The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and I got cold while I was showering. It was barely enough to keep me wet at all. Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities aside from and overpriced spa. Huge regret staying here.

The heater in the room is noisy, so we didn't run it at night, but then we got cold, so we put a couple bath towels on the bed for warmth. The bed is medium-firm. I prefer soft, but thankfully it wasn't overly firm like many hotel beds are. I liked the fact that the swimming pool was nice and warm. You can get a giant slice of pizza for six dollars, and a scoop of very good ice cream for seven.

Front desk clerks are idiots.
Asked if resort was in town of Kalmiche. Woman replied, \"Don't ask me. How would I know?\"
Was charged 2,500+ on my credit card for a 3 night stay.
Different front desk clerk explained, \"Charges are from entire resort, including Casino.\"
I don't gamble and I never even set foot in the casino.\"
She retorted, \"You'll have to call your credit card company and work with them.\"
NO! NO! NO!!!
Spoke with 5 different front desk people, multiple times, over 4 hours wasted. No explanation for extra bogus charges. \"Check with your credit card company.\"
Complained again today. They threatened to call Security.
What a corrupt organization! And uneducated, stupid employees only collude with corruption.
Non-existant maid service. Woke up this morning and ran out of T.P.
Horrible restaurant food and RUDE service.

Clean room, lots to do, and friendly staff. The one front desk clerk was bouncing a ball on the desk and not looking at us when we asked a question but everyone else - rest of front desk, housekeeping, janitors - were all very friendly, professional, and helpful.
The rooms are big and clean. The only downside was no room service, but we were able to order take out from a restaurant and bring back to the room anyways. Pool is really nice and was perfecr for a hot day.
Would definitely stay here again.

The food service at Starlight lounge was very slow and the quality was not that great. They should really tell you that IF or when you pick two sides (as pointed out on the menu) that there is an extra fee. My hubby and I got steaks that comes with two sides and got charged $4 more each for the mac & cheese side.

The bathroom had a crusty washcloth left at the top of the shower door. As we were getting our stuff together to check out we did find a bed bug on our bed. We checked around both beds and did not find any other than the one. I put it in a cup and let the front desk know as we were checking out about it.

We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I've had to write a negative review. I really hope they improve since they are making a bunch of renovations.
