It took me a bit to find in the dark. The gate is on the left side of the Leone Rossa restaurant. It says 27 ABCD. Go through that gate. Scalia A B etc is on the left side of the door quite small. Buildings are on the left side of the street. The stairs are dark at night. The room was great, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. I would stay again.

The room was very clean and the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. It is very close (less than 5 minutes) to the Circumvesuviana train station in Sorrento and the main street. It is also about 15 minutes or less walk to/from ferry port. *One note just for info... is that it is located on the 3rd floor of the building, so carrying your luggage up and down stairs is required.

Great location! A few minutes walk to the bus stop and train station. Very close to restaurants and Piazza Tasso. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good (bread, cold cuts, eggs, etc.). Instructions for how to get into the property was easy.
The only draw back is the bathroom. Shower was a little difficult to use—no shower door so the floor could get wet easily. There’s also no exhaust fan so we had to open the window to let the air out after using the toilet, but it was cold when we were there so showering with an open window could be a challenge.
If not for the bathroom, this would have been a 5/5 stars! I would still recommend staying here because the area and service are excellent!

The hotel was clean and conveniently located…great for a short stay and a backpack, but the description failed to mention the FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs and NO elevator. I’m 60 and my husband is 63. We are on a three week vacation and as such we each had a suitcase weighing just shy of our airlines 50 lb limit. Needless to say, my husband had to carry both suitcases up and then down the stairs. Also, although it says the manager is available 8-8, they are not always on the property and it took over three hours to get a simple response during working hours. And finally, it was hit or miss whether your tiny shower would be cold or scalding.

Parking is across the street and the charge is $25 per day even though parking could be available directly in front of the building, Also, the ground level and floors one and two in the building are not lit. Therefore if you get in after sunset, you’ll be walking the stairs in the dark. There’s no staff on site in the late afternoon/evening either. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone and everything going on around you. The pillow are super thin and need to be replaced and the shower is the size of a small camper sized shower.

More akin to a hostel than hotel
First off, this is not a hotel. This is more akin to a private room at a hostel. You must walk up several floors to get to the \"hotel,\" which looks to be an apartment that has portioned off its few rooms to be \"hotel rooms.\" Our hotel room had mold in many areas, drywall on the floor, a clogged douche, and book lice. Shower was the size of a boat shower -- incredibly small. Hotel staff was only available during certain hours and may or may not contact you via Whatsapp with instructions for entering the building.
It is in a great location and quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable if you don't mind non-fitted sheets.
For the price, you can stay at an actual hotel with better service that offers a cleaner environment.

Well maintained 3rd floor apartment house converted to bed and breakfast style hotel rooms. We got the corner room with garden and mountain view of Sorrento. The room is well maintained, good shower and a welcome bottle of wine with my rewards membership. Made to order breakfast, complentary water bottles were included.In room coffee machine and 2 biscuits were nice as well. Property is close to all attractions of the town, all walkable with in minutes.

It was a convenient stopover for us. The self check-in requires referencing your phone (mine was out of batteries so it was a little challenging). About 60 or so steps, no elevator. It's down an alley so a little hard to find. We asked at the restaurant next door and they pointed us in the right direction. It was easy to get to our ferry in the morning and the staff was very nice.

Not a hotel in the traditional sense with a lounge, lobby, reception, bar etc. but they do what they do very well. Communications were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. It's very well located, right by the station and only 5 minutes walk to the main part of the city. There's also a good collection of cafes, snack bars and shops just down from the hotel. The breakfast arrangement is a bit quirky but, again, well managed and perfectly good. Would certainly stay here again if we ever return to Sorrento.

So this is not a real hotel. It’s an apartment building where they must own the floor and turned into hotel. The location just okay but hard to find. It is the 4th floor and no elevator too so plan to carry your suitcase.

Only downside is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartments with no lift option which is difficult with heavy suitcases.

So close to the restaurants, shops, viewing areas, port and train station. Was a little hard to find as minimal signage. Room was lovely and breakfast very plentiful and lots of variety and choice.

The place is conveniently located just a few minute walk from the train station. Check in was easy and convenient, as they sent me clear instructions for our stay. The room was clean and spacious for us, and also included a glass bottle of still and sparkling water which they refilled for you each day. Breakfast is served daily, but it is very minimal, but a nice feature. Our biggest complaint was the shower. It was not setup well so constantly soaked the floor. Not to mention, the hot water wouldnt last for even one short shower, which was incredibly frustrating.

This is a wonderful place. 2 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes to a main street with a grocery store, lots of restaurants and shopping. One note: there is no elevator and the rooms are on the 4th floor (for Americans). The included breakfast was a nice treat with several options.

The place is clean and the lady Nadia is very nice. But I would never stay here again. It’s loud with paper thin walls. You can hear people next room. 4 flights of stairs up (Nadia did carry my fathers luggage for him) and limited hot water. It’s more of a budget style accommodation. It’s not an accessible place for elderly or people with mobility issues. Having said that, it is clean and the breakfast is decent for sure. From the photos it appears that you get a balcony but only 1 of the 5 rooms does. You get what you pay for.
