The room was clean, staff especially the manager at this location is a fantastic human being, polite, helpful, understanding and willing to solve any issues related to the room. Location is outstanding, near i5 highway, 24 hours restaurant, convenient store, gas station, bus stop just besides it. Really recommend this place!!!

Room was great, was not expecting a microwave, refrigerator. very dark with the blackout curtains so it was nice to sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to many stores/restaurants. The only thing I could say is that the tv needs to get upgraded as it has lines in it but other than that A+.

Worst hotel I've EVER stayed at! Dark brown painted doors gave that non-cheerful, eery look. Even walls had brown paint. Gap in window allowed all freeway noise and heavy drafts into room, so I was forced to jam a screw under it so I could sleep. All 3 lamps mismatched. Throw pillows for bed. Paint, stains and holes on the 1 chair in my room. People sitting in their cars all night, along with homeless people sneaking in. Bathroom fan didn't work. Very few towels. Couldn't swivel tv to see from desk. Could hear tv from 4 rooms down the hall. 1 tiny wastebasket. Microwave so small none of my cups fit. Stoppers out of sink and shower drains. Smears all over mirror. Horrible paint job all over building showing rookies painted and didn't use tape. Refrigerated waffles you put in toaster? Not me! Luke warm coffee right after breakfast started being available. This was a huge mistake staying here! I even swept on top of the covers in my clothes to lessen the risk of possible bed bugs. This place appears to have been built in the 50s or 60s with never any upgrades or modernizations. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here! I was afraid to go to my car after dark because everywhere I looked there were people in cars for hours if not all night. ONLY positive thing about my stay was the low price I got through Expedia. But apparently you get what you pay for!

Pet friendly, so awesome in my book.

Staff was kind and friendly. Room conditions were horrible. Bathroom lite wouldn’t turn off, bed stand lite was broken, hair dryer didn’t work, no coffee pot, tv remote didn’t work and the heater wouldn’t turn on in the morning!

It wasnt very clean, the light switches were dirty, there was mystery liquid smeared on wall and ceiling. And a bloody hand print on the wall in the bathroom pretty gross. Staff was really nice though.

Yesterday was horrible!!! The first room they gave me didn’t work. It was broken The faucet didn’t work in the hot water. The bedding was burnt holes in it from cigarettes room is clean. They moved me to another room, this room has burns in the bedding as well and was filthy nasty. I wound up going to a dollar tree to get cleaning supplies to tolerate the room. It was that bad!!! They say they have a pool and hot tub pool was open cold not heated. The hot tub was not only closed. It was concrete filled. Just all around bad place homeless people all around begging for money would not ever recommend this place.

This place is a meth den. I understand Washington wants to their homeless, but not on my dime. The price was ridiculously for the standard of room. Nothing in room worked, drawers didn’t open and shut, burn holes in the bedspread from 1970! Unbelievable that Wyndham would allow this under their umbrella. Shame on Super 8!

Great value for visiting Olympia area

Very good value simple hotel. Staff are excellent. Rooms are just fine. It's next to the freeway but the room noise on the bottom level was very low. They take pets and it's very convenient for visiting Olympia.

Stayed twice in a 2 week period.
Both stays staff was EXCEPTIONAL . Both stays in handicap room. 1st stay the toilet was low, but had good handrail to help us get up. Room really clean, all good. 2nd stay we were put in different handicap room. High toilet, but room could have been improved: rusty lamp, lamp shade torn, pillow in chair looked like animal had chewed on it as well as seam was ripped out and had to call desk to get tv to work.
2nd stay other problems can only be blamed on current other guests. Dogs barking & whimpering but not long enough to call desk just long enough to wake you up. Doors banging closed all night and neighbors foul mouth disagreements off and on all night.
Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

I left a 600 dollar Steam Deck video game console in one of the two rooms I stayed in from the 25th until the morning of the 27th. The hotel claims that the device is not in the room but that is literally the only place it could be. This is a huge loss financially and I would appreciate an investigation. Thank you.

In a pinch, and in my case broken a/c on 95 degree day, a blessing. Within my budget, my daughter and I stayed in an a/c room, which was running when we got into our room. The hostess was uber friendly and helpful, quick checkin and quick to come up and set the wifi password for TV. Great channel selections after pool swim. The bathroom needed a ceiling repair and no USB chargers, but the least of things as we slept good in a cool room after a dip in the pool. Would stay again in a pinch. We do have a small dog and you can't beat the $20 a night fee versus $50 at other hotels.

Good Communication is Key

Despite having problems with their water. This motel could have just let us figure it out and took our money. Instead they contacted me until I spoke with them and explained the situation. They offered to cancel the room. But I told them it would be okay. They gave us discounts and I did the pre-check in. When I got there. Everything was waiting for me. I signed one paper about the pet policy and was on my way to my room. Thank you for making sure communication was key. My family truly enjoyed the stay.

