Whole experience was Meh… The service, the food, the room etc. Was given the furthest away room even though I was told it was not far… ordered food that I was told would take 10 mins - it took 30 mins and was not great. The room was awkward - TV on the side wall from the bed… and it was loud. You can literally hear EVERY single car passing by on the freeway All night. And there was NO SHOWER DOOR! Not even a curtain! The water from the shower just leaks all over the floor and you can’t have any steam. Like what corporate hack thought that was a good idea to save a buck… seriously? Would not recommend this place nor will I stay here again.

Everyone was super helpful and responsive. I was able to get the heater in my room adjusted and extra blanket when my room was cold. Seems like they extended food service at their restaurant , was able to get food at 8:30 or 9 pm.

Rm scale 1-5 . bed 1, shower water pressure 1, coffee/pot horrible 0 . Hotel Public space is nice for business . No space outside to sit comfortably and just relax except along very loud freeway . Thought I could at indoor pool but it was like a steam room. Lobby did not offer any coffee without payment. Hilton right next door has nice coffee available in lobby as most other hotels do when you’re paying over $150 per night.

Overall the hotel met expectations. We only had interaction with one check in staff (conrad, who was very nice and chatty). The bed wasn't the most comfortable and sheets/pillows weren't super nice, but it was what was expected at the price point we paid. the location is a bit off the beaten track and there are no services around it but it was safe from crime given the location which was nice. Convenient with car as its close to the hwy.

Our room wasn’t clean up, we left early for hiking only to return to a room that was undone. The body was was never refilled upon arrival when you return from a hike the last thing you want is deal with those things. The location is good, but first experience staying with Courtyard I’m unsure if I missed something but I never had to ask for someone to clean my room and do the normal checks for a room to be ready for a guest, you would expect this since you are paying enough for it.

It can be tough traveling with a toddler, but the hotel was as many other reviews stated, clean and quiet. The heated pool room is awesome and provided a peaceful space to teach baby how to swim.

Conrad made our check-in process very welcoming and put us at ease being our first trip to town. I had not heard anyone say “y’all” for a long time, totally missed hearing it!

The rooms are not soundproof, but for being by the highway it is fairly quiet in the room. We used the AC and white noise machine, no issues sleeping at all.
Room is in a nice wide square layout instead of the long rectangular one you usually find in hotels. King bed was very comfortable, sheets cool and soft. Sofa was clean, TV was big.

The room is very nice and spacious. We are a group of 4 but only had 2 towels available. We had to go and get a couple more towels. Also, the guests staying above us are very noisy even after we spoke with guest services. They must have small children because they keep running back and forth not making it difficult for us to sleep. We will request a top floor next time.

I was a here for a work trip, so the location and availability of a room in such short notice was convenient for me. I did not have a chance to check out the gym, however the bartender service and the food were great. They gave me a discount for it being my birthday - that was cool. I spent a lot of time on my computer and the Wifi worked really well. Besides there being a hair on one of my towels, I had no issues. Also, Layne at the front desk, thanks for your help with letting me check out at 2pm instead of 11am - much appreciated.

Very comfortable stay. Plenty of parking. Location felt safe and secure as it was a bit out of the way to get to from the freeway. Noise from the fwy was not an issue. Only negative thing is that the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors in the next rooms and doors slamming in the hallways.

Room equipped with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker, which we always want because my husband has dietary restrictions and was able to heat his meal.
