorrento

Pamela was a gracious hostess and ensured that we had enough to eat for breakfast and a snack. A Room with a View

Hotel room had wonderful view out to the port and over Sorrento Bay. Very quiet, with a 10 minute walk (or elevator ride) up to the town center. The hotel manager provided a lot of helpful information, especially about site sightseeing and local transportation options, and notified us right away after we left something in the hotel safe upon departure. The room / mini-fridge was well stocked daily for a full breakfast (including fruit, cereal, cheese and meat) and with tasty home made desserts. Would definitely stay again.

Best B&B in Italy !!

We have travelled around Itlay a bit and Surriento Suites would have to be the best B&B we have stayed in while in Italy. The location on Marina Piccola in Sorrento is great with views over the marina and over to Mt Vesuvius from the room window. The room itself was beautifully appointed with a great bathroom (with a large shower for those of us who like a bit of room in the shower). A lovely breakfast was delivered to our room each morning (ask for her scrambled eggs - they are perfect) and the room was serviced fully each day while we were out touring. Pamela also gave us the inside word on how to get to various places, what was the best to see, and what tourist \"bee nests\" to avoid - doing this we enjoyed our time in the Sorrento / Capri region.
