The first day the pool area was being painted, so we could not utilize the pool when we booked the room \"our room\" showed a microwave in the photos but when we checked in there was no microwave in our room so we had to go buy things to make food prep easier, the noise in the area was high.

Basic accommodations for our quick stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.
The room itself appeared to be updated; however, I noticed a stain on my sheets. Rather than requesting new bedding, I used the blankets and pillow I keep in my vehicle for travel. As a sports parent who frequently travels with my kids for tournaments, I always have these items on hand.
The rooms do not include a fridge or microwave, which was a bit inconvenient, although there is an ice machine and microwave available for guest use in the lobby. The TV offered cable channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi was available.
I found it difficult to sleep the first night due to highway traffic noise. The second night was much better, likely because I was exhausted after a long day at the ballpark and a poor night's sleep the evening before.
What stood out most was the price. At $188.90 CAD per night, I felt the cost was quite high for what was offered. While the accommodations were clean and functional, they were very basic, and the overall value did not match the nightly rate in my opinion.
Overall, the stay was okay and served its purpose for a short visit, but I expected more given the price point.

Pet friendly. That was the only good thing and parking was convenient, We brought cold perishable food only to find there was no refrigerator. (There was ice near the office, however.) There was one desk chair and no desk other than tv stand. We were told upon arrival that our room had no tv. Switching to a different room to have tv didn't work because there it wasn't operable without connection through hotel's wifi on unsecure connection on your own personal device - (no thanks!)

Room is the basics, but what you need, and they do have a microwave near the vending machines in the office you can use to heat food.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in.

At check-in, the grouchy old man at the front desk immediately told me not to leave anything unlocked and said if we wanted to do drugs, we needed to leave the property first and come back afterward. That alone should have been my sign to leave, but unfortunately I had already paid.

There was also a sign at the front desk saying guests can only stay 14 days, then must leave for 3 days before returning for another 14. I asked if people lived there long-term, and he awkwardly said “not really,” which made the whole thing even stranger.

When we opened the room door, the smell hit us instantly. It was awful. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes, because one swipe across the floor turned the wipe completely black. We ended up cleaning as much as we could ourselves just to feel somewhat comfortable.

The sheets were stained. The bed skirts were stained. I’m pretty sure one stain was dried blood. The mattress itself had black stains all over it. There was a huge crack running through the floor, sticky red stuff dried on the wall (looked like jam… hopefully), hair in the shower, and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

One pillow slipped out of its pillowcase and had something crusty and moldy on it. I checked for bed bugs and thankfully didn’t find any. I also didn’t see roaches or rats, which honestly became the “positive” part of this stay.

I literally left after paying and stayed elsewhere. If you don't mind parking lot fights, the smell of weed wafting through the air, and a general unsafe atmosphere, then this is your motel. The guy at the front desk was cool, but I literally didn't even go into the room. I was there on vacation and not to catch a case, which i feel would have definitely happened, had I spent one night there. One star because of the front desk guy.

One star is generous but can't leave a review with zero. I get it's a low rate hotel so expectations aren't to be high, but some basic cleanliness is definitely expected. Place was run down and filthy. Got in after hours, so used the night check in window. Clerk had company over and was watching a movie and took a few minutes to tend to us as we waited at the window. Then we parked near our room and had an unhoused guy setting up his bed in his van in the parking lot. We made our way up to our room and was immediately greeted by the foul smell of dirty socks and cigarettes, even though it was supposedly a non smoking room. We looked around and could not find a single clean surface. Dust, dirt and unidentifiable stains on every surface including the lamp shades. Got brave enough to check inside the microwave and saw an explosion of some unknown source all over the sides and top of it. Who knows what was in there. We ran out of the property and booked a room at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. Manager had the nerve to tell us they could only refund one night out of our three night stay, even though we spent a total of 5 minutes in there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You're better off sleeping in your car or under a bridge somewhere.

The guy with the beard who checked me in is a cool dude. There's a lot of wyt trash and some other colors of trash hanging out there. Seemed like people live there or something. But I was told they're not allowed to, they have to kick them our after 13 days so they don't get squatters rights. Anyways, the cops don't really patrol. It seems that pretty much anybody can do whatever they want on the property. Families of dirty vagrants were just hanging out in the parking lot, smoking cigarettes, and they kept trying to talk to me and it was just pretty gross. There is poop all over, dog owners (I hope it was dogs, it could've been the bums) don't pick up their poop. I had three of my dogs with me and I didn't even want them to walk in the grass around the property. It was disgusting. I don't understand why certain people can't clean their dog poop. I do it. Anyways, the room was OK, everything worked fine, it was kind of loud. I would come here only by myself. Not with a kid or with a family. It's cheaper they allow dogs. I felt safe because I carry weapons, but I wouldn't if I didn't have them with me. You could tell a lot of these dudes are just out of prison or going back into it.

Non-smoking room smelled of old, dirty smoke. Toilet had a ring around the bowl & floor was crumbly & sticky. Many bags of garbage, some even open, in the walkways. Beat-up cars strewn with personal items in the parking lot. As 2 women traveling together, we did not feel safe in the parking lot. We could not stay there.
Front desk staff was quite helpful & friendly, though.

