One night stay for a Mother's Day visit. This hotel is under remodel, so the check in process was a bit makeshift and went slowww - meaning one guy was running everything from a conference table in a hallway at the heaviest check late afternoon around 4pm. He was so professional and helpful and did great but I felt bad for him because it was definitely a lot for one person to run the show with such limited resources. Please acknowledge your great staff doing this tough work :) Our 1 bdrm Queen room was fairly modern and so clean and spacious. I was pleased with that. But our TV wasnt hooked up correctly and when we asked for assistance with it, we were told the maintenance guy already went home. My boyfriend figured out how to the the TV input plugged back in but then something was wrong with our remote. Other than that, we had a fun stay and a romantic visit there spending time together XOXO

The main issue with my stay this time, was that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation of the lobby and other common areas, and the outside facade. Great that they're upgrading, but it was total surprise to me when I got there to see all that construction going on. This should've mentioned somewhere in the description of the hotel. It was not an inviting place to be in after a long day. I get it that the price of the rooms may reflect the current state of the hotel, but regardless, I would not have stayed there if I knew about the renovations happening, which might be why they're not saying anything about it, but that's not right. People deserve to know what they're signing up for! I have two more trips planned to that area in the next several months, and I will be staying at the Hampton Inn instead.

This property is under remodeling and downstairs is a mess. My room was on the third floor and is complete. It was nice with exception of a light bulb out in one of the bed sconces and the personal coffee maker had a used coffee pod still in it. It is conveniently located to what I needed. I would considering staying again once remodel is complete.

So... No where was it mentioned that this property was undergoing construction. Front lobby closed. Equipment in the parking lot. \"Gift Shop\" closed, or nearly diminished anyway, besides a few items in a cooler next to where you currently check in. The pool itself was okay, but the floor did not seem clean, and the panels in the ceiling were removed and/or out of place. The front desk was okay... But not great. I had to ask where to go to get to our room, and where the property amenities were located. Just gave me the key and said enjoy your stay. And although they were friendly enough, there is definitely a lack of professionalism. The housekeepers were friendly, and the gentlemen working the breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. The room was just okay. It was fine, but there were definitely drawbacks. The window was falling apart, the refrigerator was tiny, which is normal I guess, but we had to press the cold button every two hours to keep items refrigerated. The bathroom was probably the nicest part of the room itself. And that was just okay; nice, but not exceptional or impressive. What I would expect for paying for a hotel room. If I had known the hotel were under construction, we would have stayed elsewhere for sure.

Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn the hotel is under renovation. It would have been nice to know that detail ahead of time. Construction noise wasn't an issue, but it did impact the stay. The regular entrance was closed off, requiring guests to walk around to the side of the building. I felt like signage could have been better; walking around the outside of the building at dusk as a solo female was a little disconcerting. The temporary check-in area was a desk set up in the hallway. There wasn't really space to have any privacy when talking over details of stay with staff. This wasn't a huge deal, just a little awkward. The room was very clean and well-furnished. The bed, though comfortable, had a mattress cover (pad?) with a very rough texture that made the sheets unpleasant to touch. The biggest issue was the shower. When I went to take a shower the next morning, a) there was zero hot water coming from the shower and b) there was a minimal trickle of water (even at highest water pressure) coming from shower. I did report the shower issues to staff upon checkout. Breakfast was fine....eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, a couple cereals. I was in the breakfast area for about 20 minutes and didn't see an attendant come by to double check cleanliness/quantities/etc. I'm not someone who needs things to be a certain way, but as someone who doesn't stay in hotels often, I was looking forward to a relaxing stay without kids for the night and was disappointed.

Despite the ongoing construction work on the hotel, the place is actually very clean and welcoming. The staff did a great job at bringing a warm, inviting atmosphere to everything from check-in, to breakfast service, room cleaning, and checking out. The room itself was spacious and clean and quiet. The parking lot was a little difficult to figure out since there's a front lot and a back lot, with the back lot entrance on the side. We only stayed one night but wished it was a longer stay!

I understand the difficulties in staying open during a remodel. You need more staff during this time to help people past the mess. The gentleman that registered us did a great job under the circumstances but he should have had two more people helping him. The hot water in the shower took at least 10 minutes to arrive. The bathroom was beautiful but the shower doors were installed incorrectly causing a huge amount of water to go between the doors and on to the floor. But everything else was very nice!

From the beginning, we arrived at 3pm - this si the check in time. Went to check in and they told us it would be atleast 30 minutes as they hadnt cleaned the room yet. After 9 hours of driving it was hard to keep the kids entertained in the car while we waited for the room.

Breakfast was bad. Sausage was dry like jerky pucks.

Pool area had no airflow. Lots of ceiling tiles missing and rust everywhere. Windows were fogged over and it smelled musty.

Our room had no hot water for 4 of the 5 nights we stayed. Front desk acted surprised every time we brought it to their attention and said no one else had mentioned anything. The last night of our stay the attendant finally told us \" yeah our boiler is down for the last week and we are waiting on parts. I'll go try to reset it\" even just letting us know that we may experiance issues with hot water would have helped out a lot. Cold showers suck.

Housekeeping came into our room even though we specifically requested no housekeeping and kept the do not disturb sign on the door.