Clean but no hot water, needs renovation etc

Picked hotel for my monthly business trip. Have tried other motel hotels in area but had found others always under renovation construction. Picked this hotel after calling them - the day before - to make sure they were not under construction. Arrived in evening to find that they had no hot water. (Mechanical repair failed.) They said they tried calling me but no calls received etc. Too late for me to find alternate. Motel room was clean but old with minor recent updates. Toilet was loose. Free Breakfast is a 3 out of 5 compared to near by hotels. Many of those having breakfast that day mentioned in conversations they were staying there on public assistance etc. Pool looked decent. Dont pay over $75 a night to stay here unless no other option. I expect this will be the next motel to be under renovation etc.

It was a enjoyable stay
The only thing I did not like was, we had our two cats with us and the hotel required us to follow the one person had to be the room with our cats at all times. We were in Lacey looking to buy a home and putting the cat item plus the cats in our car to look at homes was a major problem. When we wanted to go out to eat we had to take the cats with us.

I was going to go with 1, but the bed was comfortable. That being said we weren't told where the breakfast was so we missed out. Despite a non smoking policy you could smell it in the lobby as soon as you walked in. A deep cleaning hasn't been done in who knows how long. I could smell something like urine in our room, and later stepped on what may have been dried urine. Someone else's hair was still in the bath tub. We also smelled smoke in the vending area. We opted to wait to shower until we were camping instead of using their's.

Room was nice enough. Common areas are a bit run down. What made the stay unacceptable was the fact we had no hot water. We were there working out of town for the weekend. Complained the first morning. Then went to work. Came back in the evening... still no hot water. Their excuse was they could not get anyone to work on the weekend. I don't expect much from a Super 8. But, I do expect hot water!

It was okay for the price. Nothing fancy at all, but not dirty or smelly. There was a homeless guy going through the garbage and cigarette butt can, out front of the building and a loud group of customers, one who yelled for hours at other customers and someone on facetime both inside the building/his room and outside. The employees addressed the man several time's and allowed us to move our room further from his which was great but he was still there and still yelling the next morning outside.

Absolute bogus/fake review!

I booked 2 nights using Hotels.com. There are plenty of 5-star reviews which almost immediately become clearly bogus shortly after checking in.
Checked in and the first room I was given was dark, dank, and smelly. To top it off, right across the hall was a barking dog and a screaming g baby. I could have turned off my hearing aids and not be bothered but my service dog (hearing alert) kept alerting to the crying baby.
When I asked to be moved, receptionist was not at all surprised as to the reason - why did she put me there to start!? Moved me all the way to the end of the hall, which smelled like there was a recent pot (marijuana) party. Next room was also dark and dank and reeked of cigarettes even though supposed to be non-smoking. Opened the window to air but there are no screens and the bugs / mosquitoes were too bad - but lo and behold, cigarette butts and ashes and the outside window frame used to butt out the cigarettes.
The floor again seemed sticky to my shoes and there was gross hair wads and dust bunnies.
I honestly did not want to remove my socks at all.
The motel seems to be a combination homeless camp, crack hous and maybe gypsy camp. Around 6 pm, the hallway marijuana smell was replaced my apparent dinner cooking - and it was not an appetizing smell.
There were at least 2 GSD type dogs who barked any time you pass - inside or outside as there are no window screens. My service dog is a 5lb Yorkie and I felt really uncomfortable with the large, barking obnox

Had the find the property, down behind other properties.
A bit run down, needs updated and whoever did the painting doesn’t know how to tape around outlets.
The young lady that check us in was ver friendly and cordial.
Cigarette burns on vanity and marked on the lid of the toilet.
Room was dust….funiture was scared up.
Really needs a update done!

Denny’s is in the same parking lot. Make sweet love to your lady and get some alright diner food afterwards. Mondays ain’t so bad.

I'd like to start by saying I've had the oppritunity to stay more than once, some time back when it was under different management with some wondefful staff and now currently so I'll be writing this for my current stay.

I lost my home the prior year and have been traveling since then until I could find stability. While in my travels I work and have my dog. Ever since coming my stay has been more than accomodated.

Very disappointed

The desk help was polite. However we were told it was a non smoking room and there was cigarette burns all o er the sink and when we told the office they said they were unaware. There seemed to be homeless people hanging around the back end of the hotel where we had to enter the door. We even had one guy come up and look in our window there for causing us to have our curtain closed.
The room next door was very noisy. They had there tv on extremely loud till 3:00 am it was off for a couple hours and by 7:00 am it was blaring again. No phones in the room. Made for a completely intolerable stay. Definetly will not stay there again.