Disgusting! Room reeked of piss. Ancient lumpy mattresses, revolting yellow pillows, peeling floor- looked like old contact paper that had been through a dozen sewage floods. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor’s conversations and their obnoxious barking dogs. Outside looked dirty and sad. Guests milling about smoking. Staff was trying- they deserve better.

We didn’t stay because of how deplorable the conditions were. The staff was rude and made checking in impossible, once they finally gave us a room key, we entered the room to find that it had been in previous use and never cleaned (Beds were unmade, trash next to the door, and the door did not close properly as it seemed it had been kicked in). While addressing these concerns at the front desk we witnessed what seemed to be working girls coming in for a shift, verified by the heavy police presence. We requested a refund and left as quickly as possible. The staff working the counter at that point, must have known the condition the room was in, because he didn’t ask any questions or raise any objections.

I did not end up staying the night here. The room we were put in was designated non-smoking, but there was nothing non-smoking about it. The room reeked, the door didn't seal, I did not feel safe in the room at all. The person at the front desk, Ryan, actually suggested we not stay there before we checked in. The room itself looks nothing like the photos posted. I would not recommend anyone stay here for any amount of money.

Yes and didn’t need laundry. They didn’t have the room that I called and specifically reserved, no smoking . The pillows and bed feel like they have never been replaced. There was food on the walls very dirty sink and shower. I had to go buy $30 in cleaning products and $20 in pillows. We couldn’t sleep because the neighbor was so loud ALL NIGHT! I didn’t even stay my second night we had to go find a hotel we felt safe to sleep in. I regrettably had to take a smoking room and I’m still washing the smell out of hair and clothes.

Staff was great. Room needed some attention, floor repair, curtain repair; but it was clean and obviously had been renovated in the recent past. Bedding was wrinkled as if left in the dryer for a long time, but it was also clean. A budget stay for sure, but clean and well managed I think. Jen, at the front desk, was very helpful as well as the night staff that I interacted with upon arrival. Restaurants and Fred Meyers nearby made it easy to stay close to the hotel if you didn't have other business out and about.

Unit 214:
1) They don't clean while we are here. We have to check out before they will do anything to the room. So if you are staying for an extended stay, there is no service to the room until you check out. You can get towels, sheets and a broom, but no service is available until you check out.
2) The heater rattles really loudly at night. I have already mentioned this to them, but nobody has looked into it, yet. And on some of the A/C units the exterior grill is missing exposing the inner parts to the environment. Like the one room I was sent to.
3) Main door looks as though it was forced open at least once. The door latch is loose ready to fall off at anytime. And there is a gap between door and frame allowing light and cold air to come in.
4) Thermostat facing is not all the way secure, like it hangs out. It doesn't close to a seamless fit. Upon further examination it almost looks like the facing is wrong for the thermostat.
5) The tv doesn't connect to the motels WIFI, but this maybe done deliberately.
6) I tried to move to another room just to find that it was missing a fridge and microwave. I was told these are the only two rooms available at the time. So I went back to this room that had these items even though the heater rattles really loudly at night.

So yeah, I am not to pleased with the arrangements. For money that I am paying I can't really complain, but these items really need to be addressed. Thanks.

First off, the front desk guy was very helpful and accommodating (he is the only aspect of that motel that deserves any stars at all). Also, we survived the stay, which is a plus. That's where the pros end. The initial room stunk so badly of dog urine that we could not be in it (and we are very tolerant of smells). We were able to swap rooms, but the second room was so filthy that we were afraid to touch the bathroom door as it looked like it had feces all over the frame (at this point we had hoped it was dog and not human) and the floor had sticky goo all over it. The mattress was so badly caved in that we woke up in pain all over. Part of the building had burned down and is boarded up. This stay was an adventure; but not one I care to repeat. We would have not stayed here at all, if not for the fact that by the time we got here we were too exhausted to drive anywhere else.

This used to be a viable option for travel. However, the last two times I stayed there, opting for a deluxe room, there has been no microwave and a refrigerator that operates at a temperature that cannot be even classified as cold. The staff is always awesome. I just wish there was some more care to the amenities.

Light in shower was flickering enough yo give a person a seizure. Had to leave the light all night for it to eventually stop sink outside bathroom didn’t drain half the time. The beds in that room weren’t that comfy and you could tell they needed replacement , we could feel the springs. The heater in my room didn’t work. The heater was plugged in and it wouldn’t run.
I didn’t discover this until 11pm. When I told the manager about it the following morning he blamed me for not getting dressed and coming to the front desk to complain. It seems to le they don’t bother to check their facilities before they rent a room.
I won’t stay there again if I can help it.

Were there multiple drug deals in the parking lot? Yeah. Was there flickering lights in the room? Of course. Was it kind of run down and dirty? Yes. Did the tv work? Absolutely not.

But here’s the deal. The price point is <50$ a night. The lock worked and it didn’t have bedbugs or fleas, so can’t complain. 5/5!
