Tried to check in and the system was down. Are across the street and came back to try to check in. The room deposit was supposed to be $50, but the system kept running it for a $100 deposit. Stayed there before and the rooms aren’t that nice. Told them to cancel and was forced to find a room elsewhere. Not going to stay there again.

They were remodeling the hotel. The room was clean but when we went down to breakfast the tables were dirty (needed to be wiped down and we were at breakfast at 6:15AM). Eggs were a little burnt however, they came in with new eggs at 6:45 otherwise breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant but never saw the person that was suppose to fix the phone and instructions regarding the TV. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but looked like they were clean and ready to use. Once again staff was excellant.

This property is in the midst of a 3-year renovation/conversion. The staff, to their credit, was doing their best. The breakfast was abysmal, to be honest. No yogurt or fruit other than oranges and apples. Our room was clean thankfully. There were stains on the newish hallway carpeting. The price, to me, didn’t reflect the sincere lack of parking, the whole building blocked off except one side door and the spa/pool out of commission. Won’t stay here again. Also frustrating that Hotel.com didn’t note this construction clearly.

I was very disappointed with this stay, especially considering the nearly $300 price tag for a single night.
The hotel is currently under construction and, unfortunately, it shows. There was dust throughout the property, and check-in has been moved to the back of the building through a dark, uninviting hallway. When I asked about it, the front desk staff said it has been this way for about two years.
The room itself had several issues. The internet service was poor, and the TV system did not function properly. Despite advertising smart TV capabilities, none of the streaming or smart features were accessible, and even basic TV navigation was difficult.
The pool area was also disappointing. It was not well maintained, and the towel station was overflowing with dirty towels while clean towels were unavailable until we requested they be restocked. Additionally, the pool room door was frequently propped open, allowing people to come and go freely. This made the area feel less secure and less private for families.
This used to be one of our preferred places to stay when traveling through the area, but the quality has declined significantly. Given the condition of the property and the amenities that were unavailable or not functioning, I do not feel the experience justified the cost.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. However, my room was clean, comfortable and updated. I would consider staying again AFTER the construction is completed.

The air conditioning, heating and tv did not work in our room. The staff said they DO NOT change rooms no matter what the condition is in. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The hotel is under construction and will become a Marriott eventually so I'm sure they will get new staff that treats guests like they are guests instead of being rude soon

Cold items were not on ice or kept cold in any way. IF I had known the hotel was under construction even with breakfast included (which was awful), I wouldn't have stayed there.

I went back and double-checked to make sure I hadn’t missed anything, because I honestly found it unbelievable that there was virtually no indication this property is under major construction. When I arrived, I genuinely questioned whether I was even at the correct hotel because there was no visible signage — it looked entirely like a construction site. The only thing identifying it was a small red sign mentioning a temporary front desk.

The temporary entrance led to a makeshift reception area where an employee was eating dinner at the desk. He stopped to grab tissues to wipe his face before checking me in, which wasn’t exactly the best first impression.

To be fair, the room itself was in decent condition, although the hallways were lined with plastic sheeting and clearly mid-remodel.

I tried to overlook the situation until I attempted to relax for the evening. The TV turned on but didn’t function at all. The room phone also didn’t work beyond a dial tone, so I had to go back downstairs to ask for help. The employee offered to move me or troubleshoot the TV, but then mentioned none of the streaming services were working anyway because of the remodel. Since I was specifically looking forward to a quiet, kid-free evening to unwind with Netflix, that was incredibly disappointing.

On top of that, the toilet continuously ran after flushing, and I ended up fixing it myself because I didn’t want maintenance in the room late at night.

The final touch was the nonstop street racin

This hotel is under construction, which no one told us when we booked it. Parking was unmarked, and it was pouring rain when we checked in - at a door off to the side of the building. Our room was fine, and fortunately it was a weekend so we had no construction noise, but had there been some I would have been most unhappy. Overall, for a building undergoing renovation, they were doing the best they could.

