Very old and dated hotel/motel. Bed had little support, old bouncy mattress that sunk in the middle. The toilet seat was very old and looked like it was painted to make it look clean but it was scratched and worn and dirty looking. How much does a new toilet seat cost? Carpets stained and dirty. No elevator. Very dissatisfied.

I was happy with this stay. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating, which is absent in most hotels. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast! Air and heating worked very well. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years.

BEST thing was the hot breakfast this morning an 6am and the young man taking extra care to make sure the dining room was spotless and that we had all we needed. The restroom near the breakfast room was locked, after a long while I tried it again, after the third attempt I asked the desk clerk if there was another restroom. She indicated that they locked it to dissuade vagrants from coming in. There was NO SIGN to indicate such information and to get the staff to open the restroom.
Additionally, the breakfast was left to run out while the staff chatted with friends...
The noise level of the guests above us was incredibly loud.

Yuck!

This hotel was in terrible shape. The shower curtains were barely hanging from the bar, the tile was stained and the overall cleanliness was lacking. I was traveling with a little dog and he was going crazy for something under the bed. I pulled out the mattress and found a tennis ball, soiled handtowel and a bag of water (probably an ice pack) along with a fair amount of dust and grime. It was really pretty awful

There was a fire alarm incident that resulted in having to evacuate the building during the night while fire officials checked the building. No fire but it would have been helpful if a staff member informed guests about the event to reassure everyone. Thankfully the incident was a false alarm and fire alarms did work appropriately.

During check in our card was charged for the entire 3 night stay instead of just for incidental even though we pre-paid through Expedia prior. That put us in the negative, was chaged an overdraft fee and took days for them to put the money back, super frustrating.

There is no bathroom on the 1st floor for guest to use. Whe asked of there was a restroom durwhile eating breakfast the front desk later was rude and stated \"its for employees only\" she allowed my elderly mother to use it and snapped at her saying \"make sure you lock it when you're done\".

There is no elevator in this hotel, only stairs.

The hot tub area is enclosed, no ventilation and the chlorine was really strong. It was rough to breath in, eyes burning and the window would not even crack, appeared to be rusted shut. We opended the door to that area and the main door to the the gym just to get a little air floor. Couldnt stay long our eyes couldnt take the chemicals.

Came in with my fiancée and young daughter to get married the next day. The frint desk staff was so nice and lovely, just wish i remembered her name. The room did have a slight scent of wet dog? But overall the room was very clean and lovely to stay the night in. My brand new wife and I stayed one night more than our daughter and had abquiet night just the two of us with no disturbances from staff or stay. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice and coffee in the morning was wonderful!

It was a nice room. Large enough for me for the two nights. A little old but not bad at all. The breakfast was OK, not great. There was a sign that said to \"Ask about gluten free options\" but the only thing (outside some of the cereal and oatmeal) was gluten free bread.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The staff were friendly and very professional and the room was clean and quite comfortable. The welcome bag for our furry friend was a nice touch.

Our only complaint is that the carpet in the room seemed oddly and ever so slightly damp. Not sure what the source of this might be, but it was not enough to seriously impact the overall experience.

The staff member, Heather was able to help us change rooms. So we had a more accessible room on the first floor.
(Other staff mumbled about the inconvenience of cleaning rooms etc.)

When my mother became ill, Heather was able to extend our stay.

Bathroom was in need of repairs.

Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Bathroom floor tile grout was missing and tiles were loose on the floor. Bathroom should be repaired before it is rented out to anyone. Otherwise the room was acceptable.