Overall it was not a great experiance. Room was nice but unfinished ( they are currently remodelling ) phone didnt work, living room PTAC would cook you out if you left it on even set to 58 deg so we had to continually turn it on and off throughout our stay to keep the room comfortable.

As others have said, the staff is fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast provided had a wide variety. Hot & cold items available. Coffee & tea available 24/7.

The room was clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Shower had great water, pressure and enough hot water to complete an entire shower.

We will absolutely come back to this hotel.

This place was under construction. Not appealing while they are doing construction. For the price I pay with other hotels and amenities I pay less for more. I was not impressed that it was not noted in Expedia that this place was under construction. I feel if I would have know this I would have booked else where. Was not worth the price for one night.
On another note the room was large which was nice. The hot water was lukewarm. Water pressure was nice.
With the place under construction the complementary breakfast was not appealing and the eggs/omlet were burnt. The orange juice was not cold or on ice. Gallon of OJ was placed on the table. The hotel has a lot of environmental noise and hear people in the hallways. Not very sound proof rooms. TV guide was out on Tv. Staff were very pleasant and apologized for the unappealing curb appeal and unappealing hall ways.
It would be best if they noted when construction is happening on Expedia because when you’re looking forward to a luxurious stay but then are blindsided by construction. I would have reserved elsewhere for the stay.

Room was clean & super quiet. You should have a variety of teas in the hallway - not just green & black tea (ie: ginger, raspberry, chamomile, etc). Also, your non-dairy creer should be better quality (coconut creamer) rather than packets of chemicals, ugh! Read the creamer ingredients - all chemicals - that isnt food…..

The hotel is under construction which was not mentioned and should have been. An inconvenient alternate entrance is in use, and the place stinks of building site. Whilst there was a lot of choice overall, the hot breakfast was microwaved frozen food and yet there was a tip jar. The room was perfectly adequate although I would have liked to be able to draw the blinds up even if the view was the roof top. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and polite and rescued the whole experience

The hotel and room were nice and clean. The check in process was absolute garbage. We booked a suite with two king beds, a kitchen and separate bedroom and were told that they were not sure why we were able to book that as they didn’t have such a room to give us. We ended up in something comparable (it only had one king bed and a pull out couch). It was ok, but sucked as we booked what we booked for a reason. The check in process took probably 30 minutes at least for us as the kids running the place didn’t know what they were doing. We didn’t get any kind of a refund to make up for the fact that our room wasn’t what we reserved. The hotel was under construction so there was a makeshift check in desk that was odd. Overall, the place was nice, but the experience we had was BS. There was breakfast, but it wasn’t much and it wasn’t great. As someone with food sensitivities I was unimpressed with the options that I could have.

Check-in was delayed due to manager checking rooms.
Room heater fan was HORRIBLY LOUD!
Room was very clean and well stocked.
Exercise room was in great shape.
Breakfast is usually great except this time the eggs were a little burnt.
Pool was closed due to some accident.
Hot tub was closed due to maintenance - this is the main reason I choose this hotel... :(
Overall, this is a pretty clean hotel with polite staff and decent amenities. I just can't wait for the construction to be done.

It was not listed anywhere that the hotel was under major renovations. Not through the booking agent, not the website and nothing on google searches about it.
I was double charged for my incidentals and the staff didn't seem to care about that. They weren’t able to provide me with an itemized receipt when I asked.due to being double charged, it drained my bank account and was therefore unable to take my girlfriend to the farmers market and dinner for our romantic date weekend.
The phone in my room didn’t work, nor did the streaming aspect of the TV(These are both amenities listed when bookomh the room) and when I brought it to the staffs attention they didn’t seem bothered by it and didn’t offer any kind of help. The staff wore their disgust for the job on their face and both my girlfriend and I even heard them grumble under their breath.
The room was very nice and comfortable. This gets 2 stars because of that, the pool was nice and the breakfast was good but the customer service and general feeling hospitality was completely and utterlly lost on the four different front office staff that I interacted with.

Was a construction zone. I conversed with other guests and heard complaints from all of them, including no hot water on the entire 4th floor. I was on the 3rd floor and had hot water. I just had no heat or air or even a fan. It would not turn on or operate at all. It was actually hanging partcially down as if they were cleaning the vents....Also had an accessible shower but no shower chair... I asked but was told they didnt have any!

The renovated rooms are a steal at the rate I paid. Plus you get pretty descent continental breakfast, the coffee is good for being complementary as well. I high recommend if you get the room on the cheaper side. Yeah, there’s construction, just stay on the upper floors if you’re concerned. If you’re gone during the day, like me, you won’t get bothered.

As of January 2026 this hotel is under major renovation be aware. The first room I was given, had opened luggage and was obviously occupied. A hotel staff was near by and assisted me to a different room on the next floor (thank you and why this isn’t a 1 star review). The next room had a for to it so I was escorted to the next floor where the room was just right.

I later went down to get the proper key to my room. The same registration person was helping another person but also jumped into get my key prepared. I provided paper with the new room number and he proceeded to read it aloud, a few times while visitors were nearby. I was shocked about the disregard for patrons safety! Pro tip- DONT RRAD THE ROOM NUMBER OUT LOUD! With so much construction and very dark parking lot (where one had to walk to get to their room) I felt unsafe.
