Front desk clerks are idiots.
Asked if resort was in town of Kalmiche. Woman replied, \"Don't ask me. How would I know?\"
Was charged 2,500+ on my credit card for a 3 night stay.
Different front desk clerk explained, \"Charges are from entire resort, including Casino.\"
I don't gamble and I never even set foot in the casino.\"
She retorted, \"You'll have to call your credit card company and work with them.\"
NO! NO! NO!!!
Spoke with 5 different front desk people, multiple times, over 4 hours wasted. No explanation for extra bogus charges. \"Check with your credit card company.\"
Complained again today. They threatened to call Security.
What a corrupt organization! And uneducated, stupid employees only collude with corruption.
Non-existant maid service. Woke up this morning and ran out of T.P.
Horrible restaurant food and RUDE service.

Clean room, lots to do, and friendly staff. The one front desk clerk was bouncing a ball on the desk and not looking at us when we asked a question but everyone else - rest of front desk, housekeeping, janitors - were all very friendly, professional, and helpful.
The rooms are big and clean. The only downside was no room service, but we were able to order take out from a restaurant and bring back to the room anyways. Pool is really nice and was perfecr for a hot day.
Would definitely stay here again.

The food service at Starlight lounge was very slow and the quality was not that great. They should really tell you that IF or when you pick two sides (as pointed out on the menu) that there is an extra fee. My hubby and I got steaks that comes with two sides and got charged $4 more each for the mac & cheese side.

The bathroom had a crusty washcloth left at the top of the shower door. As we were getting our stuff together to check out we did find a bed bug on our bed. We checked around both beds and did not find any other than the one. I put it in a cup and let the front desk know as we were checking out about it.

We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I've had to write a negative review. I really hope they improve since they are making a bunch of renovations.

I understand kids will be kids but someone needs to keep an eye on adults drinking alcohol and kids jumping in the pool and hot tub. Staying at the casino isn’t cheap and I would at least like to enjoy the hot tub without getting splashed. I won’t be back.

I think there should be a sign for going to hotel cus we went to the casino side not knowing until after the fact..also a lot of parking was taken up by people having trailers took up 3-5 spots. We booked a King room and they gave our room away. They tried to put us in two queen beds. They said they were not obligated to give us a king room, even though we paid extra for a king, because we book through a third party.
After a bit of a hassle, they “found” us a king room. After that, we were happy with our stay.

We wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and did we luck out! Our room was new and spacious and the most flattering part of our stay was my two pre teens taking pictures of the hotel lobby. They were impressed with it and that’s a big deal for two female pre teens being impressed. I enjoyed the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Always a great stay here. We have a furry companion this time and they were so kind and helpful. The food at the bar and the restaurant was amazing. Try the fry bread with honey butter and raspberry jam. Only 6 bucks and the best end of the night snack you can have.

Thorpighly enjoyed the spa services. The restaurant we dined at had quick service for a sit down dining experience, and the food was delicious.
Only downer was that pool was indoor. We had hoped to get some sun, but the only place to get any was a lone bench swing at the back of the hotel.
