The hotel is old and dirty. The first room we went in was on the bottom floor and the window didn’t lock. I asked if we could switch rooms. We went to the second floor and it was fine. The curtains looked like they had blood on them. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean, so we stayed. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is definitely aged and not much upkeep. Paints chipped all over the walls in the room. Front of the building has a gaping hole in the roof. Dirt and grime in the bathroom.

Beds were comfortable and clean so there’s that.

The property overall is a bit in used condtion. I wouldn't call it rundown, and that type of thing doesnt bother me at all. I booked just for an overnight get away with 4 of my kids to swim and hang out. We had a clean and spacious room with 2 queens, pull out couch, small dining and coffee table. Bathroom was tight for space but had everything we needed. My kids had a blast at the pool and hot tub. We went 3 times during our 1 overnight stay. I loved the endless towels available at the pool. Free parking, no issues and no weirdos. Awesome breakfast buffet with tons of options. Every employee was extremely nice, I didn't feel the usual discomfort I tend to feel when I show up with my kids. I would take my kids back. You do need a physical card for $100 deposit, I almost blew it because I had just my digital wallet. Was able to use one of my kids greenlight debit cards to get the deposit paid! No tap payment available. Thanks for a great time!

The facility was dirty and walls and floor were scuffed. the room was missing artwork and had nails sticking out of the walls. The iron was broke and had burnt residue on the bottom. The ironing board was broken and continuously collapsed. The staff was, however, very pleasant.

Well the room had cobwebs in the corners of the room in the closet the TV had dust bunnies behind it bigger than my cat food is okay if you like that type of thing I mean it's not bad but then again it was just scrambled eggs and I appreciative of the food but I had to hear about the flooding of the rooms from this one lady that was going berserk and the floor had carpet they looked like it had been torn up cut out and put back together recently it was a $25 a night room and it definitely wasn't a upgraded suite or anything like it there was a couple good things about the place and that was the night auditor and the easy check-in through Expedia

Cleaning staff is very friendly and do a really good job. Breakfast was perfect and had a good selection. I stayed for 4 nights and it was a great stay. Starting with the positives first. The staff was kind. The beds were soft and the showers were warm. The rooms were fairly clean. However, the breakfast was not good. The potatoes and sausage were barely cooked and there was no creamer for coffee for 2 days out of our 4 day stay. The jacuzzi was broken and murky. The bed frame in the room had jagged metal pieces sticking out right at ankle level that hurt 2 people in my party. The most disgusting thing was that there was packages of raw chicken breasts and chicken feet outside. All in all, I would not recommend.

There was an incident during my stay where a tree fell on the hotel and across the exit of the hotel parking lot, so no vehicles were able to leave until the tree was cleared hours later. The power was also out due to a major storm. The tree falling on the hotel was nobody’s fault and things happen, but I was disappointed that no staff members were communicating with guests about the incident or providing any updates.

The shower head was small and had to put it all the way to hot to even get medium hot water. There were no amenities in the lobby except for water. The staff all were very nice and accommodating. Older property. 1st room we checked into had a musty odor, one light was not working and 2 spiders waiting to greet us. 2nd room moved too, again a musty odor. Opened the bathroom door and an overwhelming smell of mold/mildew filled the room. I called the front desk and had the clerk come to the room to witness the smell and instantly got a headache. 3rd room we were moved too again had a musty odor, a slight bleach/mildew smell, but no spiders. Since my reservation was pre-paid and non-refundable we stuck it out. We even tried to get rid of the odor by leaving the window open all day, but no luck. Plus, the hot tub was out of order. Would not recommend and will nit stay here again.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room...could have been better. The hotel stated it was newly remodeled, however, the floor boards in the room were coming apart. Every step you took, noise. We tripped a couple of times on some boards that were raised. The hotel is dog friendly (thank you!) but the dog next door was crying, barking, scratching and kept throwing itself against a door/wall. There was mold on the shower ceiling. Well I wish I would have known what kind of area this was in. And what kind of people were running around all night long keeping my baby and dogs barking all night.. I got barely any sleep and heard some weird stuff that made me very uncomfortable to even leave my room.
