They've been remodeling for years and that was not disclosed on the Expedia sight when I booked. Construction equipment and plastic tarps and drywall everywhere. Just uncomfortable and awkward. The hotel and room were nice and clean. The check in process was absolute garbage. We booked a suite with two king beds, a kitchen and separate bedroom and were told that they were not sure why we were able to book that as they didn’t have such a room to give us. We ended up in something comparable (it only had one king bed and a pull out couch). It was ok, but sucked as we booked what we booked for a reason. The check in process took probably 30 minutes at least for us as the kids running the place didn’t know what they were doing. We didn’t get any kind of a refund to make up for the fact that our room wasn’t what we reserved. The hotel was under construction so there was a makeshift check in desk that was odd. Overall, the place was nice, but the experience we had was BS. There was breakfast, but it wasn’t much and it wasn’t great. As someone with food sensitivities I was unimpressed with the options that I could have.

I was double charged for my incidentals and the staff didn't seem to care about that. They weren’t able to provide me with an itemized receipt when I asked.due to being double charged, it drained my bank account and was therefore unable to take my girlfriend to the farmers market and dinner for our romantic date weekend.
The phone in my room didn’t work, nor did the streaming aspect of the TV(These are both amenities listed when bookomh the room) and when I brought it to the staffs attention they didn’t seem bothered by it and didn’t offer any kind of help. The staff wore their disgust for the job on their face and both my girlfriend and I even heard them grumble under their breath.

Was a construction zone. I conversed with other guests and heard complaints from all of them, including no hot water on the entire 4th floor. I was on the 3rd floor and had hot water. I just had no heat or air or even a fan. It would not turn on or operate at all. It was actually hanging partcially down as if they were cleaning the vents....Also had an accessible shower but no shower chair... I asked but was told they didnt have any!

The renovated rooms are a steal at the rate I paid. Plus you get pretty descent continental breakfast, the coffee is good for being complementary as well. I high recommend if you get the room on the cheaper side. Yeah, there’s construction, just stay on the upper floors if you’re concerned. I later went down to get the proper key to my room. The same registration person was helping another person but also jumped into get my key prepared. I provided paper with the new room number and he proceeded to read it aloud, a few times while visitors were nearby. I was shocked about the disregard for patrons safety! Pro tip- DONT RRAD THE ROOM NUMBER OUT LOUD! With so much construction and very dark parking lot (where one had to walk to get to their room) I felt unsafe.

The shower was not working so I was giving a second room to take a shower, so went back and forth. Not an ideal situation.

Despite the ongoing renovation, the check-in experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d like to give special thanks to Abraham, the breakfast attendant. He was incredibly kind and attentive, even though he was handling a large crowd on his own. I noticed that he kept a smile on his face the entire time and worked very hard to make sure everyone had a great experience.

There was construction. The fitness center wasn’t open. The lobby wasn’t open. The restaurant wasn’t open. The pool was closed on Saturday and Sunday. I called to confirm that all the amenities were open. The staff was not kind to me or my son. The breakfast was slow. I asked for a discount and they said they couldn’t do it because I booked online and I only booked online because I called and they said it was cheaper to book online this is ridiculous. I didn’t get parking. I had to park in the back of the building by the construction I would like a refund or something a comp night for somewhere else. I only stayed here because my son got an accident and needed the hot tub. Yes, the hot tub was open, but he also needed the fitness center and I called and talked to Ryan who confirmed all the amenities were open and he obviously lied to me. He is the one that also said I should book online. I am not happy.

I was not impressed with the front desk lady. No personality, lack of trying to find a solution for our 50’ truck and trailer. She never smiled or made us feel welcome. The heat was not functioning properly, I went down stairs and wait 5 mins for her to come back from smoke break. Then she said she would come up and help. The fan switch isn’t working correctly, we had to switch on and off several times to get it to work.