The property is under construction. We didn’t get to shower for two days because there was no hot water. I had to get body wipes for my daughter because she was playing 3 softball games per day. The staff didn’t seem to care. The first excuse was prime time usage so the boiler can’t keep up. Then they blamed the construction. Then when not hot water at 4am they said the boiler is broken and we don’t know when it will be fixed oh and that was after the lady said it normally struggled to keep up. Then the front entrance was closed you had to find the side door to check in mind you it was locked. Then they charge $100 for a deposit even though orbits says all taxes and fees are included for a hotel where the blinds were hanging on by one clip bathroom had trash in it when we checked in. They had containers and construction supplies and equipment that took up over half the parking. They are in the middle of a remodel and they are changing ownership so who do you contact I have no idea. I tried to contact the Ramada and the lady who barely spoke English yelled at me because I said “Dude can you let me finish a sentence”. She didn’t like the word dude I don’t know if it means something different in her native home. Overall the best thing about this visit was checking out of the hotel. Worst experience ever and I have stayed all over the world. The only place worse is Iraq and that only worse because they wanted to kill us!!!

The tv in our room didn't work for Netflix, the coffee pot didn't work and there was no hot water for us to shower on night 2. The water was luke warm on the morning of check out. The gentleman that checked us in had an attitude like he definitely had better things to do. The best part, sleeping. We slept so good. Other than that, hated being there.

One night stay for a Mother's Day visit. This hotel is under remodel, so the check in process was a bit makeshift and went slowww - meaning one guy was running everything from a conference table in a hallway at the heaviest check late afternoon around 4pm. He was so professional and helpful and did great but I felt bad for him because it was definitely a lot for one person to run the show with such limited resources. Please acknowledge your great staff doing this tough work :) Our 1 bdrm Queen room was fairly modern and so clean and spacious. I was pleased with that. But our TV wasnt hooked up correctly and when we asked for assistance with it, we were told the maintenance guy already went home. My boyfriend figured out how to the the TV input plugged back in but then something was wrong with our remote. Other than that, we had a fun stay and a romantic visit there spending time together XOXO

The main issue with my stay this time, was that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation of the lobby and other common areas, and the outside facade. Great that they're upgrading, but it was total surprise to me when I got there to see all that construction going on. This should've mentioned somewhere in the description of the hotel. It was not an inviting place to be in after a long day. I get it that the price of the rooms may reflect the current state of the hotel, but regardless, I would not have stayed there if I knew about the renovations happening, which might be why they're not saying anything about it, but that's not right. People deserve to know what they're signing up for! I have two more trips planned to that area in the next several months, and I will be staying at the Hampton Inn instead.

So... No where was it mentioned that this property was undergoing construction. Front lobby closed. Equipment in the parking lot. \"Gift Shop\" closed, or nearly diminished anyway, besides a few items in a cooler next to where you currently check in. The pool itself was okay, but the floor did not seem clean, and the panels in the ceiling were removed and/or out of place. The front desk was okay... But not great. I had to ask where to go to get to our room, and where the property amenities were located. Just gave me the key and said enjoy your stay. And although they were friendly enough, there is definitely a lack of professionalism. The housekeepers were friendly, and the gentlemen working the breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. The room was just okay. It was fine, but there were definitely drawbacks. The window was falling apart, the refrigerator was tiny, which is normal I guess, but we had to press the cold button every two hours to keep items refrigerated. The bathroom was probably the nicest part of the room itself. And that was just okay; nice, but not exceptional or impressive. What I would expect for paying for a hotel room. If I had known the hotel were under construction, we would have stayed elsewhere for sure.

Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn the hotel is under renovation. It would have been nice to know that detail ahead of time. Construction noise wasn't an issue, but it did impact the stay. The regular entrance was closed off, requiring guests to walk around to the side of the building. I felt like signage could have been better; walking around the outside of the building at dusk as a solo female was a little disconcerting. The temporary check-in area was a desk set up in the hallway. There wasn't really space to have any privacy when talking over details of stay with staff. This wasn't a huge deal, just a little awkward. The room was very clean and well-furnished. The bed, though comfortable, had a mattress cover (pad?) with a very rough texture that made the sheets unpleasant to touch. The biggest issue was the shower. When I went to take a shower the next morning, a) there was zero hot water coming from the shower and b) there was a minimal trickle of water (even at highest water pressure) coming from shower. I did report the shower issues to staff upon checkout. Breakfast was fine....eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, a couple cereals. I was in the breakfast area for about 20 minutes and didn't see an attendant come by to double check cleanliness/quantities/etc. I'm not someone who needs things to be a certain way, but as someone who doesn't stay in hotels often, I was looking forward to a relaxing stay without kids for the night and was disappointed.

Despite the ongoing construction work on the hotel, the place is actually very clean and welcoming. The staff did a great job at bringing a warm, inviting atmosphere to everything from check-in, to breakfast service, room cleaning, and checking out. The room itself was spacious and clean and quiet. The parking lot was a little difficult to figure out since there's a front lot and a back lot, with the back lot entrance on the side. We only stayed one night but wished it was a longer stay!

I understand the difficulties in staying open during a remodel. You need more staff during this time to help people past the mess. The gentleman that registered us did a great job under the circumstances but he should have had two more people helping him. The hot water in the shower took at least 10 minutes to arrive. The bathroom was beautiful but the shower doors were installed incorrectly causing a huge amount of water to go between the doors and on to the floor. But everything else was very nice!

From the beginning, we arrived at 3pm - this si the check in time. Went to check in and they told us it would be atleast 30 minutes as they hadnt cleaned the room yet. After 9 hours of driving it was hard to keep the kids entertained in the car while we waited for the room.

Breakfast was bad. Sausage was dry like jerky pucks.

Pool area had no airflow. Lots of ceiling tiles missing and rust everywhere. Windows were fogged over and it smelled musty.

Our room had no hot water for 4 of the 5 nights we stayed. Front desk acted surprised every time we brought it to their attention and said no one else had mentioned anything. The last night of our stay the attendant finally told us \" yeah our boiler is down for the last week and we are waiting on parts. I'll go try to reset it\" even just letting us know that we may experiance issues with hot water would have helped out a lot. Cold showers suck.

Housekeeping came into our room even though we specifically requested no housekeeping and kept the do not disturb sign on the door.

Overall it was not a great experiance. Room was nice but unfinished ( they are currently remodelling ) phone didnt work, living room PTAC would cook you out if you left it on even set to 58 deg so we had to continually turn it on and off throughout our stay to keep the room comfortable.

This place was under construction. Not appealing while they are doing construction. For the price I pay with other hotels and amenities I pay less for more. I was not impressed that it was not noted in Expedia that this place was under construction. I feel if I would have know this I would have booked else where. Was not worth the price for one night.
On another note the room was large which was nice. The hot water was lukewarm. Water pressure was nice.
With the place under construction the complementary breakfast was not appealing and the eggs/omlet were burnt. The orange juice was not cold or on ice. Gallon of OJ was placed on the table. The hotel has a lot of environmental noise and hear people in the hallways. Not very sound proof rooms. TV guide was out on Tv. Staff were very pleasant and apologized for the unappealing curb appeal and unappealing hall ways.
It would be best if they noted when construction is happening on Expedia because when you’re looking forward to a luxurious stay but then are blindsided by construction. I would have reserved elsewhere for the stay.

The hotel is under construction which was not mentioned and should have been. An inconvenient alternate entrance is in use, and the place stinks of building site. Whilst there was a lot of choice overall, the hot breakfast was microwaved frozen food and yet there was a tip jar. The room was perfectly adequate although I would have liked to be able to draw the blinds up even if the view was the roof top. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and polite and rescued the whole experience

It’s under repair construction, they serve breakfast and have 24hr water/coffee/tea. Pool and jacuzzi is nice and only thing I didn’t like was the fridge you had to turn on every 2hrs because it automatically turns off without option to override it. Should’ve just brought a cooler since they have a ice machine

Due to construction at the hotel parking was limited as they had large containers and equipment taking up a lot of spaces. Room was nice and hot tub was nice and hot
